Arrest Dexter and nullify all his wrong doings

Without Prejudice, lets arrest Dexter, who is not only doing wrong in Oregon, but in the entire Republic for the United States of America. The time has come for the people of the Republic to start learning Constitutional Law, Common Law, Admiralty Law, Commercial Law, and Trust Law, so that way we can defend our rights against the many Dexters that cunningly, deceivingly, and knowingly are depriving the citizens of the Republic of their Common Law rights.
