WE are not going to waste time to send a message on the first week of this year to the power that were (t p w) and or the alleged United States of America Inc (Minor) /UNITED STATES INC/UNITED NATIONS/incorporate FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and or all of its employees that are working (providing stipulated services to us under contract) within the land of the united States of America(Mayor), the continent/country that have nothing to do with the alleged said corporations from Washington DC and its territories abroad like in Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands that we, the people of this continent know and or are aware of all the frauds committed by the oligarchs across the globe and especially those from Washington DC that disguise as government and or representative of the people when in truth/facts they are only representing themselves(their corporations such as Monsanto and or Burger King…) and their alleged CEO that have the illusion he is the president of the entire Republic with its confederates states. And that by knowingly and deliberately has been enforcing propagandas and lies outside of his/ their own jurisdiction that is only within their ten square miles within Washington DC and its territories as we mentioned above in order to deceives us of the crimes they’ve been committing for far too long to the citizens of this country and our resources, and including other countries.

WE are not corporate citizens, and the dirty little secrets are all out for everyone to see.

TO the attention of all the employees of the alleged UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INC (corporations) AND OR ALLEGED FEDERAL GOVERNMENT such as: the vermin’s in black suits call federal judges, alleged BAR attorneys (that are the criminals behind the scenes calling themselves banks, and or collecting agencies), counties clerks and their assistants, attorney treasury, attorneys’ generals, governors, and last but not least all corporates sheriffs that traded their liberty for a bowl of porridge along with their gangs of outlaw criminals across the country that take pride in abrogating the lives of private citizens for profit. To you we say:

THE jig is up and you are ceased and desist from any longer assume and presume that we the people of this country are under your corporate jurisdiction and or that we are debtors to your own negligence and or your own corporate bankruptcy that happened many years ago, treating us as terrorists, and or under acts of war. To assume and presume this is admitting to your own crimes, and we the American people are not any longer subject to your crimes of embezzlement of credit, willful identity theft, inland piracy, currency manipulation, obstruction of bankruptcy, malfeasance, invasion, abrogation, usurpation, and as unlawful restraint of trade accomplished by personage and enforced by barratry by the perpetrators of these schemes whether foreign or domestic.

YOU are ceased and desist from grabbing any inland territory, build any more fast-food restaurants, more high-rises condominiums across communities, and our oceans shores; assume that we owed you any home loan mortgages so you can depose citizens of their own properties and hard working labor, assume that we owed you any taxes because we do NOT and for a fact and according to law never had to; take our children to put them in Foster Homes and or use them for pedophilia, and or sacrifice them under black magic to satisfy the greed of your elite class; false arrests of civilians for profit; corporate police gangs and or identity theft for profit, genocide, murdering, drug trafficking, pollution of environment and vital resources; animals extinction; force vaccination for profit all across the nation, especially to immigrants, school children, and elderly; implant of microchips computer especially to young adults for full control of the individual; all in complete violation, invasion, diminishing, extortion, usurpation, and abrogation of us the American people.

YOU have been and are in complete violation of cannon law and in complete violation of breach of trusts, and treaties of national and international law.

YOU are outlaw criminals in contempt of public law policies of the law of this Nation and the American people.

YOU ARE NOT A GOVERNMENT, NEVER WAS AND NEVER WILL. Your agencies are not the people government, nor a position in an agency gives you/them power of attorney over anyone! WHEN did the American people gave you/them, the alleged corporations of the United States of America Inc and or the alleged corporate FEDERAL GOVERNMENT knowingly and willingly and under a contract the authority to have power of attorney over their lives?

IF you are making this up through assumptions and presumptions then you are admitting to your own crimes.

Washington DC and the alleged UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INC(MINOR) along and or the alleged FEDERAL GOVERNMENT INCORPORATED do not have any legal or lawful authority to be giving order and or infringing the affairs of the American people not even two feet out of their ten square miles of Washington DC, none whatsoever, and we the American people are more than sick to think that your illusion is for real along with your theatrical performances of tyranny, invasion, violation, propagandas, malfeasance, and deceits.

WE want you to stop the madness, give back our lands that you have taking without any authority, leave us in peace, and pack your bags to your own jurisdiction before our next step, as it it obvious.

ARE you aware that violation of the Constitution FOR the united States for America (not to be confuse with your alleged corporate constitution that is the constitution OF the United States of America Incorporated), is death penalty?

AND last but not least, you are dissolved/defaulted since 2012. YOU have no charter to respond for you thus at this moment you are rampant criminals that anyone and or any citizen can seize your buildings and or shoot at any time at you without prejudice.

