I received this letter yesterday from Heather. My apologies for the delay in getting this out, I have no idea when it arrived in my mailbox. From Thursday night through Sunday night I was dealing with a fever from a very odd flu-like illness that left me feeling like I had been kicked in the kidneys. It seemed to be a clearing of my kidneys. It might not have even been a virus, perhaps it was an activation and cleanse? Multiple intuitive perceptions are online now. I’m enjoying the data that is popping in right now in very high resolution imagery.

I have not heard from Heather since December 10th. She sent several of us a short message saying “Here we go! See you on the other side!” and we were hopeful that perhaps a pardon was in progress for both her and RKB. We knew there was a 14 day BOP quarantine period before release, Heather had requested from Denice the latest AG Barr guidelines to prisons regarding COVID quarantines in the BOP, which gave us good reason to hope for her being freed around Christmas time and with her family. That did not transpire.

I made a call to Heather’s husband in January to see if he had received any information as to her whereabouts. He had received a letter from Heather explaining her local accommodations had brought in a bus load of COVID infected ladies and didn’t quarantine them. Whether COVID is real or not I am not going to argue – those tests do get people locked down. It quickly spread throughout the complex. Heather was tested twice and negative both times. She and other ladies in similar testing status were separated and put into temporary housing away from the general population as a “safety measure”. Heather has had no access to email or commissary from her new housing. It was not the news we had hoped for, especially after some of the more controversial pardons that had taken place, but comforting in that we knew where she was.

The W.T.F. in Heather’s letter below is an inside joke between me and Heather. It’s my initials. It aptly defines my screwy life and career path (another story) that only really made complete sense after I met Heather. It was perfect training for what the work I needed to do in all this… and its been an honor to be a part of all this.

AT AN upcoming summit in early December, NATO is expected to declare space as a “warfighting domain”, partly in response to new developments in technology.

If it does declare space a war zone, NATO could start using space weapons that can destroy satellites or incoming enemy missiles

But what is this technology and how could it enable a war?
In a recent first for space technology, Russia has launched a commercial satellite specifically designed to rendezvous with other satellites.

The purpose of this vehicle is peaceful: it will perform maintenance tasks on other satellites in orbit.

The fact that commercial companies have this capability probably means that it already exists for global military powers.

This has caught the attention of NATO.

If a country or company can manoeuvre its own satellites into close proximity of others, then it can do so for military or sabotage purposes potentially without detection.

Another development is France’s recent announcement that it will build “bodyguard” satellites armed with either machine guns or lasers.
This follows an announcement that the US will launch a space force in 2018. Many other nations may soon follow suit.

Electronic warfare
But how would sabotage and warfare happen exactly? One method involves firing an intense beam of microwave radiation at an object.

In fact, such concepts have been tested before by the police as a means of bringing a speeding car to a halt by disabling electrical devices on the vehicle.

Such a concept deployed on satellites would constitute a “directed-energy weapon”, enabling nations to disable other countries’ satellites without creating large clouds of orbital debris.

You could potentially make such an attack look like an accident and deny involvement.

The use of “radio jamming” to disrupt radar and communications dates back to World War II.

By swamping a radio receiver with, effectively, radio noise, one can obscure the reception of genuine signals and render the system inoperative..

This is a little like trying to spot the light from a candle against the glare of car headlights.
Satellites are thoroughly tested for self generated radio noise before going into space.

But if a “hostile” satellite nearby were to deliberately direct broadband radio transmissions at the target satellite, then communications could be completely disrupted.

Space-based electronic warfare is likely to become an increasing concern for military planners.
In fact, many military services on Earth now depend on space technology to work.

Kinetic kills and lasers
By far the most obvious method of interfering with a satellite is a solid projectile.

Moving satellites have very high kinetic energy and momentum. If a slower moving object can be placed briefly in the path of a satellite, then the resultant collision will be particularly devastating.

These so called “kinetic kills” have previously only been used to take satellites out of commission at the end of their life, with the US, Russia China, and India demonstrating their ability to perform this.

This type of removal consists of a ground-launched missile aimed at the satellite.

