Humanity has come a long way is an understatement! However, you are at the place that leads you into the next millennium of change and advancement beyond your wildest imagination!

Greetings to you, I am Porda (Papa Force), and I come to you today to share some news with you! You of humanity of which I am a part of, have finally come to the place where you will be able to decide your own future without any interference from the negativity and the control that once plagued your lives.

Those that held the manipulation and control over humanity for thousands of years have finally met their end.

I understand that it is very hard, very difficult even, to imagine a world that is free from corruption, free from wars, death and senseless violence. Imagine a world where you are the King and you are the Queen! You are the Master of your own life and pathway.

You are moving into the higher evolvement of life every moment of every day, and more and more of the once sleeping humanity are awakening at record numbers. You’ve heard the term “The Sleeping Giant has awakened!” That is exactly what has happened. The Giant within you that has slept so long under the rule and oppression of the dark negative leadership in your world has awakened to the light of day.

That light of day is the light of truth.

You are inherently by your natural birthright entitled to the truth, to live the truth, to be the truth. It is a part of who and what you are! You are giants, my dear human family. You are more powerful than you can ever imagine. It is now time for all of you, every single human on this earth that has any awareness of the light of truth of the injustices that has gripped your society, to now stand firm in your truth, in your knowing.

What is about to take place, and is in the process of taking place in your world, in our world, is nothing short of amazing! It is what you, us of humanity, has created and are bringing into existence right before the eyes of the world. You will have new leadership in your world of government. This new leadership has one responsibility, and that is “to serve the will of the people!”

No more dictating to you and controlling your life. You will get your family back. What I mean is that because of the control of society, it has taken away the family structure. It has dismantled the home by pitting the husband against the wife, the children against the parents. The parents have lost the right, the honor, and the privilege to be parents and to love and nurture their children as they were by their parents. Parents have been raising children since the beginning of life on earth.

Why all of a sudden are there laws telling you how to raise your children and what you can and cannot do? It is the manipulation to tear apart the fabric of society through unjust laws and mis-education of the children. They know that if they control the children, they control the future. However that is no more! Do you remember when you used to have dinner together as a family at the end of the day? You had quality family time, and the family was bounded and strong. Now parents and children hardly have time to even speak to each other. However, all that is in the throws of change. We have to get back to nurturing our children from the time they are in the womb.

Your unjust controllers in every area of society are being removed. You have a new government already set and in place simply waiting for the final event to take place so it can make itself known to the people. This is all over the earth where this will be happening. You are ready now at any day, and I truly mean any day now, are ready to step into the time of prosperity and peace! The announcements are ready to take place that will announce the new government, the new way society will operate. Many, almost every single law on the books will be erased.

The abolishment of the unjust corrupt IRS and Federal Reserve Bank is ready to be initiated at a moments notice. It’s already there, but will not be official until such time the announcement can be made, and it will very soon.

I want my human family to know that you have not been forgotten about. Yes, it took a lot longer than it was initially expected when this entire plan of earth’s duality was put together when the promise of the people of Maldek was made by the Mushaba people to give them another opportunity to evolve unhindered by the influence and control of the Draconian race.

The time on earth for the descendants of the Draconian race, who you may call Illuminati, or Cabal, or the dark nobility, or whatever name you use; their time has come to a final end. Humanity, you are freer than you are aware of. Your lives are at the threshold of change with 1¾ of your feet in the door, and the last ¼ is crossing the threshold as we speak! In other words you have arrived! You will be living in a time where technology will make life easy and comfortable. You will be able to cure and eradicate any and all diseases, and also regenerate your body to youthfulness and maintain that youthfulness as long as you desire. You will not have to die to get to heaven anymore, you just simply decorporate your body into the energies, and there you are!

You are now a part of the Galactic society, and you will be meeting many of your galactic family that will come to assist humanity in their final stages of evolvement. The truth of earth’s history will be brought forth. Everything will change for the betterment of everyone on earth, and this includes your nature, animal and water kingdom and all that is contained within the oceans and seas!

