The Jones Act and It Implications:

In the Aloha State, we’re used to sky-high prices for groceries and fuel because of an old protectionist shipping law known as the Jones Act. But the Jones Act is not just a Hawaii problem — it’s a national problem.

The Jones Act, also known as the Merchant Marine Act of 1920, adds costs by preventing waterborne merchandise from being transported between two points in the United States unless it’s done on an American-built ship. The ship also must fly the American flag, be 75 percent-owned by Americans and be 75 percent-crewed by Americans.

The law effectively imposes higher shipping costs from one American port to another American port. For example, shipping oil from Texas to New England costs about $6 a barrel, while shipping to Europe costs just $2 a barrel. This kind of protectionism costs the petroleum industry alone more than $158 million every year, according to a report released by the Grassroot Institute of Hawaii titled, “The Jones Act in Perspective.”

The report shows that industries across the nation could save millions of dollars if the Jones Act problem were fixed, including the water sector ($1.5 billion), chemicals ($103 million), air transportation ($91 million), steel ($50 million) and lumber ($32 million).The Jones Act may soon drive the price of gasoline higher because of proposed changes by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Previously, many oil firms had an exemption from the Jones Act for certain operations, but now U.S. Customs and Border Protection has proposed removing the exemptions. This imposition of the Jones Act could cost the oil industry $4.3 billion, and cause a loss of 30,000 jobs in 2017, according to a study by the American Petroleum Institute (API).The larger impact would be $90 billion in lost gross domestic product, hitting states like Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi especially hard, according to the API study, which also showed that the proposed Jones Act imposition could lead to a reduction of 500,000 barrels of oil and natural gas production every day.

The Jones Act affects industries across America in different ways. In the timber trade, the Jones Act makes it almost prohibitively expensive to ship lumber from the Pacific Northwest to the East Coast. In the road salt industry, the mid-Atlantic states import road salt from Chile and Mexico rather than buying it from mines in Ohio and Louisiana, due to cheaper transport costs.

In addition, American companies lose out to foreign competitors on business deals because of America’s higher shipping costs. U.S. steel plants hungry for scrap metal, for example, avoid deals with American sellers because of the exorbitant costs of coastwise shipping.

Relaxing the Jones Act would lead to an economic boom for many industries across the nation, and provide more goods at lower prices for American consumers. However, many people are simply unaware of the impact that the extra shipping costs of the Jones Act has on their lives, and efforts to change the law have been rare. Reform could lead to costs savings of between $5 billion and $15 billion annually for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico alone, according to a study by the International Trade commission. The total is estimated to be even greater for the contiguous U.S., but no study to date has quantified this.

Apologists for the Jones Act, including representatives of the American domestic shipping industry, argue that it’s impossible to estimate the costs of the law. The American Maritime Partnership, in particular, argues that numerous laws associated with domestic commerce, such as increased tax burdens, would add costs, diminishing any savings from relaxation of the federal law.

Even if this were the case, any economic costs of reforming the Jones Act would be more than offset by significant cost savings to industries and consumers. Doing so could still save the American economy hundreds of millions, if not tens of billions of dollars every year.

The Jones Act has raised prices for American consumers and distorted the U.S. economy for almost a century. It’s time to fix the problems associated with this outdated law and welcome a new era of economic prosperity and trade.

The Fixer

James Comey is the penultimate D.C. “crime fixer.” His many years of D.C. cronyism is profoundly smeared with a litany of outright crimes that he should be prosecuted for and receive the most severe sentence as one who is supposed to be protecting U.S. laws instead of violating them contemptuously. But when you are the top-cop in America, you get a stack of “get out of jail free” cards—some for you and many for your criminal friends.

A review of FBI Director James Comey’s professional history and relationships shows that he is deeply entrenched in the big-money cronyism culture of Washington, D.C.  His personal and professional relationships have all been undisclosed as he pretended to prosecute Hillary Clinton and yet exonerated her before an investigation was even opened. This legal dodging has been Comey’s M. O. for decades as he was placed in high level political positions to “FIX” the charges brought against White House criminals.

Attorney General Lorretta Lynch, another crooked lawyer and friend of Comey’s, gave the drug-money laundering bank, HSBC, a free pass with a Deferred Prosecution Agreement. Immediately afterwards, Comey was hired as a leading member of the bank’s “Financial System Vulnerabilities Committee.” In other words, Comey went to HSBC knowing it was a criminal enterprise protected by Loretta Lynch.

Comey is such a blatant criminal that we wouldn’t be surprised to learn that he is on retainer for the Clinton Crime Family through his associations with corporations who are major donors and supporters of the Clintons. Comey has covered up wrongdoing with Hillary’s Email server, the DNC “hacking”, Anthony and Huma Email Scandal, Lockheed Martin, HSBC, Bridgewater, etc. Comey has a long history of involvement in Department of Justice actions that end up favorable to the Clintons.

KEY POINT: Comey claims to have a net worth of more than $33,000,000 – but this doesn’t count off-shore accounts where he probably places his larger pay-offs from his derivative betting and preferred stock in the crooked corporations he has worked for.

James Comey’s buddies – Sandy Berger, Loretta Lynch, Cheryl Mills and Peter Comey – all worked for the Washington law firm Hogan & Hartson, which prepared tax returns for the Clintons and did patent work for a software firm that played a role in the private email server Hillary Clinton used when she was secretary of state. Lynch and Comey both served as U.S. attorney in New York, Lynch for the Eastern District of New York, and Comey for the Southern District of New York.

Comey’s conflict of interest crimes are blatantly public and go unquestioned by D.C. cronies. These conflicts of interests focus on the millions of dollars that Comey accepted from a Clinton Foundation defense contractor, his former membership on a Clinton Foundation corporate partner’s board, and his surprising financial relationship with his brother Peter Comey, who works at the law firm that does the Clinton Foundation’s taxes.

Counting his clerk job during University of Chicago Law School in 1982, Comey has held 15 jobs before becoming FBI director. He changed jobs every two years. This type of job hopping is a sign of instability for anyone else, but in government legal circles, that makes you qualified to be FBI director.

ROBERT MUELLER FORMER LAWLESS FBI DIRECTOR – COMEY’S TEACHER

Investigations into the financial holdings of James B. Comey and former FBI Director Robert S. Mueller reveal astounding conflicts of interest. These relationships would have stopped anyone else from being offered the top law enforcement job in the country.