If aimed at an adversary satellite, such a missile would be fairly obvious and could be tracked by other nations using radar.

A more subtle method would be to destroy a satellite owned by the country or company launching the missile and aim to produce as much debris as possible, which then lies in the orbital path of the intended target.

This could look like an accident and actually accidently occurred in 2007.

As far as kinetic weapons in space are concerned, machine guns are generally problematic due to the recoil involved.

If the weapon is fired at any angle which is not in the exact direction of the orbital path the satellite is travelling along, then a torque will be applied, rapidly changing the direction of it.

The idea of kinetic weapons has been attempted before.
The Soviet space station Salyut-3, for example, was armed with a rapid fire cannon in the mid 1970s.

Lasers are also being considered as defensive weapons, with the idea being to take out attacking satellites’ solar panels.

With no power, the satellite will be unable to communicate with the ground station and is essentially lost.

The recoil from a laser is much smaller and the lack of atmosphere would allow them to perform better than on the Earth’s surface.

A laser could be used to blind instrumentation on an opposing satellite thereby reducing the efficacy of either rendezvous or aiming software.

The most likely satellites to be targeted would be those dedicated to communication or observing.

With the newest research satellites able to take images down to a 30cm resolution, military versions are likely to be even better.

A nation with no communication facilities or ability to observe others will never know who has launched an attack against them.

But what would a space war look like from Earth? While sci-fi films have conditioned us to believe that space lasers would use visible light, shorter wavelengths actually produce more power..
Any observers on the surface would be unlikely to directly see any effects from space warfare, unless a kinetic kill actually breaks a spacecraft up with debris lighting up as it re-enters the atmosphere.

That said, attacks could still affect our lives on Earth, disturbing GPS, television services and even cash withdrawals.

Nuclear weapons?
The use of nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction in space is currently banned under the Outer Space Treaty and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test Ban Treaty.

But not all nuclear armed nations have ratified the latter, including the US and North Korea.

A small number of nuclear tests in space were conducted in the 1960s including Starfish Prime.
These resulted in artificial radiation belts forming around the Earth which were still detectable decades after the event posing a danger for astronauts.

These radiation belts also disabled half a dozen satellites in low Earth orbit.

If the results of Starfish Prime are anything to go by, then clearly it would take only a handful of nuclear detonations to make space unusable for any satellites for decades to come.
Given the options now becoming available, it seems important to remember that, under the Outer Space Treaty, space is supposed to be used only for peaceful purposes and remain the domain of “all mankind”.

Under a long-term deal sealed by the Obama administration, a Chinese Communist company was set to control the second-busiest container port in the United States. In an unreported Trump administration victory, the Communists are out after a drawn-out national security review forced a unit of China-based COSCO Shipping Holdings Co. (Orient Overseas Container Line OOCL) to sell the cherished container terminal business, which handles among the largest freight of imports into the U.S.

It all started with a 40-year container terminal lease between the Port of Long Beach in southern California and Hong Kong. The Obama administration proudly signed the agreement in 2012 giving China control of America’s second-largest container port behind the nearby Port of Los Angeles. One of the Trump administration’s first big moves was to get the Communists out of the Port of Long Beach. After a national security review and federal intervention, the Long Beach terminal business, which handles millions of containers annually, is finally being sold to an Australian company called Macquarie Infrastructure Partners. That essentially kills China’s decades-long contract with the Obama administration.

The deal never should have been signed in the first place considering the facility’s size, significance and the national security issues associated with a hostile foreign government controlling it. The southern California port is the premier U.S. gateway for trans-Pacific trade, according to its website, and handles trade valued at more than $194 billion annually.

It is one of the few ports that can accommodate the world’s largest vessels and serves 140 shipping lines with connections to 217 seaports around the world. The facility encompasses 3,200 acres with 31 miles of waterfront, 10 piers,??62 berths and 68 post-Panamax gantry cranes. In 2018, the Long Beach port handled more than??8 million container units, achieving the busiest year in its history.