Imagine having the chance to have a do over, to do your life all over again! This is exactly what is happening for you. You always say: “If I could do this over I would do it differently. Or if I knew what I know now when I was younger I would have made different choices”.

Well now you can!

In closing, I wanted to come today just to give you a bit of encouragement that things are not as bad, or lost as it may seem. What goes on behind the scenes is nothing short of fantastic and you are about to be the recipients of that action at any day. Trust that all has been divinely handled for your total good.

Neither Donald nor Hillary will be President of the USA, Inc.. Both are just playing a pre-scripted role to make all things appear normal; this is why campaign rhetoric has gotten so far out of control. It’s all fiction.

An old/new form of government will return, it’s called the Republic of the United States.

It was created in 1776 via a Constitution that was written by the nations forefather to govern all of its affairs.

This Republic will be announced as restored very shortly, before Nov 8, and a new Republic election will be introduced with brand new candidates.

The Global Financial Reset (GFR) & Revaluation of Currencies (RVC) are each real fiscal events that have the approval of 209 sovereign nations per signed international treaty (Paris Agreement).

Both events are so massive in scope, news of such far reaching transitions have been kept classified, as well as painstakingly rolled out ever so slowly, as to ensure both a successful and safe implementation phase.

Know all currencies of the world have already been recalibrated (day and time unknown), collateralized per a new gold supply whose value is set daily in Shanghai, China as opposed to London.

Global monetary truth and balance have already been updated and right now operating on an equitable monetary platform with unhackable quantum computing system capacity.

This new sovereign digital currency for the old/new Republic was also quietly incorporated at midnight EDT Oct 1, 2016. Also a new Republic government including President, Cabinet, Congress and brand new Supreme Court bench was sworn in.

Suddenly the old/new Republic Treasury was allowed to settle all of its historic claims in its own sovereign digital currency at both domestic and international banks worldwide for all T1 (sovereign nations) & T2 (government) debt transactions. These transactions were private and not publicized.

Then at midnight EDT on Oct 10, 2016, T3 transactions were allowed to be settled also in old/new Republic digital currency for individual sovereign debt claims such as as historic bonds, legal judgements and indigenous tribe reparations. These transactions were private and not publicized.

Finally at midnight EDT on Oct 13, 2016 T4 transactions were authorized to begin for both domestic and International transactions in old/new Republic digital currency.

These transactions will also be private and not publicized, even though millions in the general public will be notified through the Internet with toll free numbers to set appointments at temporary off site banking locations.

T4 settlements are to include privately negotiated exchanges (PNE) for first basket revalued currencies such as: IQD, IRR, IDR, AFA, VND & ZIM. Domestically speaking in the US, all intake will convert into this old/new Republic digital currency.

Timing of the toll free release is unknown even to Wells Fargo who has off site bank location over site duties.

Meaning, the entire world is on standby, waiting for the global release at this hour.

Independence Day

Independence Day –

I can hear the fireworks starting. It’s midnight in the wee early hours of the Fourth of July, 2016.

Somewhere out in the dark, Americans are celebrating. Most of them call it “The Fourth of July” and don’t use the old fashioned name for it— “Independence Day”— but that is what I am thinking about tonight: independence.

Fourth of July rolls around once a year whether we want it to or not. The bunting appears. The fireworks start. The barbeques flame out. The beer explodes. The dogs and cats head for the basement….. yeah, it’s all good, but is that what it’s about?

Independence is something you have to choose. It’s an attitude, a mindset, a way of life, a choice. Independence is what you do when you stand on your own and take responsibility for your own life, your own government, your own country, your own planet.

Independence signals a coming of age.

And this is Independence Day.

Looking around me it seems that we have been lulled into a stupor of dependence— looking to the government to tell us how to live, expecting the government to provide our every need, turning to the mainstream media to tell us what to think and how to think it, parading in lock-step to every new fad of political correctness, conceiving of ourselves as helpless pawns or cogs in some vast machine, hopelessly grinding away so that once a year we can congratulate ourselves on being “free” long after we have forgotten what that really means.