Comey has been the FBI director since 2013 when he replaced 12-year director Robert S. Mueller who was chief counsel for London-based bank HSBC which was exposed in 2015 for sheltering $100 billion in client funds in murky offshore tax havens populated by drug dealers, money launderers, and arms traffickers.

Comey also served as chief counsel for Bridgewater Associates, the largest hedge fund in the world. In 2012, Comey’s Bridgewater salary was $6,632,616 just before taking over the helm at the FBI. In his first year at the FBI, he received another $3.3 million in Bridgewater severance cash outs. A year later, his net worth jumped up to $34 million. Comey also disclosed direct holdings in IBM Eclipse Foundation members: Verizon, Intel, Emerson Electric, Microsoft, Qualcomm, AT&T, Apple, HP, Morgan Stanley, Lockheed Martin, JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, none of which has ever been disclosed or caused him to recuse himself in any case.

Comey was a director of the London money launderer extraordinaire, HSBC. Even the Clinton Foundation website boasts about HSBC donations. This fact alone disqualifies Comey from involvement in any Hillary Clinton investigation.

JAMES COMEY’S SALARY WENT FROM $206,000 IN 2002 UP TO $33.5 MILLION IN 2012. 

Robert Mueller’s salary went from $1.8 million in 2001 to $7.0 million in 2011.

Mueller held Defenders Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund LLC and Mellon Optima L/S Strategy Fund LLC. These “funds of funds” invest in other hedge funds. Mueller’s exclusive funds were not open to the public. The minimum investment in several of the funds of funds is $10,000,000. But as HSBC whistleblower Hervé Falciani revealed in 2015, many are secret havens for money laundering, arms trafficking, and tax evasion.

Both Mueller hedge funds were managed by Mellon Bank of New York (BNY). No less than ten (10) BNY directors were shared between Mueller’s Defenders and Mellon Optima funds. Tellingly, the FBI never prosecuted any of these BNY Ponzi schemers associated with Mueller’s Defenders hedge fund or Comey’s actions with Bridgewater.

MUELLER’S LAWLESS GOVERNMENT SERVICE 

Even while U.S. Attorney in San Francisco, Mueller worked to cover-up the Oklahoma City bombing, Waco, and Ruby Ridge evidence by changing the rules of evidence so that the FBI and prosecution did not have to share as much evidence with defense attorneys in the cases as would have been required in the past. He changed the Brady rules of evidence in concert with the U.S. prosecutor Beth Wilkinson in the McVeigh and Nichols case who had assumed a position in the same department at Department of Justice that Mueller had worked earlier.

Mueller was brought into D.C. to head the transition team for Ashcroft, whereupon he proceeded to steer Ashcroft through the cover-ups by FBI and DOJ on the Oklahoma City bombing case. Mueller did such a superb job that Ashcroft personally nominated Mueller to Bush for FBI director to help perpetuate the FBI and DOJ cover-ups of Waco, Ruby Ridge, and the Oklahoma City bombing.

Mueller was also involved in covering up the Noriega, BCCI, and BNL banking scandals of Bush Senior. Mueller worked closely at several points with Larry Potts, the former Deputy Director of the FBI, who was kicked out of the FBI for lying about the FBI having Vickie Weaver murdered.

Congress investigated Mueller’s and the FBI’s handling of memos from FBI agents Coleen Rowley and Ken Williams before the 9/11 attacks about the Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda connections to hijacker pilots training in the U.S.  Mueller’s ties to the Saudis and BCCI are especially troubling because the FBI had been ordered not to investigate Saudi businessmen, Saudi Royals, and government officials that had been backing Al-Qaeda, Hamas, and Bin Laden in their efforts to attack the U.S.

Mueller was Acting Deputy Director of the DOJ from January through May, went home for a month and was then nominated to head the FBI. The Judiciary Committee and the Senate acted on Mueller’s nomination and within 2 weeks he was confirmed, but then it took over a month to swear him in as FBI director, just in time for the 911 attacks creating plausible deniability for the new director. COMEY’S LONG HISTORY AS AN ELITE FIXER 

It would take too long and too many pages to make a complete listing of the “Crimes of Comey” that are well known. The scarier fact is that this list of 18 crimes is only the tip of the iceberg. These are just the crimes that are internet-available, and Comey is great at keeping things arcane. Several these crimes are some of the largest rip-offs and fleecing of the America people in U.S. history.

It is well known is D.C. circles that Lockheed Martin is the military’s place to launder money for the Department of Defense and the CIA. Some say the missing $6 trillion dollars from Pentagon accounting is shuffled through Lockheed Martin which can simply keep false inventories of fighter jets and hide hundreds of millions at the time. Just count the number of planes the government pays for, and then count the number delivered and you will find the missing money. Each B-2 bomber cost $2 billion.

This list of “Comey Crimes” range from “fixing” D.C. insider law suits to defending the biggest criminals in the world – the rogue CIA bankers who use HSBC and many other “CIA gold-backed banks” to conduct the business of the “company.” The “company” is the inside name for the CIA whose job it is to maintain a destabilized geopolitical atmosphere where warlord bankers and brokers make huge profits from war-mongering. The CIA’s corporate imperialism is only slightly disguised as United Nations globalization.

Comey’s actions show that he is not an honest U.S. citizen. His actions are those of a traitor whose treasonous actions against the rule of law, the U.S.. Constitution, and the U.S. Bill of Rights must be acknowledged and brought to justice. Comey belongs behind bars as you can see by the crimes highlighted in the list below.

Patent Theft and Insider Trading. Comey was general counsel at Lockheed Martin and is an active IBM Eclipse member. Comey and Lockheed were complicit in the patent theft of social networking and later using insider trading information to manipulate stocks.

LAWLESS IN AMERICA

Fixing Clinton Whitewater Investigation. In the mid-1990s, Comey joined the Senate Whitewater Committee as a deputy special counsel to investigate allegations that the Clintons took part in a fraud connected to an Arkansas real estate venture gone bust. No charges were ever brought against either Clinton thanks to Comey.

Fixed the Pardon of Robert Palmer. In his last days in office, Bill Clinton pardoned 450 people. One of those pardoned was Robert Palmer who pleaded guilty for his part in the Clinton’s “Whitewater” scandal.