Removing Chinese Communists from this essential port is a tremendous feat and a huge victory for U.S. national security. You’d never know it because the media, consumed with the impeachment debacle, has ignored this important achievement. The only coverage of the finalized transfer is found in Long Beach’s local newspaper, which published a brief article omitting important background information on the Trump administration’s work to take back the terminal from the Communists. The story makes it seem like a regular business transaction in which “a Chinese state-owned company, reached a deal to sell the terminal, one of the busiest in the port, for $1.78 billion.”??The piece also quotes the Port of Long Beach’s deputy executive director saying that the transaction process was intricate and involved one of “our most valuable port assets.”

Buried at the bottom of the article is a sentence mentioning that the U.S. government, which regulates mergers for antitrust and security reasons, stepped in and required COSCO to sell its rights to the container terminal.

In the last few years China has bought cargo ports throughout the world, including in Latin America, the Indian Ocean and Mediterranean Sea. Chinese-owned ports are located in Greece, Italy, Spain and other European locations. In sub-Saharan Africa there are dozens of existing or planned port projects funded or operated by China, according to a study that highlights the threat the Chinese investments present to U.S. influence in the region. One troubling analysis points out that “COSCO’s commercial expansion has created leverage for Beijing leverage that has already resulted in countries that host COSCO ports adopting China’s position on key international issues.”

Selling to China was never even a consideration. Claire Petrich, a close friend of mine at the time and a long-time family friend of the Tucci family, was one of the Tacoma Port Commissioners…and she would tell me about the security issues they faced in general, geopolitical bullshit with harmful ramifications on humanity reminiscent of her time at the US embassy in Libya when it was shut down decades ago…plus, the stories from my friend Troy, multi-generational longshoreman at Port of Tacoma that was permanently injured in a non-reported terrorist event…

In short, the proposed schedule is virtually identical to the one Goldman “proposed” yesterday, one which sees the Fed purchase a grand total of $100BN or so in TSYs the near term, and one which is meant to “engineer a one-off level shift of roughly $200bn over the course of four months.”

But wait there’s more, because just as today’s surprising spike in repo use suggested, mere “NOT A QE” may not cut it, and just in case, in order to provide an “ample supply of reserves”, the Fed will continue with $75BN in overnight repos and $35 billion in term repos twice per week, “at least through January of next year.”
Powell Says ‘Time Is Now’ for Fed to Grow Balance Sheet, But It’s Not QE

Where the Fed’s announcement differs from Goldman’s proposed POMO schedule, is that this appears to be a far more aggressive form of “NOT A QE” because as the Fed notes it will continue well into the second quarter of 2020, meaning it will last beyond the 4 months proposed by Goldman, to wit: “in light of recent and expected increases in the Federal Reserve’s non-reserve liabilities, the Federal Reserve will purchase Treasury bills at least into the second quarter of next year in order to maintain over time ample reserve balances at or above the level that prevailed in early September 2019.”

The Fed’s proposal indicates that between the continuation of repo operations, and the net $60BN balance sheet expansion, the Fed’s balance sheet will reach roughly $4.2-$4.3 trillion some time in Q2 2020.

In light of recent and expected increases in the Federal Reserve’s non-reserve liabilities, the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) directed the Desk, effective October 15, 2019, to purchase Treasury bills at least into the second quarter of next year to maintain over time ample reserve balances at or above the level that prevailed in early September 2019. The Committee also directed the Desk to conduct term and overnight repurchase agreement operations (repos) at least through January of next year to ensure that the supply of reserves remains ample even during periods of sharp increases in non-reserve liabilities, and to mitigate the risk of money market pressures that could adversely affect policy implementation.

In accordance with this directive, the Desk plans to purchase Treasury bills at an initial pace of approximately $60 billion per month, starting with the period from mid-October to mid-November. These reserve management purchases of Treasury bills will be in addition to the Desk’s ongoing purchases of Treasury securities related to the reinvestment of principal payments from the Federal Reserve’s holdings of agency debt and agency mortgage-backed securities. Detailed information on the schedule for reserve management purchases of Treasury bills will be announced on or around the 9th business day of each month on the Treasury Securities Operational Details site.