WE the American people want back what it was taking from us, we the American people do not need to have in our land rampant, hungry, homeless, and sick citizens on the streets because of YOU hungry greedy bastards that named yourselves the “chosen ones” then having us the people under acts of war, your debtors and slaves.

18 U.S. Code § 1341 – Frauds and swindles

WHOEVER, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, or to sell, dispose of, loan, exchange, alter, give away, distribute, supply, or furnish or procure for unlawful use any counterfeit or spurious coin, obligation, security, or other article, or anything represented to be or intimated or held out to be such counterfeit or spurious article, for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice or attempting so to do, places in any post office or authorized depository for mail matter, any matter or thing whatever to be sent or delivered by the Postal Service, or deposits or causes to be deposited any matter or thing whatever to be sent or delivered by any private or commercial interstate carrier, or takes or receives therefrom, any such matter or thing, or knowingly causes to be delivered by mail or such carrier according to the direction thereon, or at the place at which it is directed to be delivered by the person to whom it is addressed, any such matter or thing, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation occurs in relation to, or involving any benefit authorized, transported, transmitted, transferred, disbursed, or paid in connection with, a presidentially declared major disaster or emergency (as those terms are defined in section 102 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5122)), or affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both;

THIS year of 2016 and as soon as possible we want the issuance of a credit card with an unlimited line of credit for every American over the age of eighteen years old to meet their daily needs, and a set amount of fifteen hundred and no more than two thousand dollars’ lawful money for every new born child until the age of eighteen years old.

WE are asking Creator and the company of heaven to aid us to manifest this as soon as possible and through the ones that are in charge of the Global Trust Account for everyone. Many are the ones needing of their daily needs, and without this it is impossible to think of anything else including being thinking about ascension and or spirituality when our bodies are being depleted of the basic necessities as that of food to eat, and a roof over our heads, beside being under pressure from the rampant corporate police gangs/mafia everywhere that are on the lookout to send anyone and or civilians to jail even for such crime as breathing, and or kill us for no reason.

WE want actions now, and we want results now and not next year. Pay Pal for example is ready to run our deposits through our own banking system for example.

ENOUGH of the f*&%#g slavery; and let us all take their corporates buildings and jails to create homes for the homeless, and recreation facilities for everyone, along with arms of defense for every citizen and or every household in this nation to defend ourselves from the perpetrators that are nothing more than outlaw criminals and or mercenaries terrorists on the streets of every city within this nation in contempt of public law policies and working for alleged corporations managed by “corporates judges and or vermin’s in black suits” that are employees of the alleged federal government, among others.

AND that disguise themselves as public officials of the American people from their Corporate COURTS, and the high-rises offices furnished with all the commodities the earth resources can produce, paid with the hard working labor of the American people, and that are owned by the alleged British Accredited Registry (or the BAR) owned by each and every attorney(s) everywhere you look around-all working in unison to screw us all and or bring charges against us ( as if they have the authority to do so) inclusive of the lowest of of all, deposing us of our homes and properties; kill us for the purpose to collect the life insurance they/the county already and along with the probate court purchased on each and everyone of us; jailing for profit as we said, even if it is spying on us when we are driving and or monitoring the speed we drive… the air we breath… how many farts we had during the day…etc, etc. ALL done with the intention/fact of stealing from our Global Collateral Trust Account knowingly and deceivingly and that of a double whammy without our knowledge and without our consent and authority.

For those just now waking up—- the Federal Reserve is not and has never been any part of our government.  It is a mostly-foreign private association of banks operating as a criminal cartel on our shores. The Fed was invited here by other criminals impersonating our lawful Congress of the United States more than a century ago.  The details of how this happened are presented in our sworn and published affidavit of probable cause, “You Know Something Is Wrong When….An American Affidavit of Probable Cause” and The Creature from Jekyll Island.

Second, at the end of the Second World War the Allies set up the “Global Debt Facility” as a depository with the intention — at least on paper — of using this international collateral for the benefit of Mankind.

So much for good intentions and public relations. Of course, much more sinister and self-interested agendas were in play—one of which was the rape and pillaging of America and the dispossession of its people via fraud, misrepresentation, and deceit.

Attached you will find nine (9) important documents that establish at least one (1) of the several versions of the Minesfield Crossover Agreements alleged to exist and referenced by Ms. Hudes, and also a couple pages from the Secret Book of Redemption.   This extraordinary work explains how the Federal Reserve self-sabotaged its fiduciary responsibilities by introducing deliberate errors in the issuance of bonds and other documents so as to provide a predetermined excuse for not paying legitimate debts when they came due.

The Federal Reserve has also been instrumental in the Federal Reserve Note Scam and the enslavement of Americans mischaracterized as British Crown subjects.