Fixed the Pardon of Marc Rich. Marc Rich fled the U.S. to Switzerland to evade $100’s of millions in taxes on his commodity trading profits.  Rich’s ex-wife Denise made donations to the Democratic Party, the Clinton Library and Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Senate campaign as part of a plan to get Rich off the hook.

Failed to Recuse Himself. Comey himself had overseen Rich’s prosecution between 1987 and 1993 so he should have recused himself from an investigation of Rich or Clinton.

Fixed Hillary’s Vote Rigging. In 2002, Comey was the United States attorney for the Southern District of New York and was investigating a case involving the Clintons and suddenly, with very little explanation, closed the case. The case was concerning the infamous New Square Four, who were convicted of bilking the government out of tens of millions of dollars.

Fixed Clinton’s “Donations for Pardons.” Comey oversaw the criminal investigation into the 176 last minute pardons that Bill Clinton made on his last day in office. Many of the pardon recipients, including Rich, had donated to Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Senate campaign and to Bill Clinton’s presidential library. Comey found no criminal wrongdoing.

False Accusations about Khobar Towers Bombing. Comey lead the team of investigators who determined that Iran had bombed the Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia.  Later it was found that Al-Qaeda was responsible. This false accusation was much in line with Mueller’s false accusation that Al-Qaeda was responsible for the 911 attacks.

Fixing Clinton’s Part in 911. In 2004, Comey as Attorney General of the Justice Department limited the scope of the criminal investigation of Sandy Berger, which left out former Clinton administration officials who may have coordinated with Berger in his removal and destruction of classified records from the National Archives. The documents were relevant to accusations that the Clinton administration was negligent in the build-up to the 9/11 terrorist attack.

Fixed the Sandy Berger Theft. As Deputy Attorney General, Comey was involved in the investigation of Sandy Berger who removed classified documents from the National Archives that should have been turned over to the independent commission investigating the 9/11 terror attacks. Berger pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge and was fined $50,000.

Fixed Clinton’s Continued Use of Berger. Messages found stored on Clinton’s private email server show that Berger – a convicted thief of classified documents – had been advising Clinton while she served as secretary of state and had access to emails containing classified information. Comey did nothing about it.

Illegal Surveillance of Americans. In 2006, Comey refused to certify the legality of aspects of the NSA surveillance program. The certification was required under White House procedures for the program to continue. Comey refused to answer the Senate Judiciary Committee’s questions over the question. Comey met directly with President Bush who gave his support for making changes in the surveillance program. That program continued to surveil all Americans illegally with Comey’s approval.

Condones Torture. In 2005, as Deputy Attorney General, Comey endorsed a memorandum approving the use of 13 enhanced interrogation techniques, including waterboarding and sleep deprivation for up to 180 hours, for use by the CIA when interrogating suspects.

Fixing Crimes for Lockheed. In 2005, Comey became the General Counsel and Senior Vice President for Lockheed Martin, the U.S. Department of Defense’s largest contractor. Under Comey’s direction and influence, Lockheed continued to break many laws and rip-off the Pentagon mercilessly. There are 58 cases for Lockheed involving more than $600 million in fines, damages and other payments that are registered. When President Obama nominated Comey to become FBI director in 2013, Comey promised the United States Senate that he would recuse himself on all cases involving former employers. But Comey earned $6 million in one year alone from Lockheed Martin. Lockheed Martin became a Clinton Foundation donor that very year. Lockheed Martin is a Clinton Foundation donor. Lockheed became a Clinton Global Initiative member in 2010. In 2010, Lockheed Martin won 17 approvals for private contracts from the Hillary Clinton State Department. Comey needed to recuse himself from any case involving Clintons.

Allowing Illegal Accounting. In 2005, KPMG, about two weeks after meeting with Comey personally, the KPMG legal team was told that Comey and Gonzales decided against an indictment of the firm. This sent a message to the Big Four public accounting firms, KPMG, Deloitte, EY and PwC. The largest global public accounting firms are now, as a result of their decision, considered “too few to fail” by the Justice Department and SEC.

Lying to Congress. In his July, 2013, FBI confirmation hearing, Comey said that the oversight mechanisms of the U.S. government have sufficient privacy protections even though the Chinese had hacking almost every department in Washington and stolen military secrets, personnel information, and blue-prints to military aircraft and weapons.

Illegal Surveillance by FBI. Comey requested Google, Facebook, Apple, Cisco and others to install a “back door” for U.S. surveillance agencies to use.

COMEY PROTECTS CRIMINAL CONTRACTOR LOCKHEED MARTIN 

This short list of Lockheed Martin’s wrongdoing demonstrates the criminal record of intention to defraud the US government by its largest contractor. These are some of the ways trillions of dollars “come up missing” from the Pentagon’s spending. Comey, as Attorney General, should have stopped Lockheed’s criminal activities. Instead, Comey went to work for them knowing they were one of the most obviously criminal enterprises in America. Comey used his insider information to help Lockheed continue to steal and rip-off America. These actions speak volumes about Comey’s integrity. And remember, these crimes below are just the ones they “got caught” doing.