A young friend of mine called earlier this evening. He said, “What do I have to celebrate?…..” and then he rattled off his own long list of things that are wrong with this country and with his countrymen and with everything in general. And then there was a very long pause in which his depression and sincerity stabbed at me like a thorn.

What kind of world had I given him, this young man who is just starting out?
Very clearly, he was disillusioned and feeling helpless and overwhelmed and ready to give up—-figuring that freedom isn’t possible or never was, like Camelot. Stop believing in it.

Chuck freedom in the bin with the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus, just another silly “tradition” for the amusement of grown-ups and greeting card company profits.
He had caught me by surprise at the end of a long day. For a moment my mind just whirred around as if it couldn’t find any traction—-and then, in my memory somewhere, I could hear someone whispering, “Freedom isn’t out there, it’s in here.” It was a soft, dusky, female, African voice, sweet as summer rain and she repeated with great certainty —- “Freedom isn’t out there,” she said, touching the front of her cotton dress over her heart, “it’s in here, child. This is where freedom lives.”

Goldie Williams. She stood leaning on a wooden gate watching the fireworks in another time and place and she came back to rescue me today, from out of my memory of a night more than fifty years ago. I smiled broadly just thinking about her.

It’s not about the external world, I told my young friend. It’s about choices. It’s about how you live your life. If you sit around waiting for someone or something else to set you free, that day is never going to come. You have to set yourself free, declare your own independence day, and when enough of us do that, there is nothing on earth that’s going to stop us. It’s in your own heart and mind that freedom lives.

It’s a gift you give yourself, and nobody can take it away.

Thank you, Goldie, for reminding me where freedom lives and the real meaning of “Independence Day” —- just in time to pass it on to another generation of Americans.

Happy Inner Independence Day Everyone!

The 4th of July has been a mockery to the American people. This is the Day where loud noises can easily break our ears drums, as if it is purposely done; this is the day when beerholic run rampant on the streets, and parks celebrating what they do not have an iota what is that they are celebrating for, in fact these people, as the rest of us are the most loyal slaves to tyrants, that if we ever were to bring about the word “Independence” they would take everyone to jail.

Sons and Daughters of the Revolution

My ancestors splashed ashore in 1630 and helped found the City of Boston. They built the Old South Church and served it as parishioners and ministers on and off for two centuries.

They attended Harvard and founded Princeton. Their family crest was the model for the Great Seal of the United States. They lived in Braintree, Massachusetts, where they were landowners and lawyers at the same time and in the same place as John Adams. Like him, they were patriots. My direct ancestor, William Belcher, served with the Connecticut volunteers as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Battle of White Plains and other actions throughout New York. I am, as a result, a Son of the Revolution.

As we come up against the 240th anniversary of The Declaration of Independence, I have to wonder what my ancestors would say to me now. I can hear grumbling and see shaking of shadowed heads in tri-corn hats. What is our nation thinking of? How have we gone so far astray?

Yesterday— I read an article Nancy Battle posted and which Arnie Rosner reposted—- supposedly written by a Judge who, via his own route, discovered the depths of corruption and depravity within the federal and judicial systems. As part of his conclusions, he presented the Founding Fathers as self-interested and greedy men, who, when they penned the famous words, “We, the People” and spoke of “our progeny” meant only their own progeny.

Nothing could be farther from the Truth.

It is a disservice so vile that I feel compelled to mount my bully pulpit and point out that the word “people” means “militia” in Hebrew, and that is and was and still remains its meaning: “We, the Militia….” Those who keep and bear arms. Those who guard the sanctity of our peace. Those who stand against tyranny and for the rights of Everyman. Those who fulfill the responsibilities and claim the rights of Americans. We, the People, the Militia.

And the progeny of the Militia, too.