A “Federal Reserve Note” like any “note” is a Promise to Pay—-like a bond is also a promise to pay at a later date.  This particular “note” was given a very special, very beneficial backing— members of Congress acting in treasonous self-interest established a fixed “dollar for dollar” exchange rate between the “Federal Reserve Note” and our actual United States Dollar.

As a result, the Federal Reserve Banks were enabled to pawn off paper I.O.U.s in exchange for our actual gold and silver—-and also for our unpaid labor and other resources.

To avoid paying these I.O.U.s  they simply collapsed the old “Federal Reserve System, Inc.” and entered it into bankruptcy.  All our gold and silver was stolen and transported overseas in “equitable exchange” for worthless paper, and then even the debt represented by those I.O.U.s was discharged in bankruptcy—which should have never been allowed.

That answers the question of where all the gold in Fort Knox went.

Bill Clinton had the last of our reserves shipped out during his final years in office.  He also pretended to have the authority to sell off our homes, businesses, roads, bridges, and other public infrastructure to foreign investors.  Literally billions of people globally plus 390 million Americans have been victimized and defrauded. Governments all over the world are looking to us to make good on all the private Federal Reserve Notes and all the bogus sales of our property that these con men pretending to represent us have sold to investors in our names.  Literally.

That is who and what the Federal Reserve is—- an international crime syndicate brought here and allowed to run rampant by the British Monarch who is supposed to be our Trustee on the Highs Seas and Inland Waterways, expedited by our own employees and by other people obligated to serve us in Good Faith by every treaty, Constitution, Public Law and trust obligation there is.

The primary beneficiaries of all this criminality are in order of importance:  the Pope, the Queen, Jacob Rothschild, and several corporations including SERCO.

The Pope agreed to forgive all “debts” arising from these false claims and agreed to return all American assets to the Americans they belong to. He has also taken other very important steps toward remedy.

The Queen is not eager to give up her ill-gotten gains and neither is Jacob Rothschild, who is still smirking and bobbing, confident that he and his criminal empire will escape the wrath of the world’s people and trick them yet again.

There’s only one big stumbling block. They can pay off any country on Earth except one. They can’t possibly pay back the Americans, who have been the biggest victims.

It simply can’t be done.

There isn’t enough gold or silver to pay back what they owe us already.

That’s why from their perspective, they have to do one of two things—- (1) work a final fraud scheme to gain immunity from prosecution and release from their debt to us; or, (2) kill off the Americans to reduce the amount of debt they owe and collect on the million dollar life insurance policies they’ve placed on each one of us.

But now they have just realized something rather crucial.

As long as there is one American left alive anywhere on the planet, that American can claim back absolutely everything owed to all Americans since this fraud scheme began— and tracking down and murdering every American worldwide doesn’t seem like a viable option.

They have always counted on their control of the “US Congress” as their final playing card.  They haven’t counted on us pointing out that the “US Congress” isn’t our Congress.

Karen Hudes thought she had everything nicely done up in time for Christmas.  She had cronies all lined up to accept our share of the gold from the Global Debt Facility.  Once they accepted the gold— “in our behalf”—and accepted all the immunities and guarantees and releases hidden in the fine print, her bosses would be off the hook, free and clear, able to claim immunity and keep all our assets, too.

Luckily for the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” the federal toadies don’t represent us in this matter and have no basis to claim that they do.

As a Trustee, Karen Hudes and the other 188 Trustees of the Global Debt Facility are in a bind. The Americans are owed their share of the gold in the Global Debt Facility.  The Federal toadies have no basis to accept it for us.  It isn’t in our interest to accept any fine print that gives the Queen and Rothschild and their cronies a “Home Free and Keep Our Assets” card.

And we are in no mood for Trojan Horses.

Those who have been listening to the exchanges between Karen Hudes and I have repeatedly heard her warnings about “World War III” — any such thing would be precipitated by the efforts of the criminals to assert false claims against us and our assets and their refusal to pay their own debts.

By now the entire world knows that the Americans have been the innocent victims of fiduciary trust fraud on an unimaginable scale, and millions of Americans know it, too.  The Russians and Chinese know who to blame.  If the Russians and Chinese want gold, they aren’t coming after us. Our pockets have been picked clean. Nobody is going to blame us for the lies of the Federal United States.  It’s all too apparent who the criminals have been and it is also too apparent that the American people have suffered along with the rest of the world.

Ms. Hudes would have the world believe that I am working for some Evil Network of Global Control and am single-handedly holding up the Global Reset and preventing poor people all over the world from receiving their fair share of the Global Debt Facility gold.  I say that Ms. Hudes is accusing me of what she is doing herself.  She is trying to gain immunity for her bosses—some way that they can wash their hands and avoid being responsible for their insurmountable debts to us and the rest of humanity.  It is their refusal to come clean that is holding up distribution of Global Debt Facility assets.