Consistent with this directive, the Desk will roll over at auction all principal payments from the Federal Reserve’s holdings of Treasury securities. As Treasury bill holdings mature, the principal payments will be rolled into new Treasury bill securities.

In addition, at least through January of next year, the Desk will conduct overnight and term repo operations to ensure that the supply of reserves remains ample and to mitigate the risk of money market pressures. Term repo operations will generally be conducted twice per week, initially in an offering amount of at least $35 billion per operation. Overnight repo operations will be conducted daily, initially in an offering amount of at least $75 billion per operation. Detailed information on the schedule of term and overnight repurchase agreement operations will be announced on or around the 9th business day of each month on the Repurchase Agreement Operational Details site.

So with a combined firepower between POMO and Repo in the $100s of billions per month, someone will still have the gall not to call this QE 4 “NOT A QE”?

Why yes: the Fed itself, because the last thing the Fed needs is for pundits to start asking question why Powell is launching QE when the economy is supposedly stable (and just weeks after Trump said the Fed should do “some QE”), to wit:

These actions are purely technical measures to support the effective implementation of the FOMC’s monetary policy, and do not represent a change in the stance of monetary policy.

Sure, Jerome, whatever you say: A $60BN Bill POMO + $75BN in weekly O/N Repo + $70BN (2x$35BN) in weekly Term Repo is clearly “NOT A QE”.

As many as 130 officials have been contacted in recent weeks by State Department investigators — a list that includes senior officials who reported directly to Clinton as well as others in lower-level jobs whose emails were at some point relayed to her inbox, said current and former State Department officials. Those targeted were notified that emails they sent years ago have been retroactively classified and now constitute potential security violations, according to letters reviewed by The Washington Post.

State Department investigators began contacting the former officials about 18 months ago, after President Trump’s election, and then seemed to drop the effort before picking it up in August, officials said.Senior State Department officials said that they are following standard protocol in an investigation that began during the latter days of the Obama administration and is nearing completion.

“This has nothing to do with who is in the White House,” said a senior State Department official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly about an ongoing probe. “This is about the time it took to go through millions of emails, which is about 3 ¹/₂years.”

To many of those under scrutiny, including some of the Democratic Party’s top foreign policy experts, the recent flurry of activity surrounding the Clinton email case represents a new front on which the Trump administration could be accused of employing the powers of the executive branch against perceived political adversaries.

The WaPo and other Democrats are anxious to discredit the probe by blaming Trump for pushing it, but the officials in question deny any pressure and claim that the probe began before he took office.

State Department officials vigorously denied there was any political motivation behind their actions, and said that the reviews of retroactively classified emails were conducted by career bureaucrats who did not know the names of the subjects being investigated.

“The process is set up in a manner to completely avoid any appearance of political bias,” said a second senior State Department official, who was speaking on condition of anonymity to describe the mechanics of an internal probe.

My own suspicion is that we are headed for an orgy of scandals between now and Election Day next year. The rush of House Democrats toward impeachment reflects their own understanding and fear of what is going to be made public. In the meantime, about 130 State Department officials — “including some of the Democratic Party’s top foreign policy experts” — are going to need the services of some very expensive DC lawyers, the kind of help that can force a person to sell his house. Or else, tell all to prosecutors and make a deal.

For the next 24 hours we “re-wrote”/”re-programmed” the energetic flow, frequencies, and vibrations of said message and realigned its setting for “immediate” and “speed of heart” and “already done” with and within the flow…because i may not exist in a time continuum, but i am considerate of the fact that Universal’s have “shitty timing” and there are others in Existence that bear the brunt of that fact of “shitty timing” unnecessarily!

The Red Flags

Yesterday, Sen. Chuck Grassley and Sen. Ron Johnson released a staff memo stemming from their ongoing “Investigation of the DOJ’s and FBI’s Handling of the Clinton Investigation.