• In 2007, Lockheed agreed to repay the federal government $265 million plus interest in connection with overbilling for work on the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
• In 2003, Lockheed agreed to pay $37.9 million to settle charges that it inflated costs in several contracts for the U.S. Air Force.
• A federal jury has issued a verdict that would require Lockheed Martin Corp. to pay $51.5 million, including $50 million in punitive damages, in an age discrimination suit.
• In 1976, a sub-committee of the S. Senateconcluded that members of the Lockheed board had paid $22 million in bribes to foreign officials in the process of negotiating the sale of aircraft.
• In 2003, Lockheed paid $7.1 million to settle charges that one of its units submitted fraudulent lease cost claims to NASA for work on the space shuttle.
• Lockheed Martin reached a $10.28 million settlement with the United States to resolve allegations under the False Claims Act. Lockheed inflated the overhead rates that it used to price and bill government contracts performed for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy.
• Lockheed Martin paid the Justice Department $4.7 million to settle charges it fraudulently paid a lobbyist with illegally-used taxpayer funds. It paid the lobbyist, a revolving door former U.S. Representative, to help it get a giant, no-bid, $2.4 billion-a-year contract.
• Anti-competitive bids acquired on a regular basis. The last competition, when Lockheed’s subsidiary, Sandia Corp., got a competitive award, was over twenty years ago, in 1993. Since then – no bidding.
• Paid a Representative $10,000 a month to gain contracts.
• Justice Department settled with Lockheed’s Sandia to pay $4,790,000 to resolve allegations that Sandia violated the Byrd Amendment and the False Claims Act.
• In 1998, Lockheed agreed to pay $3.15 million to settle charges of artificially inflating prices of spare parts sold to the Commerce Department.
• In 2000, the State Department fined Lockheed $13 million for violations of the Arms Control Export Act in connection with the transfer of information about space launches to China.
• In 2002, Lockheed’s Tactical Systems Division agreed to pay the federal government $2.1 million to settle charges that it submitted fraudulent bills to the Navy for work on Trident Missiles.
• In 2003, Lockheed agreed to pay $1.4 million to settle allegations that Loral Corp., which it acquired in 1996, had overbilled the Air Force on the F-15E Weapon System Trainer.
• In 2005, Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control agreed to pay $1.4 million to resolve allegations of mischarging the U.S. Army in connection with its production and support contracts for the Multiple Launch Rocket System.
• In 2008, the Project On Government Oversight made public a 2007 report by the Defense Contract Management Agency that found Lockheed failed to follow 19 of 32 Pentagon guidelines on tracking and managing costs on major weapons programs.
• In 2008, Lockheed agreed to pay $4 million to settle charges that it failed to get permission to sell missiles to the United Arab Emirates and that the company revealed classified information during negotiations with the Persian Gulf nation.
• In 2010, Lockheed agreed to pay $10.28 million to resolve federal charges that it overbilled the Air Force and the Navy for the C-27J tactical aircraft.
• In 2011, Lockheed agreed to pay $2 million to settle allegations brought in connection with a contract competition.
• In 2012, Lockheed agreed to pay $15.85 million to settle allegations that it overcharged the Pentagon for tools used on military aircraft programs.
• Lockheed Martin settles a $1.3 billion class action lawsuit over employee 401(k)s. Lockheed agreed to pay $62 million to settle the lawsuit.

AS JAMES COMEY CALLS IT – JUST ANOTHER DAY AT THE OFFICE.

In 2010, Comey announced he would leave Lockheed Martin to join the senior management committee at Bridgewater Associates, a Connecticut based investment management firm that is the largest hedge fund company in America. Bridgewater earns the greatest returns on investment of any company in America and has never been investigated by the SEC. Somehow, Comey had found a company even more corrupt than Lockheed Martin that could avoid all government scrutiny completely. Comey was then able to take his millions from Lockheed and bet it on derivatives that multiplied it into tens of millions.

In 2013, Comey was appointed to the board of directors of the London-based financial institution HSBC Holdings, to improve the company’s compliance program after its $1.9 billion settlement with the Justice Department for failing to comply with basic due diligence requirements for money laundering regarding Mexican drug cartels and terrorism financing.

Comey had now found a way to make boatloads of money without litigating or betting on derivatives. He joined one of the “Rogue CIA Banks” that was notorious for committing crimes and a track record of never having a banker go to jail. HSBC was used to paying millions, if not billions, in fines regularly as just “a part of doing business.” Comey, who had no training or skill in banking whatsoever, became an international banker dealing with billions. Comey became a board member, a director, and a Financial System Vulnerabilities Committee member of the London bank HSBC Holdings with no prior experience, except his track record of corruption.

HSBC Holdings and its various philanthropic branches routinely partner with the Clinton Foundation. For instance, HSBC Holdings has partnered with Deutsche Bank through the Clinton Foundation to retrofit 2,500 housing units in New York City. Clinton Foundation records show that the Foundation projected $1 billion in financing.

Comey was a HSBC director when whistleblower Hervé Falciani exposed $100 billion in murky offshore private banking deals being sheltered by HSBC. These crimes occurred on Comey’s watch, as well as money laundering, gold and silver rigging, and LIBOR rate fixing. HSBC agreed to forfeit $1.25 billion and enter a deferred prosecution agreement with the Justice Department for HSBC’s violations of the Bank Secrecy Act, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and the Trading with the Enemy Act. HSBC has also agreed to pay $665 million in civil penalties – $500 million to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and $165 million to the Federal Reserve – for its AML program violations.

COMEY: THE CLINTON/OBAMA FIXER

In 2013, President Barack Obama nominated Comey to be the next Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, replacing outgoing director Robert Mueller, his criminal mentor. Comey was confirmed by the Senate on July 29, 2013, for a full ten-year term to run the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He was sworn in as FBI director on September 4, 2013.

KEY POINT: Obviously, no vetting was done on James Comey or any of his continuous criminal activities. The public record should have put Comey in jail, but instead crowned him the King of FBI Lawlessness.

No law was “too big” for Comey to break in the full daylight of Washington D.C.  Going unchecked, Comey continued to act with impunity and helped lead the war against the rule of law.

As the Top Law Enforcement Officer in America, Comey was well placed and ready for the Hillary Clinton email scandal and the many false-flag attempts to take Donald Trump out of the presidential election. Comey was geared up for his old friend Hillary so she could run the country with her unchecked criminal activities.

When Hillary’s personal email server scandal arose, as usual, Comey’s non-investigation investigation did not find evidence “sufficient to establish” that Clinton knew she was receiving or sending classified information with intent and that it was not against the law. Comey said, “I think she was extremely careless. I think she was negligent. That I could establish. What we can’t establish is that she acted with the necessary criminal intent,” he insisted. This determination of Comey’s made lawlessness perfectly legal.

On July 5, 2016, Comey announced the FBI’s recommendation that the United States Department of Justice file no criminal charges relating to the Hillary Clinton email controversy. Thus, Comey kept Clinton from going to jail….yet, again.

Comey’s public comments came after his close friend Attorney General Loretta Lynch, after meeting privately with Bill Clinton, announced that she would “fully accept the recommendation of the FBI” regarding the “probe.” It was believed to be the first time the FBI disclosed its prosecutorial recommendation to the Department of Justice publicly.

On October 28, 2016, less than two weeks before the presidential election, Comey announced in a letter to Congress that the FBI learned of the existence of emails that appeared to be pertinent to the investigation of Secretary Clinton’s email server and that the FBI would take steps to allow investigators to review these emails. Comey’s announcement was inconsistent with Justice Department policy and he was warned by lawyers at the Department of Justice against proceeding with his letter to Congress which could be a possible violation of the Hatch Act.