They, not we, are keeping the gold hostage, trying to use it as leverage for themselves, and trying to trick us all into accepting a bowl of porridge for our birthright.

Under their current plan the same corrupt politicians retain control and all the benefit of the gold goes to prop up national currencies which are nothing but a breeding ground for manipulation, fraud, and profit for the usual suspects.

The only benefit to the people Ms. Hudes can suggest is that they will no longer have to pay interest to the banks on the money their governments mint or print. It will mean the end of usury she says.
Pray tell, why should anyone have to pay interest to the banks in the first place?

Nobody’s currency has been backed by the banks.  It has all been backed by the labor of the people and the value of their country’s land, commodity, and product assets. The interest we’ve all paid to the Federal Reserve –for example– was nothing but another gratuitous fraud scheme, a charge for a non-existent service.

So we just mindlessly donate the gold from the Global Debt Facility to the same criminals who have enslaved and defrauded us and in exchange we get what?  The cessation of yet another fraudulent claim?

How does that benefit any poor people?  Instead, it benefits the banks.  They realize that we are looking at them and questioning their existence and examining their records and their operations and it is just a matter of time before someone says, “Why are we paying interest for a non-existent service?”

Another recurring theme in the dialogue is that I and by implication, “the Americans”, are being selfish and unreasonable, and that’s why everything is held up.  The inference is that I am keeping all this gold from benefiting the poor people of the world and standing in the way of President Marco’s Prayer— but the poor people aren’t slated to get any benefit anyway.  The banks are just colluding to pay the banks again and making sure that everyone has new poker chips to play in another round of  “Global Economy” still completely controlled and manipulated by the same Corrupt Old Bastards Club that brought us to this end.

How about a totally different result?  Something that actually helps all the people of the world and permanently solves the problem of idolatry and dishonesty being enshrined at the heart of our economic system?

To the extent that we need a planetary-wide currency system to facilitate trade, this can be accomplished by a simple numeric accounting system.  No banks are required. None at all. Just a user friendly accounting system similar to an ATM that accepts deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, a multi-tier computer system similar to the internet devoted to financial transactions, and geeks to troubleshoot.

To the extent that we need to provide for the basic needs of all people this can be accomplished by the same numeric system by providing basic living stipends sufficient to pay for food, water, housing, sanitation, transportation, education, and health care deposited into each individual account. Mankind can finally be set free from want and fear of want. No more starving children.  No more charity drives. No more slavery. No more anxiety. No more reason for war and conflict.

Why is this possible?  Because money is a symbol standing for the value of our labor and the Earth’s natural resources that we are all heir to. Labor–which includes our creativity and inventiveness–and natural resources, are the only sources of wealth on this planet. There is already more than enough value vested in our energy and the Earth’s resources to back every possible legitimate need anyone could ever have. There has never been any reason for people to suffer and go without basic needs.

To the extent that we need to provide for new investments, this can be accomplished by giving everyone their own investment account with an additional amount credited to it each year—and let people loan their investment money without interest to any worthy lawful endeavor they support.

We know that this is a difficult concept for people who have been trained to “work for money” to grasp, but money is an arbitrary product whether it is made from gold or plastic or glass, whether it is in the form of a coin or an accounting ledger.  In the past we’ve made money of different kinds and let these compete like different varieties of chocolate bars— the Dollar versus the Ruble versus the Yen— it is time to move beyond that.

People have been wrongly taught to put their faith in money and its external forms, to idolize it as a false god, when in fact, in an honest monetary system, its a hum-drum daily tool.

Those who control the production of money and who determine its accounting are all —-as the present circumstance proves and as 8000 years of history provides—- universally and inexorably corrupted by it and reduced to being dishonest profit-mongering white collar thieves.

Has the lesson been learned yet?   Have we all suffered long enough?  Senselessly enough?  Is it time to do away with banking— and go to an Open Account System?

There is no reason for any child growing up in any place on this planet to go without food, water, shelter, and anything else that they need.  Nor is there any reason for any retiree to go without a solid level of security, comfort, and enjoyment in their old age.  The senseless greed of small-minded and smaller-hearted men has perpetuated the Myth of Scarcity in the midst of plenty–and it is nothing but a self-serving blasphemy against Nature and God.

There is also no reason for our money to be outside our local control. No reason for gleaming bank towers overwhelming the skylines of our cities.  No reason for the Christine LaGardes of this world waving their hands and blankly discussing how they are going to seize the retirement accounts of senior citizens.  No reason for Paul Ryan mindlessly grinning like a Halloween pumpkin as he discusses all the “necessary cuts” to Medicare and other services that people have already paid for umpteen times over. There is no “National Debt”.   It’s all hokum, Smoke and mirrors promoted by thieves.  We have only believed in “money” because we have been kept ignorant and deprived of this critical tool by force, and we now fully realize that this Ultimate Fraud has been served to us at the hands of vicious self-serving criminals who profit by it.