The memo tells of the State Department’s desperate efforts to downgrade the classification of information Hillary had handled on her unsecured server. More crucially, it reveals worries the Intelligence Community Inspector General’s office had that Hillary’s emails were dropping real time into Chinese hands while the FBI could care less. In August 2018, news articles alleged that a Chinese state-owned company hacked former Secretary Clinton’s non-government server and inserted code that forwarded nearly all of her emails to the foreign company. The reporting indicated that two Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) officials Frank Rucker and Jeanette McMillian discovered the code and brought the possible intrusion to the attention of the FBI.

Senate investigators interviewed Rucker and McMillian. And yes, they did discover the metadata in late 2015 or early 2016. As Ivan Petchoukov reported, “All but four of the 30,490 emails from Hillary Clinton’s unauthorized email server were forwarded to a private Google email address featuring the name of a Chinese company.” That email address was “CarterHeavyIndustries@gmail.com.”

ICIG investigator McMillian testified that the address was a live drop box. “Even if you didn’t address an email to this address, the email went to it anyway.”

Her colleague Rucker connected the name to Shandong Carter Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, a Chinese manufacturer.??This sent up red flags. (Chinese red, one might say.)

The Dismissive FBI

Rucker and McMillian were so concerned about the possible Chinese intrusion they raced to warn the FBI. The ICIG officials told investigators senior FBI leaders “seemed indifferent to evidence of a possible intrusion by a foreign adversary.” In other words, indifferent to how seriously Hillary Clinton??may have exposed our secrets to China. And who was one of those FBI leaders? One Peter Strzok, then Deputy Director for Counter-Intelligence. Rucker said Strzok was “aloof and dismissive.”

In his new book Ball of Collusion: The Plot to Rig an Election and Destroy a Presidency, Andrew McCarthy exposes how far the Obama FBI and DOJ went to protect Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election. This is one of the most sickening examples.

Let’s rehash where we are at this point. Virtually every single email sent to or from Hillary Clinton while she was Secretary of State could have gone to the Chinese. That’s not just Hillary’s yoga routine or details about Chelsea’s wedding. (Though the Chinese would likely enjoy knowing Jeffrey Epstein’s madam Ghislaine Maxwell was on the guest list.) We are talking about the most sensitive, highly compartmentalized information in the U.S. government. At least 22 above top secret, said the ICIG. Some with nformation so classified that even talking about the classification level is classified. All in China’s hands. And Hillary’s protectors at the FBI went “Ho hum.”

When the story broke in 2018, the alleged Chinese intrusion was called a hack. But was it? Deep in the report Grassley released yesterday, you find something even more ominous. Hillary’s people created the system that sent her emails to CarterHeavyIndustries@gmail.com.

Enter Paul Combetta

According to the documents, the Carter Heavy Industries email was created August 20, 2012 by Platte River Networks employee Paul Combetta, who managed Clinton’s infamous email server. He??claimed he used the email to transfer messages archived on Clinton’s second private server to the Platte River Networks server in early 2014.

Combetta’s lawyers claim the Carter Heavy Industries name was made up. Plucked out of thin air. Had nothing whatsoever to do with the Chinese state-owned company with the same name. Total coincidence. Combetta refused to be questioned by DOJ IG Horowitz in his??study of the Clinton investigation. He also claimed not to have any relevant documents.

Let’s be real, though. If all you’re doing is creating a drop box to innocently transfer a bunch of Hillary’s emails from one place to another, is “Carter Heavy Industries” the dummy name you are coming up with? Not “HRC Archive,” “PNR Transfer” or “Pantsuit Express” or heck, some character from The Avengers? And why are you waiting two years to use it? What’s going on in the meantime? And, most tellingly, why don’t you want to testify about it???

Immunity for What?

Combetta has a history of clamming up. The Secret Service doesn’t protect Hillary like this cat does. He’s the guy who used “Bleachbit” to destroy Clinton’s emails, despite an order from Congress to preserve them.??In fact, he did it the same day he had a conference call with Clinton fixer Cheryl Mills and Clinton lawyer David Kendall.

DOJ IG Horowitz lit into Combetta.