Clearly, it is only the smallness, the sneakiness, the greediness, the corrupt modes of thinking and being with which the “judge” has been inured and associated that led him to make such an outrageous claim against the character and the motives of our Founding Fathers. His glass has been colored, not by time, but by relativism and double-speak and the appalling intellectual dishonesty and immoral self-interest that has become a contagion, especially among those entrusted to act as the interpreters and caretakers of law in this country.

The Truth is that after eight long years of war on our own soil, the American Militia was as exhausted as the British forces with which they contended. Britain stood at the beginning of the Industrial Revolution. It’s factories were starved for American lumber, American cotton, American flax, wool, tobacco, and other cash crops, while the Americans were starved for hard currency, peace, and access to ready markets for their raw materials.

The Americans had no Navy to speak of, only a commercial merchant fleet that was easy prey on the High Seas. The British had the best Navy in the world. In view of their mutual needs and the circumstance in which we found ourselves, the King and the Founders reached an agreement that protected our commercial fleet and restored our economy while feeding the hungry British factories with American raw materials.

It’s called The Constitution for the united States of America. This one document serves as a tri-lateral multi-national treaty, a commercial services contract, and in international trust indenture all rolled into one. Unlike the deceptively and similarly named Constitution of the United States of America issued in 1868, the actual Constitution is not a mere corporate charter.

Similar to the unknown judge mistaking the meaning of the word “people” within the context of the times when the actual Constitution was written, we have been bamboozled by our own ignorance to mistake the nature and meaning of the Constitution and the meaning and power still vested in it. We have even forgotten who we are— living people born with a natural allegiance to the organic states that gave us life: Virginians, New Yorkers, Marylanders, Ohioans, Georgians, New Mexicans, Californians….Texans, Montanans, Utahans, Oregonians….

I’ve had a chance this past week to open the mail flooding our post office boxes from all over this country. I’ve read the heart-felt letters and collected the donations for our ongoing work with The Living Law Firm and the many Acts of Expatriation reaffirming the true allegiance of Americans to their nation-states. I’ve had the opportunity to think deeply about each and every one of the states joined together under The Articles of Incorporation in perpetual union, each one unique, and each one beloved.

What we have is far too precious and too dearly won to give up or give over to sophistry and evil men. Each one of us is called to be a Son or a Daughter of the Revolution. We must never forget that, nor disrespect our honorable duty as members of the People and that means— members of the Militia. For men and women to be free and to be safe, they must be and remain forever armed—armed with weapons of the spirit and the mind as well as the body.

As we celebrate the 240th Anniversary of The Declaration of Independence let us remember that it isn’t about words written on a page, but words written on our hearts. It isn’t about fireworks and parades and victories long ago.

It’s about the battles being fought every day, here and now, in courtrooms and political arenas around the world. It’s about Americans standing together, all for one and one for all, as true Sons and Daughters of the Revolution that still rages on.

Great Timing

What a timing for an awesome article from Judge Anna. Which come to think we are going to take this opportunity to add that the United States of America is the Hub and or the place where all races of the planet earth are gather together. This is not by accident; in fact, this is a plan in the making for thousands of years. New York City alone is prove for finding each race of the world. But why the gathering? Well, it so happens that we are as we speak in a transition stage and or an evolutionary event of tremendous magnitude. Until now we have been the 5^th root race of humanity for planet earth- the most barbaric race in the entire galaxy and beyond, we note, however, according to plan it was supposed to be this way. Let us just leave it at that and move on with our evolutionary path of growing and being what we are: Spirit Beings.

With this being said, you/we are transforming within-our DNA is evolving and so are we! This will take us to be the next Root Race of the New Earth, the 6^th Root Race of humanity. And America, meaning the entire Continent of America, not just the Country of the United States of America, would be the land that ignite the Christ light for the rest of the world, and the new Race. For some that are not aware, America is not just the Country of the United States, it means the entire Continent of North and South.

We made it! We are the most courageous souls in the entire cosmos; we surprised even the gods, you know why? Because they thought we’ll never make it through all that we’ve been through on 3 Dimensional earth. So celebrate great souls, the red carpet is waiting for us on 5^th Dimensional earth, and beyond, where only the energy of love reign. If we surprised the gods then, surprised them even more in the energy of love.