There must be a great cleansing of our minds and our hearts, a sucking in of new vision like a rush of air to our lungs.  Any hope that the bankers and politicians have had that this would be business as usual —just a wrap up song and dance to finalize the Greatest Fraud in History— will be sadly disappointed. The Americans are awake— fully awake.  The doors have been opened that no man can shut.

We are going to demand our share of the Global Debt Facility gold free and clear of any strings.   We are going to liquidate the corporations that have acted as crime syndicates on our shores.  We are going to lead a profound and permanent reform of the world monetary system. We will be cleaning out vacated public offices from sea to shining sea. We will be reforming and replacing the courts. We will be amending and updating The Constitution and putting an end to any outdated and prejudicial association with Great Britain allowing it to meddle in our affairs. If we get any offer of violence whatsoever from those responsible for these crimes committed against us and the other innocent people of the world, we will join with the Chinese and the Russians and everyone else who has been defrauded by these thugs and we will make sure that the promoters of these crimes never have the opportunity to harm anyone again.

Let that be a promise heard round the world and especially in Washington, DC.

A Christmas Message for Veterans From Judge Anna and James Clinton Belcher December 24, 2015

It’s time you met the co-author of “You Know Something Is Wrong When…..An American Affidavit of Probable Cause”——James Clinton Belcher. Two years USAF Cryptography, six years Covert Ops, 29 years Night Terrors. When a military bureaucrat looks at a personnel file and straightens up in his chair and softly whistles and says, “He must really want to live.” —- you don’t have to be told much more.

Jim always sits with his back to the wall and an exit close by. He’s the only man I know of who goes moose hunting with a 9mm and makes a one-shot kill look easy. At past 70, the muscles on his back are still like polished stone. He is a nice man, a good man, but there is something about him that tells you that you really, truly would not want to mess with him, and there’s something else—an air of command that makes other men instinctively listen to what he says when he does speak, which isn’t often.

As one of his best friends said, “Jim was born old.”

The one thing nobody ever says, but which everyone knows, is that his heart was broken many years ago, and not by any woman. It was broken by this country. It was that heartbreak that led to the affidavit and so much more in both our lives.

Despite everything, Jim Belcher weighed in, raised four children to adulthood, and became one of the most respected artists in America. He has been a Signature Member of the Oil Painters of America since the 1990’s.

We’ve been deluged with questions from veterans who have read the affidavit and who, one way or another, know it’s true. Yes, our country’s government has been usurped by the international banks and foreign governments, especially the British government. Yes, this gross corruption has been going on a long time. Yes, it threatens not only our country, but the whole world.

Still, what’s to be done about it? The history and the facts are now clear, documented in stone by public records. We finally know the past, but what does that imply about right now and the future?

I asked Jim and here’s his advice to his fellow veterans:

First, take care of yourselves and each other. Always. Remember what cadre means.

Second, our worst enemy is ignorance. Know who you are and know who “they” are. This is difficult, because we are all Americans, and 90% of those supporting this abuse and corruption are doing so because they don’t know any better. Inform them as fully and simply as you can.

I recommend pointing out that there are two kinds of people on this Continent according to the Treaty of Paris, 1783: the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” and “inhabitants” — British Crown subjects who are here to deliver “essential governmental services” (The Constitution Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2). That pretty much tells the story right there.

Third, whether they know it or not, virtually all government workers and certainly all elected officials fall into that second category of British Crown subject “inhabitants” and they have used various means of fraud and guile to redefine our political status to be the same as theirs. They’ve told a bunch of lies about us and done their best to reduce us to foreign servitude.

It was by using this fraud against our true political status that they drafted people into World War II and Korea and Vietnam. It’s what they have used to tax us and license us and drive us crazy with 80 million regulations and statutes and codes, the enforcement of which is how they make a good portion of their money. Most recently they have begun outright strong- arm extortion— forcing us to pay them for protection and health insurance and other “services” that they have seized control of.

Second

Some people say they are Communists and some say they are Nazis. I just say they are European Banker Scum and leave it at that.

Fourth, they get away with most of their crappola by pretending to be units of government or “agencies” of government, but they aren’t. They are just private corporate subcontractors without a shred of any delegated authority. The American Bar Association and the Internal Revenue Service are both privateer organizations owned by Northern Trust, Inc. They are private bill collectors for the Pope and the Queen and international banks and that’s all they ever have been.