On January 12, 2017, the Department of Justice’s Office of Inspector General announced a formal investigation into whether the FBI followed proper procedures in its investigation of Clinton or whether “improper considerations” were made by FBI personnel. But, Comey’s letters again exonerated Hillary Clinton again, even though she was clearly guilty.

Chairman Chaffetz asked Comey during the investigation what the consequences would be for Clinton if she had been in the FBI and carelessly handled classified information as she, Abedin, Podesta and Obama did concerning Clinton’s personal server and Abedin’s forwarding of those classified documents to her home computer. “There would be a security review and an adjudication of their suitability and a range of discipline could be imposed from termination to reprimand, and in between suspension, loss of clearance,” said Comey.

According to FBI Director Comey, there was not enough clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues “intended” to violate laws governing the handling of classified information even though Hillary lied concerning a number of critical issues regarding her personal email account, her home-based server and conduct as Secretary of State. Comey lied to Congress by giving answers which were at once contradictory, irrational, and lacking legal propriety. It is evident to every discerning American that Comey is at the very center of a massive covert Clinton criminal enterprise the secrecy of which hinged directly upon a cover-up coordinated by Comey himself.

COMEY’S COLLUSION WITH THE CLINTON FOUNDATION

Lead FBI agent John Giacalone abruptly resigned in the middle of the Clinton Foundation investigation in February 2016 stating that the pay-for-play Clinton Foundation was not properly investigated and was ultimately white-washed and ignored. He cited that FBI agents were blocked from serving search warrants to retrieve key evidence and not allowed to interrogate witnesses and targets without warning.

FBI agents had been trying to interview Clinton since December 2015, because approval was delayed by “top brass.” Agents believed the Clinton case was being “slow-walked” to run-out-the-clock. They were also stunned that targets Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson were permitted to sit in on Hillary Clinton’s FBI’s interview. Hillary and her aides cited amnesia, and in Hillary’s case, she claimed to not remember due to medical complications surrounding her unexplained fall. Attempts to secure Clinton’s medical records to confirm her head injury were sabotaged by FBI Director James Comey.

Comey, in his usual fashion, had already prepared his written statement that the Clintons are “now” and will “always be” innocent and that there is no need to even have an investigation. “There’s nothing here folks, just keep moving along” sings Comey as his familiar tune.

Peter Comey serves as Senior Director of Real Estate Operations for the Americas for DLA Piper. James Comey was not questioned about his relationship with Peter Comey in his confirmation hearing. DLA Piper is the firm that performed the independent audit of the Clinton Foundation in November during Clinton’s first big push to put the Email Scandal behind them.

In 2011, Peter Comey became Senior Director of Real Estate Operations for the Americas for DLA Piper. Two real estate services businesses filed a $10 million suit against the law firm alleging it stiffed them on as much as $760,000 of work done at DLA Piper’s Chicago office and improperly gave proprietary information to a competitor. The plaintiffs took aim at Peter Comey, DLA Piper’s senior director of real estate operations and were sharply critical of Comey’s handling of the matter.

Peter Comey has a mortgage on his house that is owned by his brother James Comey, the FBI director. Peter Comey’s financial records show that he bought a $950,000 house in Vienna, Virginia, in June 2008. He needed a $712,500 mortgage from First Savings Mortgage Corporation. But on January 31, 2011, James Comey and his wife stepped in to become private party lenders. They granted a mortgage on the house for $711,000. Financial records suggest that Peter Comey took out two such mortgages from his brother that day. This financial relationship between the Comey brothers began prior to James Comey’s nomination to become director of the FBI, but were never disclosed.

Peter Comey, after getting an MBA in real estate and urban development from George Washington University in 1998, became an executive at a company that re-designed George Washington University between 2004 and 2007 while his brother was working for the Bush administration.

In 2009, at the beginning of the Obama administration, Peter Comey became “a real estate and construction consultant” for Procon Consulting. Procon Consulting’s client list includes FBI Headquarters Washington, DC. Procon provided strategic project management for the consolidation of over 11,000 FBI personnel into one, high security, facility. Services provided included project management related to site evaluations, budgeting, due diligence, and the development of procurement and funding strategies.  Peter Comey made out like a bandit while his brother climbed the ladder of DC success.

None of the questionable activities of Peter Comey, James Comey’s brother, ever came up during the Congressional approval process for James Comey in any of his political appointments.

THE LAWLESS MUST GO 

We have provided a short list of why James Comey must be prosecuted and meet justice; he is the perfect example of the corruption in the Washington D.C. swamp. Comey has protected the D.C. corrupt elite as a fixer, a for-hire deceiver, and a criminal conspirator. I have been following current events constantly with an eye to commerce, and I see the good side of things but I also am well aware of some of the bad things.

Exo-Commerce is not political, although politics does have an effect on commerce. But there are things to consider.

Most people are not aware, but some on planet earth have been doing commerce with those from other planets within our solar system as well as intra-galactic.

If this is a shock to the reader perhaps I can put that into perspective so it doesn’t sound fantastic.

Obviously, those who are in the custom of offering up prayers to ‘God’ are interacting with someone beyond this world. And this has gone on for perhaps all of recorded history. And there have been many reports of ‘angels’ who have visited mortals with information, encouragement, and even sometimes healings of physical problems. I, myself, have entertained ‘angels’ from time to time. And I have had dream/visions … sometimes at night as I slept and other times during the day time. And many people report these types of experience. This is exo-commerce, commerce just defined as the interaction between people whether it involves money, goods and products, knowledge, or just a friendly visit.

And those who read or listen to some of the information on the internet or in books may be familiar with the visits of ETs to President Eisenhower where they made him an offer. Simply, they told Ike that if he would give up nuclear development that they would supply technology. Ike didn’t accept their offer, and so they warned him that other ET groups would visit, but it would turn out badly if they accepted them. And so the ‘greys’ showed up. They offered technology in exchange for experimentation on humans … hey, no real harm … just abduct a few people now and again for some minor experiments and then return them to their bedroom with those memories wiped from their remembrance. That didn’t work out so well … Ike made a really bad deal ending up in the Dulce War (plenty of information on internet about that). That was baaaddd commerce.