We Are All Indigenous

Since I put out the call for “Caucasion Males above the age of 21” to stand up for their states of Union and assert “unimpeachable” claims on the land, I have had no end of ignorant people calling me up in a white hot lather about that, with all sorts of ugly assumptions in hand.

Just remember that the first part of “assumption” is “ass”.

Obviously, I am a woman, so I have no reason to like the idea of “only” males can do this. And also obviously, I am color blind, so I have no reason to like the idea of “white only” either.

The fact is that the treaties and agreements that need to be exercised to claim the land mass of this country were all written back in the 1700-1800s and the only people who had legal standing back then were “white males above the age of 21”.

The only people who can exercise a treaty are those who are party to it. Period.

The only ones who can exercise a treaty between the Cherokee Nation and the U.S. Government are the members of the Cherokee Nation and representatives of U.S. Government.

The government of Ireland can’t interfere.

And in this case, neither can women or blacks or Native Americans or recent immigrants. You and I and everyone outside the contract are just going to have to let those who are part of the contract have at it.

The only ones party to the statehood compacts back in the day were white males above 21 and as a result, they are the only ones who can raise their hands and claim to be successors to statehood agreements and contracts today.

That is the way it is and it has nothing to do with any racial prejudices today. It’s just a circumstance left over from things that happened 200 years in the past.

I have also had all sorts of so-called “indigenous” nations calling me up and griping and complaining and saying, —-well, we were here first!

I’m sorry. Every single Indian and Black American tested turns out to be from somewhere else in the world—– mainly Egypt and Asia and Africa—- but somewhere else. Not here. Not “indigenous”. You can go all away around the world, anywhere you choose, and the story is the same. Our ancestors moved around all over the place and nobody is truly “indigenous”. Even the true and isolated Aborigines in Australia have plenty of cross-breeding from all over the world.

And since the Doctrine of Discovery is universally recognized to be a pile of rubbish and an irrational lie from the get-go, it really doesn’t matter if your ancestors “discovered” North America 10,000 years ago or yesterday. The same is true in Africa, Europe, and Asia.

We are all here together and nobody has any more sacred claim on anything than anyone else, so everyone can stop the mad dash to claim the whole world for themselves and just their racial-ethnic-religious group.

It turns out that there is only one family of man.

Let’s pretend that the Arab nations are your left foot, and the British Nations are your right hand. Which one of them do you want to have cut off? Tell me, please, so I can call the doctor and order the amputation right now.

My Great-Great-Grandfather owned half of Germany. His Will is 170 pages long, verified and on the public record. Want to whine to me about losses? Want to talk about claims?

But the fact remains that that was then and this is now, and he was he and I am me.

Give up these crazy delusions about living in the glories of the “past”. The past does not exist. It is dead and gone. What we all have as a birthright is here and now.

What a lot of people seem to be missing is that “states” and “nations” co-exist. The life of one does not mean the death of the other.

The “Winnebago Nation” can and does co-exist with “Wisconsin”.

This is because these are all political entities—- associations, tribes, families, political parties, even corporations—groups, if you will, organized and recognized and peaceably doing their thing.

That is the way it should be so long as nobody is harming anyone else.

All those “indigenous” nations that are trying to beat the war drums and object to what is and questioning the rights of their white and hispanic and oriental and every other “nation” to be here and to have their homes and properties secured had better stop and think.

We all recognized you and your rights and said, yes, you have your place on the land. You have your Natural and Unalienable Rights. We all stand behind that. We guarantee that with our lives. But please note— that doesn’t mean that you can suddenly “lord it over” anyone else. Your rights end where your neighbors begin.

Just because your Great-Grandfathers owned South Dakota doesn’t mean that you own it, anymore than I own Heidelburg. Time has moved on and so must we. What is dead and gone, good or bad, exists only in memory and the injustices of the past do not justify creating more injustices today.