These entities are all operating under private corporate administrative law and international admiralty. I laugh every time I hear some idiot threaten us with “martial law” – we’ve been living under martial common law since the 1860’s.

Fifth, the ones primarily responsible for all this corruption are the members of the “US Congress” past and present—- functioning as the Board of Directors of successive private, mostly foreign-owned and always poorly managed governmental services corporations calling themselves all sorts of different names like: “UNITED STATES (INC.)” and “The United States of America (Inc.)” and “USA (INC.)” and even “E PLURIBUS UNUM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”. With a little sleuthing you can find their registrations here and in France and at the United Nations City State and other places, their DUNS numbers, their CAGE numbers, all of it.

Sixth, generations of malfeasance and treasonous corruption among the members of Congress have sold out this country and robbed us blind almost to a point of no return. Most of the stoodges in the Congress now don’t have a clue what they are doing, and they don’t care. They sign pieces of gobbledygook that are thousands of pages long into “law” and never read any of it. They pretend to have authority to sell you and your children’s children’s children into debt slavery, and they pretend that you agreed to this and gave them permission.

Right.

Seventh, the truth is that these people, aided by the members of the Bar Associations and the Internal Revenue Service, have falsified the public records and changed your political status from that of one of the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” to that of a mere “inhabitant” —- a British Crown subject obligated to do whatever they tell you to do and that’s how they have engineered all this rot and made all these false claims against you and your property.

Eighth, when you discover the Truth and try to get this corrected, they throw up all kinds of road blocks and make all sorts of excuses. They deny your applications for a correct passport. They harass you on the roads. They charge you with crimes that apply only to British

Three

Crown subjects in their very own administrative tribunals. They throw you in their private jails- for-profit, and then charge your public treasury for the “service”. And worst of all, they maintain that they have the power to draft you and send you anywhere in the world to kill other innocent people for the financial benefit of those responsible for this.

Ninth— who is responsible for this besides the members of the “US Congress” and every President except Kennedy for the past hundred years? It’s mostly the British Crown and a bunch of bankers and industrialists: every corporation owned or operated by Rothschild, every corporation owned or operated by the Rockefellers, every corporation owned or operated by George Soros, for starters. Vanguard, Fidelity, Carlisle, SERCO, Northern Trust, the Federal Reserve Banks, Merrill-Lynch, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, General Electric and the list goes on. They all need to be busted up into little pieces and liquidated for fraud and racketeering. Their assets need to be returned to the people who have been murdered and defrauded and enslaved to build these criminal empires.

Tenth— now, we’ve told it to you straight and you are still standing there gaping and saying, but what do we DO? Communications, command, and control. The word has to be passed hand to hand and mouth to mouth so that everyone in America and the rest of the world knows the Truth— and the truth is that America, all the nations of the old British Empire—India, Canada, Australia, England, Scotland, Ireland, New Zealand—have all suffered gross fiduciary trust fraud. So has almost all of Europe. We need an “army” of researchers and forensic auditors and public accountants and historical researchers, paralegals, private investigators, and police officers. We need to track down where the money went, and by that I mean, what stands for “money”— credit, securities, and commodities. Those responsible need to be tracked down, arrested as criminals, and subjected to the same kind of interrogation they’ve used on their scapegoats at Guantanamo. These financial criminals declared “war” on the rest of us. Let them get a taste of it.

Eleventh – the element of command: we need to change our minds. We have been fed a line of bull for so long and indoctrinated so severely that we need to relearn how to think and how to learn. Turn off the Boob Tube. Just turn it off. Listen to local radio stations if you still have some in your area. How do you know if it is “local”? Look at the content. The Corporate Controlled Media feeds you a steady stream of two things all day long, every day: sex and death. They do this to arouse your desire to buy stuff from their bosses and to frighten you into demanding more government services—-which is the same thing. Turn the knob. You have to start thinking and looking for yourselves. “Snopes” is nothing but a couple California Libs who couldn’t check a fact if their lives depended on it. Check your own facts. Use your own brains, your own hearts. Start cranking out your own media—you know how. Send this message out by the millions. Print it out. Email it. Paste it on your mess kit.

Four

Twelfth – control. The first thing you have to control is yourself. Keep calm and get even. Take the steps necessary to secure your families and communities. Tell the “Mayors”— who are corporate stoodges elected to private corporate offices—to vacate any pretension of holding public office and to stop adding fluoride or anything else to your drinking water. Make that one stick and make plans for taking over and running public utilities in an emergency. Lay in a supply of food and first aid and everything else you can and plan not only for yourselves, but as much as you can for your neighbors. Everyone who has drilling equipment, start plugging water wells for public use. Along with these practical kinds of measures, put the heat on the politicians.