Later we have another visitor with yet more commercial offers. This visitor was a man named Valiant Thor. He came with a similar offer in regards to nuclear development. He had come here directly from Venus (although he was not a native Venusian). Ike turned him down as well. You can reference this on the internet by searching for Dr. Frank Stranges where there are a few YouTube presentations by Dr. Frank.

And it appears that there were other subsequent presidents and world leaders who have been visited where ‘commercial’ offers were made. Certainly that would explain how the Nazis went from bi-planes in WWI to flying saucers by WWII. Although it appears that the Nazis did have nuclear technology development, it doesn’t appear that they ever used it as the US did.

But consider the famous Roswell Crash. As a result of the ‘crash’, according to Col. Corso, technology relating to the ship which was reverse engineered led to many later developments … maybe cell phones, microwave ovens, etc.

I am personally acquainted with a man who is not a human but purely of Pleiadian origin. He has been on this planet through 13 incarnations, and can remember all that he learned during those other lifetimes. And he is a top scientist. He told me he developed/built the first teleportation devices … back in the late 1940s. He did say he regretted having given that technology to the government, and he said he won’t give them anything else as he is dissatisfied how they have used the technology.

And then we come to more recent commerce. I first met Randy Cramer (Capt. Kaye) in 2015 at ECETI ranch at an event put on by James Gilliland. I had listened to various YouTube interviews of Randy so I was familiar with his story before I met him in person. I had a chance to interact with him ‘up close and personal’ at that event and at a later one. Through that association I came to be comfortable with Randy’s stories. For those who don’t know, Randy was in the US Marine Corps Special Section on Mars. While on Mars for the first 17 years of his tour of duty, his job and the Marines was to guard/protect a mining company which was mining various minerals on Mars with which they did intergalactic trade. The last 3 years of his tour were on and around the Moon as a fighter pilot for the same reason. Randy told me of battles he was in involving the Reptilians, Mantids, Drakos, and perhaps some others. But of real interest to me was a map he showed me of the Milky Way Galaxy. All over the map there were these little icons in yellow. There were two types of symbols. Randy said that one symbol represented a US Embassy and the other symbol represented a US military base. AND … there were over 200 symbols on the map!!! I asked him: do you mean to tell me the US has over 200 outposts throughout the galaxy? He said: yep! I asked him if he had ever visited any of those other outposts, and he said ‘yes’. And he described doing trade and commerce in those visits. He described some most unusual (at least to we earth humans) ‘folks’ imaginable. Wow!

Well, for those of us who do most of our commerce at the local grocery store and gas station, all of these stories may sound ‘out of this world’ … pardon the pun. I do believe that these stories and those who have shared them to be credible. And there are many more stories easy to find on the internet. So, where does that put you and I in relationship to exo-commerce? Are ‘things’ about to change? Will we be prepared for those changes?

One of the interesting speakers you can find on the internet is Alex Collier. Alex has been in direct communication with the Andromedans for many years. They have shared a lot of information with him over that period. Of interest, they don’t use money or banks. Those concepts are completely foreign to their thinking and practice.

You might ask what will it take for me to get into a mind-set to live in the fashion of those ‘people’ who travel all the way across the universe in a matter of a few minutes, who do not suffer disease, and who seem to want for nothing? If you or I were put into that type of situation how would we do? Could we fit right in, or would it take a bit of getting used to?

Well, hold on to your hats … we might not be that far away from that very thing.

Last summer I was visiting with James Gilliland up at ECETI ranch. He had opened up a line of communication with a lady from the Orion Council of Light, and was going over some items with her. I told James I had a question or two, and he said go ahead … he would be my intermediary for those questions. I like to ask ‘yes or no’ questions and form my questions in that manner. I asked: we will be a cashless society by 2020? Yes. By 2019? Yes. By 2018? Yes. By 2017? No. Hmm. So, it appears that we will be a cashless society by the end of 2017 or beginning of 2018. That leaves a lot of work to do if we expect to get to the level of the ETs, or maybe we will just be using plastic cards to handle our transactions as a move in the right direction. Maybe that is how it would work under NESARA. By the way, I got a secondary confirmation on the cashless situation by 2018 from St. Germaine.

And if the development and manufacture of free energy devices are widely distributed, then no more power bills. How about some electric cars? Or even, for ease of travel … how about a teleportation device like a phone booth? Go into the booth, dial in your coordinate, and … whoosh … Boston to LA in the blink of an eye!

Also, it is rumored that the ETs have food replicators which they are willing to share (non-GMO I am sure … lol).

If those items become available, then we are a long ways towards the non-use of money aside from whatever initial input is needed. And for students of Commercial Redemption (AFV, HJR 192, Negotiable Instruments law, etc.) you should be moving into that mind set already. Maybe all of our study and wrangling around with some of these concepts has a brighter side after all.

Recent revelations regarding pedophile rings run by and for the rich and powerful show that these are not isolated incidents and part of a systemic, global problem targeting defenseless children.

Pedophilia scandals continue to emerge around the world year after year while the corporate media and law enforcement agencies alike fail to treat the sexual exploitation of minors as a global, systemic problem. As the number of child abuse scandals involving the rich and powerful continue to grow, it is becoming impossible to cover up that these instances of child sexual abuse and exploitation are globally organized and often run by the very same people who greatly influence society and politics. The entertainment industry, powerful political centers, and even organized religion have been shown to be major centers where this horrific abuse has been enabled and widely accepted among the “elites” and other powerful individuals that dominate these institutions. What follows are several examples of the widespread depravity practiced by some of the world’s most powerful people.

Earlier this year, world-famous actor Elijah Wood, who began his Hollywood career as a child star, made waves when he called out the “vipers” in the movie industry who “preyed upon” young children in an interview with the Sunday Times. Wood’s claims echoed those raised by numerous other former child stars, including Corey Feldman who famously told ABC news that “the number one problem in Hollywood was and always will be pedophilia.” Another former child actor, Allison Arngrim, who starred on the iconic TV series “Little House on the Prairie,” also seconded these claims, saying that “there are parents who will practically prostitute their kids in the hope they can make money and get ahead. It is a horrible trap that the kids are in.” Other parents of child actors remain silent out of fear even after finding out that their child was sexually abused. Fox News reported that a member of a well-known band, who chose to remain anonymous, found out his child was being victimized by another successful figure in the entertainment industry, who was 30 years her senior. The abuse was covered up with the parent’s complicity to prevent ruining the reputation of the perpetrator and his colleagues.