“With respect to Combetta, we found his actions in deleting Clinton’s emails in violation of a Congressional subpoena and preservation order and then lying about it to the FBI to be particularly serious.” So why wasn’t Combetta charged? Because Obama’s DOJ “chose to grant him immunity instead of charging him with obstruction of justice or making false statements.”

Why was he granted immunity? You’d think he’d only be granted immunity if he was to??finger whoever told him to destroy the emails. If he revealed what Mills and Kendall told him the day he did it. Nope. He took his immunity. Finally admitted he destroyed the emails. Then decided he couldn’t remember what Hillary’s lawyers told him. (Read Andrew McCarthy’s article on the matter. See if you would trust Combetta as far as you could throw him.)

No Proof China Got the Emails, But Proof Obama FBI Didn’t Care

Let’s be clear: The ICIG investigators believe Carter Heavy Industries is linked to a Chinese state-owned trucking company. They suspect the Hillary emails were being routed to someone else, but they could not prove conclusively it was happening. Ultimately, as the Washington Times reports, “Senate investigators were unable to determine if the Carter Heavy Industries email was evidence that Ms. Clinton’s server was hacked.”

What we do know is the Comey-Strzok FBI had zero interest in finding out whether Hillary had created a direct gateway for China to access all her secrets. We know for a fact she left her server??exposed when she used her unsecured phone while in China to call President Obama. We know??Comey??watered down this fact in his fabled Hillary Exoneration.??

Here’s what else we know: When the ICIG’s office started looking into Hillary’s emails, they didn’t get support from above. In fact, after??former Inspector General Charles McCullough told James Clapper they had found 22 emails beyond top secret in Hillary’s emails, he and his team were threatened and marginalized. Even his family. McCullough told all to Fox News’ Catherine Herridge.

Which gets directly to the question: Why wouldn’t the FBI want to look into the China threat? Why did the hammer come down on the ICIG? We began with our hypothetical situation with Mike Pompeo and President Trump. So we have to ask, “Where if anywhere is Obama in all this?”

In an excerpt from his book Ball of Collusion, Andrew McCarthy recalls how President Obama interfered in the Hillary investigation. Obama invented the notion that “intent” to harm national security was required to prosecute her for exposing the nation’s secrets. Then he pooh-poohed the notion any damage was done (though no intelligence assessment had been conducted). He even dismissed the claim the emails were that sensitive. “There’s classified,” Obama scoffed, “and then there’s classified.” Another lie. On top of him having denied knowing about Hillary using a private server.

It was a lie. The two had used to the email address to communicate. The email address had to be approved to reach Obama.

The FBI Doesn’t Dig

But nobody in DOJ/FBI leadership wanted to dig too deep. Neither did the Director of National Intelligence Clapper. And not just because there was an election to win. Hillary could not be charged. Period.

McCarthy writes, “There was no way on God’s green earth that the Obama Justice Department was ever going to authorize a prosecution involving conduct that would embarrass the president.” If Clinton was never charged, “Obama’s role as a minor participant would not become evidence in a criminal case.”

Want evidence this business is about more than Hillary? Again read the memo released yesterday. Who ignored the China warning? The FBI. After Hillary was gone. Who worked hard to whitewash the classified emails on Hillary’s server? The State Department. After Hillary was gone. Who put the heat on McCollough? His superiors in the Intel Community. After??Hillary was gone.

Who did they all answer to? Where’s the buck stop?

Next time Obama or any of his faithful supporters boasts about “no scandals” during his reign, laugh. And tell them you have a Chinese heavy machinery company to sell them.

lol…HSBC is privately held, and reportedly, through a series of schemes that began when it did (1600’s?…very few do “long-term planning” like “China”, lol) and completed in early 2013, it had majority ownership of EVERY bank on the planet…that was all revealed in 2013 along with the Pope withdrawing all previously granted immunities…soooooooooooooooo HSBC has had a lot of “piggy banks” to use in order to prop, manipulate, etc., any currency it wanted to…ALSO to bribe every country into handing over all they had…until everyone realized “china” has nothing and never had anything, lol!!!!!!!!!