Call for a public moratorium on all foreclosures. No money has been loaned since 1933, and no credit but the Borrower’s own credit has been loaned, either. Every single mortgage contract in America is void for fraud without exception. Those men and women in the nice suits who claim to be running “your state legislature” are responsible. Do I need to say anything more? According to the commercial law in all fifty states, a “promissory note” has to be paid off within nine months of issuance. That thing misrepresented to you as a promissory note, and which you signed in Good Faith, is in fact a security note and what the bank obtained from you is an unregistered security—which is totally illegal. You’ve been defrauded and the contract failed on the first default.

Everyone in America who has had a mortgage since 1933 has been defrauded. It’s the same in Canada, England, and France—anywhere this “system” has been allowed to function.

It’s time you all woke up.

Call for the return of your bank-pilfered property. In 1933 the “Congress”— a Board of Directors of a private, mostly foreign-owned corporation facing bankruptcy – pledged you and your assets as “surety” for their debts without telling you a thing about it. They also created their own currency— a private corporate script called a “Federal Reserve Note” and gave it (and them) an unnatural benefit: a fixed “dollar for dollar” rate of exchange against your United States Dollar defined as an ounce of pure silver.

A “Federal Reserve Note” is a promise to pay— an I.O.U. So “Congress” acting at the behest of the Federal Reserve Banks exchanged your gold and silver for their worthless paper, cleaned out Fort Knox, ran “your” credit cards to the hilt, and then bankrupted the whole Federal Reserve System—-discharging all those I.O.U’s via bankruptcy fraud and leaving the perpetrators in possession of your gold and silver, plus the value of everyone’s labor and natural resources since 1933. The perpetrators have pulled the same fraud in almost every country worldwide.

No wonder Jacob Rothschild claims to be worth 500 trillion dollars.

Resist all and any attempts to disarm anyone. Placed against this backdrop, when “the government” — a private corporation of the same basic nature as Burger King International tells you to give up your guns, what do you tell that “government”—-?

That’s right.

You don’t give them your guns or your knives or your swords or your chain saws or your nail guns or anything else that can be used as a deadly weapon. If you are an American, you don’t ask anyone to give up their guns and other weapons for any reason. You understand that we are facing a criminal cartel of unimaginable proportions bent on enslaving the entire world via deceit and fraud. You call on your brothers in the military worldwide and in the police forces worldwide, to put an end to this bunko.

You tell your neighbors and you batten down.

There’s 360 million of us in America and 515 of them, plus about 30 million clueless corporate government employees operating county franchises and state franchises of the governmental services corporation(s) responsible for this mess.

Restore your lawful government on the land. All the “State of…….” and “County of…….” organizations you see are franchises in the same sense as the local Dairy Queen. They are not the counties and states you owe yourself and do not represent the counties and states you are heir to. These are foreign “territorial” and corporate entities that are supposed to be limiting themselves to serving Federal United States Citizens and riding herd on the same corporations that are causing all this trouble.

Your counties and states rule the land jurisdiction owed to the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” and it is time to exercise that jurisdiction. Post the Public Notices and hold Public Meetings explaining the situation, open Nominations for the vacant offices of —Sheriff on the Land, Judges and Justices of the Peace, Clerks, Bailiffs, Public Notaries, owed your Common Law Courts (see Amendment VII and Milligan Ex Parte), Coroner, and any other offices you wish to fill, including Governor on the Land—and hold elections, accept the bonds and oaths, and get started.

Once elected and installed in office, your Sheriff on the Land is the highest police official in America. He can deputize as many men as he needs. He can commandeer the forces and equipment of all the corporate “Sheriffs” who are just mall cops being paid for out of our public funds—-and he is fully empowered to go retrieve any and all Americans being held in any

corporate for-profit jails for release to his custody. Only those accused of murder or armed assault with a deadly weapon may be retained by Federal Marshals.

Thirteenth — show up the United Nations for what it is. Thus far, it has been a clearinghouse and facilitator of all this fraud, oppression, and criminality. If it is ever going to have any legitimate power or function it’s now or never. It has to address the worldwide bank fraud and oppressive tactics of its member states — which are all nothing but corporations — and if it doesn’t, then you all know where the spring cleaning needs to begin.

Fourteenth, put the spurs in the Roman Catholic Church. According to Ecclesiastical Law, which is where all this started, the Pope has the unquestioned right to amend or repeal any statutory law and to discipline or liquidate any corporation on Earth that functions in a criminal fashion—-including his own.