If you want to be blessed, you must be a blessing. That is the Law of the Universe and there is no other.

You can rant and rave and feel sorry for yourselves and what your ancestors suffered in the past, or you can look at what is right here and right now, and resolve to make this world a better place. You can parade around and say that because your Great-Great Grandfather owned this piece of paper or because he had a cabin here or because he had a pink pimple on the end of his nose that “entitles” you to this or that.

You can make any claim you want, and I could claim to own half of Germany, but the facts remain.

Everyone has been enslaved. Everyone has suffered. Everyone has a right and a claim to be here.

Everyone.

You, included.

That is not a matter of money or politics or any ancestral right nor of any external power at all. It’s simply a matter of fact that each one of us is utterly unique and that however we got here, we are here now, and it is up to us to love each other and respect the needs and rights of others if we want those same things for ourselves.

And that, too, is the Universal Law.

Think about the Inquisition, the Crusades, the 100 Years War, the Reformation, the Thirty Years War, the Civil War, the Genocide of the Indian Nations, the First World War, World War II, Northern Ireland, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and only God knows how many acts of genocide and misery and violence.

Everyone have a good nose-full of all that? Good. Now maybe we are ready and willing to leave that behind?

Let’s settle this whole claim of being “indigenous” right here and now. No matter what the color of our skin, we all came from Africa, long, long ago. So we are all Africans.

Go back far enough in the DNA chain and it all reduces down to that. That is the actual, factual, verifiable, undisputable truth.

There is one “indigenous” human race, and it is African: white Africans, red Africans, black Africans, brown Africans, Africans living in Tanzania, and Africans living in Piccadilly, Africans living in Stockholm, and Africans living in Rio and still more Africans living in Beijing.

So all the black Africans can stop hating the white Africans and the yellow Africans can stop ranting at the red, and the Muslim Africans can stop hating the Christian Africans, and we can all get our heads out of our butts.

There is nobody here but us chickens and the only unit of “human” is one each.

In truth and in fact, it’s just Anna and Joe and Sally and Xi Ping and Noriko and Esha and …… seven billion completely different, unique, beloved beings, each one the image and reflection of divinity.

When we hurt each other and steal from each other, and seek power over each other, and seek to deny the rights and needs of others—whatever the basis for that is, just or unjust, past or present—- we only hurt and steal from ourselves.

A Fitting Order Released

This order was released on Memorial day by judge Anna, although a little late, we want to make sure is in our records for all our audience to KNOW and exercise their rights.

Dear Friends,
Last night all Hell broke loose— but in a good sense. For many years people have sought to determine the source, meaning, and implications of the use of all capital letter naming conventions. Why should such a name as “JOHN HENRY DOE” exist? How is it different from “John Henry Doe”? Or “john henry doe” for that matter?

I have researched it and written memorandums on the results that show that the use of these different “stiles” were used in Ancient Roman Civil Law as a means of distinguishing between free men, bondservants, and slaves, with the “john henry doe” stile indicating a free man, and “John Henry Doe” indicating a bondservant, and “JOHN HENRY DOE” indicating a slave.

The implications of this ancient history taken together with the circumstance surrounding the end of the Civil War (with millions of freed slaves representing “abandoned property” at least to some criminally minded members of the Congress) and the adoption of the 14th Amendment to the Corporate “Constitution” in 1868 and “corporate citizenship” with it—– are obvious without a degree in rocket science.

And now, thanks to friends and fellow researchers in Australia we have the nails to this coffin and are enabled to issue the attached Judicial Notice of Fraud and Violation and Order to Cease and Desist.

It is perhaps most fitting that this comes on the eve of the Memorial Day Weekend, when we remember all the good men and women who have fought and died for freedom, and our obligations to them to make sure that freedom for all men and women is secured against the schemes and crimes of perpetrators both foreign and domestic.

God bless you all and may you be assured that your cause is just and your vision righteous as you continue the work of restoring America and putting an end to the crimes and the breaches of trust that have plagued the entire world.