There is no question that something dark is going on within the US’ entertainment industry. One of obvious example is how the music industry has been openly marketing sexualized songs, videos, and lyrics to children while also using pop stars, like Miley Cyrus, to sexualize children and even babies. In the music video for her song “BB Talk,” Cyrus, who also began her career as a child star, sings “f**k me” while wearing a onesie.

he later provocatively poses in a crib, with a baby bottle, and while wearing a diaper and baby bonnet. Was this Cyrus’ personal decision to include this in her video or a choice made on behalf of a sick industry seeking to normalize their behavior by popularizing such images? Rihanna and Katy Perry are other pop stars whose videos and songs are often marketed directly to children despite their sexual overtones. Considering that numerous psychologists have found that “music videos socialize young people by communicating ideas about expected behavior, relationships, and male and female roles,” this suggests that this mass marketing of sex to children as well as the marketing of music videos that combine childhood imagery with lust is indicative of the pedophilia obsession in the entertainment industry and is meant to normalize such depravity.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pedophilia is also commonplace among the US’ political elite, with scandal after scandal emerging in recent decades. Invariably, numerous cover-ups have followed as a result to prevent the exposure of America’s rich and powerful. The most famous of these, dubbed the “Franklin cover-up,” was arguably the biggest pedophile scandal in US history and even implicated the White House. Two Republican party insiders and Washington DC lobbyists, Craig Spence and Lawrence E. King Jr., were accused of managing a homosexual underage sex ring involving boys aged 15 and younger.

Spence, who was incredibly influential at the time, arranged for at least four midnight tours of the White House in the 1980s where he was accompanied by young boys that he falsely identified as his children. When news of the scandal broke, Spence “committed suicide” and many of his business partners were jailed for their involvement. However, Spence’s links to the Reagan White House or other top US politicians were not investigated and attempts to investigate further were halted.

Then, in the 1990s, Bill Clinton’s sexual escapades became well-known and almost led to his impeachment for perjury. Clinton was also linked to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein as Clinton frequently rode on Epstein’s plane full of underage girls – the “Lolita Express” – and made several visits to Epstein’s private residence known as “Orgy Island.” Several US congressmen have also been implicated over the years in pedophile sex scandals such as Mark Foley, a former congressman from Florida, who in 2003 was caught sending sexually explicit messages to underage men.

 

 

 

 

 

Probably the most well-known child abuse scandal of all involves the Roman Catholic Church, which has been on-going for much of the last one hundred years and possibly long before. However, it wasn’t until the 1980s that the rampant sexual abuse of minors by Catholic priests began to receive significant media coverage. In the decades since, the number of allegations has only continued to grow. From 2001 to 2010, the Holy See, the church’s central governing body, considered sex abuse allegations involving over 3,000 priests.

Though some studies have claimed that the rate of abuse by priests has fallen in the last twenty or so years since it became an international scandal, there is no denying that it is a systemic problem that runs rampant throughout the entire organization, making it particularly difficult to eradicate. It also doesn’t help that the church has frequently ordered its bishops and priests to actively cover up sex abuse allegations while also disciplining relatively few priests considering the enormity of the accusations.

One document dating back to the 1960s, unearthed in 2003, shows the Vatican explicitly ordering Catholic bishops worldwide to cover up cases of sexual abuse, threatening those who spoke up about the systemic abuse with excommunication from the church. Little has changed as, the Vatican, earlier this year, told its clerics that reporting child abuse by priests is “not necessarily” their duty. In addition, it was recently found that, since 1950, the Vatican has now paid out nearly $4 billion, most of which came from the tithes of loyal Catholics, to buy the silence of the abused in order to protect the church’s reputation.

Conclusion

Sadly, there are many, many more examples. For instance, the persistence of pedophilia among the rich and powerful in England, including members of the royal family, is well-documented, as are the cover-ups and mysterious “disappearing” evidence that implicates top UK politicians and even former prime ministers in the sexual abuse of minors. Many of those speaking out against elite pedophilia have been labelled as “crazy” or “conspiracy theorists” until they were proven right, such as with the famous case of BBC TV personality and pedophile Jimmy Savile. Due to their influential connections, these powerful people have been able to silence their victims and cover up their heinous crimes with little consequence. Yet, with less and less people believing in the lies of decades past and with new evidence of widespread pedophilia emerging all the time, will they be able to keep up their charade for much longer?

 

 

 

 

 

 

Let’s see. The CIA claims that Russian government hackers interfered in the US election, on the side of Trump.

But suppose CIA hackers fabricated an operation to make it look like a Russian hack? Too far-fetched?

Not anymore.

In conjunction with their new data-dump of CIA material, WikiLeaks issues this statement:
“The CIA’s Remote Devices Branch’s UMBRAGE group collects and maintains a substantial library of attack techniques ‘stolen’ from malware produced in other states including the Russian Federation. With UMBRAGE and related projects the CIA cannot only increase its total number of attack types but also misdirect attribution by leaving behind the ‘fingerprints’ of the groups that the attack techniques were stolen from.”

Spy games.

A group within the CIA wanted to shift blame for Hillary Clinton’s defeat? How about pointing at the Russians? “Easy. We can use Russian hacking tools and fabricate a scenario. We can say we discovered ‘fingerprints’ that point to the Russian government.”
Here is what the CNN Wire Service reported on January 2, 2017:

“Even as President-elect Donald Trump and his aides cast doubt on the links between Russia and recent hacks against Democrats, US intelligence officials say that newly identified ‘digital fingerprints’ indicate Moscow was behind the intrusions.”

“One official told CNN the administration has traced the hack to the specific keyboards — which featured Cyrillic characters — that were used to construct the malware code, adding that the equipment leaves ‘digital fingerprints’ and, in the case of the recent hacks, those prints point to the Russian government.”

Really? We live in a world where spies and their cronies are constantly fixing reality to suit themselves.

So now all this bravado about discovering how the Russians hacked and stole the election blows up like a cream puff with a firecracker inside.

Hundreds of federal workers have been caught watching porn on the job, including viewing child pornography, according to a new investigation.