New Republique v. Old Republic: Another Birthday Party Disaster

An Analogous Story by Judge Anna

You decide to take your wife out for her birthday to the finest restaurant in town. At first everything seems normal. Somewhere between the second and third course, however, the head waiter and two of the waitresses strip naked. They just go on about their jobs, but you can tell from your wife’s face and the silent glances being passed by other patrons that no, you are not losing your mind and imagining things. Some other naked waiters roll curtain partititions in, sectioning off a portion of the restaurant and soon, behind that flimsey partition, a real live orgy begins. You know what is going on. Everyone in the room knows what is going on. You can hear it— the thumping and bumping, the sex talk, the moaning and sighing. It’s obvious, and yet, except for the naked waitresses, everything on your side of the restaurant goes on as normal.

You pass glances with your wife, and with the guy at the table next to you. He shrugs and goes on eating. You find yourself wondering things like— are orgies against the law in California? Does it matter if its a public or private orgy? How do you define “public” and “private”? You are in shock, but your salad is served and you pick up your fork. Your wife follows your lead. Just as you are beginning to taste the tomato and wrap your head around this circumstance, two uniformed policemen show up. You think— “Thank God!” You assume that they know the law and are going to address the situation, but no, to your amazement, they strip naked and disappear behind the partition, too.

The Governor and his wife and a group of celebrities arrive, the mayor of your fair city—- and they all do the same thing. They all strip naked in front of your incredulous eyes and disappear behind that partititon. Another naked waitress appears and asks if you would like dessert? From the catatonic look on your wife’s face you shake your head and ask for the bill. When the waitress returns with your credit card she leans way over in a suggestive manner and puts her naked nipple about three inches away from your lips. Your wife looks like she is about to stand up and smack someone— either the waitress or you, and you aren’t sure which.
Driving home your mind is still in a welter. The whole thing is so bizarre. You look up the California Statutes and yes, it would appear that orgies are illegal, but who would you tell? The police — at least some of them — are obviously participating, and perhaps more important, so is their boss and their bosses’ boss. The crime has been committed. You are a witness to it, but what can you do about it? You are just one man and you have no public office or authority—and those you elected and entrusted to enforce the law are the ones breaking it.

That’s the situtation we are all in with the Fed and the IMF and the members of Congress. We know they’ve broken the law and also failed to enforce the existing law ten ways to Sunday, but nobody knows what to do about it. Even after you come out of your daze and admit to yourself that you saw what you saw and heard what you heard, who is going to believe you? And once you do convince your friends and neighbors that you aren’t just imagining it, you are still stuck with the question of what can you do about it?

You go back to the restaurant despite your better judgment (and your wife’s objections) to snoop around. The waitresses are wearing their clothes and business appears normal. You get one of the women to talk to you and to your amazement, she tells you that this happens once a month the day after the New Moon. You ask her— doesn’t it concern you that this is against the law in the State of California? She blinks and says, yes, but it’s not against the law in Anaheim. Anaheim passed a Private Law Statute legalizing orgies once a month, so it’s perfectly legal.

Again, you mind reels. And in the days to come, you learn that the Governor suggested this to the Mayor and the Mayor defined a special population of the people living within Anaheim city limits as the voters, and they all happened to be porn shop owners and prostitutes and pimps, so of course, the measure passed by a large margin. It appears to be perfectly legal and yet it is undeniably against the Public Law.

This is analogous to the whole situation we face in this country, where private corporate law is being enforced using public funds, but the Public and Organic Law of this country is being ignored or enforced only on a “discretionary” basis.
As your research continues you learn that the orgies are all paid for out of public funds. The restaurant has a contract to provide the service once a month. All the restaurant employees who choose to participate are hired as special consultants and paid $25,000 a month plus a uniform expense allowance of $5000 each for one night of “work” per month. You keep collecting the black and white proof of all this and nobody can believe it. They look at the documents. They hear the testimony, but it all has an air of unreality to it.

As you proceed along your path as one of the Tin Hat Brigade, the shock begins to wear off and the certainty that you have been grossly disserved and defrauded grows. A sense of outrage takes root. You find out that the Governor has committed gross crimes and so has the President of the corporation he works for. You find out that the people you elected in good faith to serve in public office are serving in private corporate offices instead, and the courts and judges and police all work for this same corporation —so they aren’t going to stick their necks out and enforce the Public Law, either.

There’s nobody left to do it but you, Jaimie. Even though you go on paying the salaries of all these scum bags, you have to do to the job you hired them to do.
If you want the Public Law enforced, you have to organize your friends and neighbors and form a Jural Assembly and operate your county government on the land jurisdiction of California. Why? Because back in the 1950’s and 60’s the crooks operating the then-State of California organization agreed to incorporate that organization as a franchise of the UNITED STATES, (INC.) They did this so they could receive kick-backs called “Federal Revenue Sharing” and “Block Grants”. In doing this, they merged their version of state and county government into the federal government structure and destroyed the Checks and Balances required by our system of government and did an end-run around our Constitution—– and nobody said a word.

They all just considered it a private business management decision. The rest of us call it treason.

Your mind is still reeling when you learn that in addition to all this, the parent corporation colluded with its new franchises calling themselves the “State of….” and the “STATE OF…..” and the “COUNTY of….” to “register” you as property belonging to them—- literally claimed you as chattel backing their debts. They seized control of your name using a bogus undisclosed private adhesion contract forced upon your unknowing Mother at the hospital when you were born and they charged your credit to the limit when you were still just a babe in your cradle. When they had exhausted your credit, they started extrapolating their debts onto the backs of your unborn children. They enslaved you under a private corporate system of “law” despite the actual Public Law against slavery, just like the “private law” allowing orgies in Anaheim.

In this case, the insolvent UNITED STATES and its parent corporation, the French-chartered IMF, are utterly responsible for these outrages, and so is the French Government that chartered the IMF and allowed it to commit all these crimes on American soil and throughout the world.

So all this has been done by a private, mostly foreign-owned corporation merely under contract to provide your state of the Union with stipulated governmental services, and while they have been doing that, they have also been pillaging your wealth and mischaracterizing your political status and corrupting your courts and operating in complete disrespect of the Public and Organic Law of this country.
No wonder then, that when the IMF sponsored UNITED STATES went insolvent, those of us who were awake and proudly wearing our Tin Hats wasted no time in declining the French Government’s offers to create a “NEW REPUBLIC” for us, and instead announced to the world that we have made other arrangements and are restoring our rightful government— the Old Republic, thank you very much— on the land of these United States.

We are no longer going to pay taxes, tithes or fees for services that we are not receiving. And we aren’t going to patronize organizations that fail to operate in good faith and in accord with our Public and Organic Laws.

If this is all just “business” and “business management decisions” then consider that the actual beneficaries of the Public Trusts have put their feet down and said in very clear terms that the Public and Organic Law of this country is to be enforced against all private corporate “law” that isn’t in full compliance with it and that all the whores in Anaheim are officially off the public payroll. And although we have paid off the “National Debt” of the United States with our equal “National Credit”—– there’s going to be a helluva charge back for all the unauthorized charges to our accounts.

Our contract with the world is The Declaration of Independence. Our union of states is The Articles of Confederation 1781. Our Public Trust is the United States Trust 1779. We are the people of the fifty sovereign nation-states: Alaskans, Ohioans, Virginians, Nevadans—- not some Euro-Trash “inhabitants” merely “residing” in our states under treaties that they are ignoring and commercial contracts that they have abused and dishonored.

Every “law enforcement” agent and every “judge” in every administrative “court” and Admiralty court in America needs to be informed of these facts via Judicial Notice. Every politician, too. If they are too stupid or too corrupt to grasp the facts any other way, perhaps this little anecdotal story of a birthday dinner gone astray will wake them up and convince them that their actual bosses are home to stay and the party is definitely over.