NBC News 4 in Washington, D.C., identified over 100 “egregious” cases during the past five years where federal employees watched porn for hours during the day or required an inspector general investigation into their porn habits at work. The report relied on records obtained through Freedom of Information Act from 12 separate government agencies.

“The cases include workers who admitted spending six hours a day surfing illicit images and videos and maintaining tens of thousands of adult images on their office desktops,” the report said.

The investigation revealed over 20 cases at the Justice Department during the past two years, and numerous cases at the Environmental Protection Agency.

The report includes the notorious case of an EPA employee in the Office of Air and Radiation who, while earning a $120,000 salary, watched porn between two and six hours every day, masturbated at work, and received bonuses.

The employee said that “‘a lot’ of his time each workday is spent ‘organizing’ the pornography he downloaded into saved folders,” according to the records obtained by NBC News 4.

The report noted that although being caught watching porn “opens employees to possible disciplinary action,” including being fired, several agencies said penalties are “flexible” and can carry just a written reprimand.

The EPA employee was not fired and stayed on the payroll for years even though he had been banned from the building. He continued to receive his six-figure salary for two years after being caught, including a year of paid leave before he retired in April 2015.

“This is not just an isolated incident at one single agency,” said Rep. Mark Meadows (R., N.C.), who is pushing legislation for a zero tolerance policy toward viewing pornography on government computers. “We’re starting to find it across almost every agency.”

New cases uncovered by NBC News 4 included another EPA employee in San Francisco who watched porn at work an average of two hours a day, and an EPA contractor in North Carolina who viewed porn for three to four hours a day.

Workers at a Department of Transportation office in Washington, D.C., that was monitored for two months were found to be searching on government computers for “teen+underwear+blonde,” “teen+slut+tight+pants,” “orgy+prague+OR+Czech,” and “petite+blonde+teen.”

A Department of Justice worker in Tucson, Ariz., visited 2,500 adult websites and downloaded over 1,100 pornographic pictures at work, spending the “majority of his duty time viewing inappropriate adult websites.”

Another Justice employee in Dallas, Texas, watched porn between four and six hours every day at work and had “tens of thousands” of pornographic pictures on a work computer, “including some which might have been child pornography.”

Several other cases involved child pornography as well, including an FBI employee in Virginia who had explicit email exchanges with a ninth grader and admitted to “receiving, viewing, and saving approximately 50 images of suspected child pornography.”

The investigation covered the departments of Transportation, Justice, Interior, Labor, Commerce, Energy, and Health and Human Services, as well as the U.S. Postal Service, NASA, Export-Import Bank, the EPA, and the Social Security Administration.

 

 

 

 

 

 

John McCain’s campaign manager has been arrested on pedophilia charges following, what law enforcement are referring to as, “a wide-ranging investigation” into Elite pedophile rings.

Jeffrey Claude Bartleson was the manager of Sen. John McCain’s presidential campaign office in Colorado and has just been arrested for charges including molesting young boys.

The head of the Police Department’s special victims unit, Sgt. Brett Wilson, said today that there are “several active investigations” involving Bartleson and that his arrest was part of a much larger operation involving child trafficking networks in the United States.

He said that a full-time team had been assigned to this case and that numerous boys are due to be interviewed.

Wilson said he couldn’t detail the allegations due to the active nature of the case as part of a wide-reaching investigation.

However, in affidavits filed by police investigators in Pueblo District Court, authorities say that the most recent complaints follow a pattern involving Bartleson that dates to 1982.

Denver Post reports: According to Detective Daniel Anderson, Bartleson has usually positioned himself so he is around children, whether as a Scoutmaster, as a sponsor of the chemical dependency unit at Pueblo’s Parkview Medical Center, at his church or simply by inviting children to spend the night at his home.

In June 2003, then-Rep. Scott McInnis praised Bartleson in a tribute at the U.S. House of Representatives.

In the tribute, McInnis noted that “in his capacity as a foster parent, Jeff has helped several youths in the region through his work with the Young Life Association and the El Pueblo Boys and Girls Ranch.”

McInnis also noted that Bartleson was instrumental in the foundation and development of the Interfaith Hospitality network, which McInnis described as “one of Pueblo’s newest self-help organizations.”

David Dill, chairman of the Pueblo County Republican Party, said today that although Bartleson headed the McCain campaign office in Pueblo, Bartleson does not hold any position with the Pueblo County Republican Party. He attended a few meetings of the organization, but that was the extent of his involvement, said Dill.

Dill said he believed that Bartleson directed McCain efforts in southern Colorado. State GOP officials said today they had no contact with Bartleson.

The latest arrest stemmed from a report by a woman who worked with Bartleson in the McCain campaign office.

According to the woman, she and a co-worker were planning in October to attend a Sarah Palin rally in Colorado Springs but wanted to travel to the Springs the night before.

She told police that she mentioned the planned trip to Bartleson. He offered to keep her 5-year-old son overnight in Pueblo and then drive up to Colorado Springs the next day and meet them there.

She accepted Bartleson’s offer.

The woman said that her son told her that while at Bartleson’s home, Bartleson insisted on giving him a bath, during which he was sexually molested. Later, said the child, Bartleson forced him into Bartleson’s bed, where he once again was molested.

In interviews this week with investigators, the child said that when he tried to get away from Bartleson, he kept pulling him back into the bed. He was finally able to leave when Bartleson fell asleep.

The child described Bartleson as “a bad man,” according to the police affidavit. Asked why, the child responded, “because he does things to kids.”

Detective Anderson said he asked the child how he knew Bartleson did this to kids, and the boy responded that “Mr. Jeff” did this to five people and he knew that because “Mr. Jeff” told him so.

Another alleged victim, according to a police affidavit, said he met Bartleson through the Interfaith Hospitality Network and was molested by him when he stayed at Bartleson’s home. Unknown to him until much later, he also was videotaped by Bartleson while he showered at Bartleson’s house, the youth told police.

The young man told police that Bartleson “said if I told anybody, he’d hurt me.”

Dustin Taylor, the Pueblo detective who interviewed the second youth, said that his story about Bartleson touching his genital area “matches the modus operandi described by other victims coming out against Bartleson.”

Capt. Dave Lucero of the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office said that Bartleson is being held on a $150,000 bond for investigation of sex assault on a child.