You “the free sovereign and independent people of the United States” are owed Good Faith service, protection, freedom (not “liberty”), and peace from these scoundrels according to the Definitive Treaty of Peace (1783), The Treaty of Westminster (1794), The Supreme Repubican Declaration of the United Colonies of America, The Constitution for the united States of America, The United States Statutes-at-Large, the Expatriation Statute (1868), the Geneva Convention Protocols of 1949: Laws of War, Volume II, Article 3, the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Universal Right of Self-Declaration.

If these fine words ever meant anything, the Jacob Rothschilds and John McCains of the world must finally be recognized for what they are, arrested, and incarcerated for crimes against humanity.

The Cheapest, Most Efficient Prison of All – Your Own Mind

From the cradle onward we are deliberately taught to think in ways that profit our predators. This is done by those who stand to profit from these purposefully engendered failures of logic. For example—remember yourself as a child playing with a set of colored blocks, marbles, or similar objects. What were you taught to focus on?

You were taught to focus on and identify differences—- difference of color, size, shape, texture, material, transparency—any kind of difference at all was important and emphasized and you were required to recognize and note it.   The sameness or similarity of things was used merely as a means to identify differences. Why?

Why isn’t recognizing similarities inherently as important as recognizing differences?

Without recognizing similarities first, we wouldn’t be able to discern differences, but similarities are downplayed because similarities provide the basis for unity and peace and compassion.

Those who profit from keeping us divided and endlessly at war don’t want us to think in terms of similarities. If we did, we would see the way this learned emphasis on differences allows us to be manipulated and misled, how it teaches us to fear, how it nurtures prejudice of all kinds, and how it makes us susceptible pawns for war-mongers and demagogues.

This early emphasis on perceiving differences also leads us to think in terms of parts instead of wholes, and in terms of “us” versus “them”.

This same learned perceptual prejudice results in instinctively thinking in terms of “either/or” when we would be better served by thinking in terms of “and”.

We are taught to think in terms of endless duality: good versus bad, rich versus poor, right versus wrong, black versus white, Democrat versus Republican, Baptist versus Catholic—-all because it is easier to limit and control and manipulate us when we think this way. The slave masters set up the two goads and drive us endlessly between them, and our patterned way of thinking prevents us from breaking free. We become like “dumb, driven cattle” caught between the carrot and the stick, never questioning who is manipulating us or for what reasons.

In the same way we are taught to think in terms of groups, not individuals. The value of “teamwork” and “command structure” is drummed into us until we feel useless and paralyzed as individuals. We innocently accept such concepts as “collective guilt” or “shared pain” or “group action”—–none of which really exists.

The individual is the unit of human experience—and is also the limit and expression of all human experience.   All the pain that can ever be felt is felt only by individuals –one by one– and it is the same with guilt, happiness, or any other emotion. All actions are taken by individuals—one by one. If you stop and think beyond the outright false or half-truth assumptions you’ve been taught—- “we” are only sums of “I’s”.

The purposefully induced habit of thinking in terms of groups instead of individuals makes us susceptible to harmful, self-defeating assumptions of all kinds. This is why I meet patriots who feel paralyzed like deer in the headlights: oh, my, I don’t have a group! So what do these well-intentioned people do? They set out to create a group or to find a group—not realizing that they already belong to a magnificent and powerful group known as “State Citizens”.

What they really accomplish by this “group forming” is splintering off into thousands of worthy little specialized closet groups concerned about this or that small aspect of the whole problem, all claiming turf and fighting with and discrediting other such groups, everyone competing for donation money, and nobody getting any closer to seeing –much less addressing– the very real problems that are bearing down on us.

Hand in hand with the rest of the Group Think Tradition, we have been taught that our country is a democracy. It’s not. It’s a Republic. Democracy embraces mob rule, which means rule of the individual by the group. If the group wants your house, they can take it. If the group wants to tax you to pay their bills, they can. That is democracy.

Our American form of government is not based on groups of any kind. It is based on Individualism. It says very forthrightly that the individual is owed supremacy over the group when it comes to matters of free will, conscience, religion, and property rights. In a Republic, the mob can’t tax you to pay for their bills. They can’t take away your house or your land to serve themselves just because 51 out of a 100 group members say so.

Thinking in terms of groups instead of individuals has been taught to you on purpose and with malice-aforethought by the self-interested governmental services corporations. These government entities want you to subject yourself to the whims of the crowd, to derive your own identity from your group, to conform in every respect to the herd mentality—-because, again, this makes it easier to defraud you and control you, easier to train you as a soldier, and easier to milk you dry as a taxpayer.

Hand in hand with “Group Think” comes the learned behavior of looking for authority outside yourself –which leads us to misunderstand the nature and source of authority. All authority, like all experience, depends entirely on individuals, not groups, not hierarchies. All groups and hierarchies always derive any authority they possess secondhand, by delegation.

Authority simply does not exist apart from the authority of individual people who may retain their own rulership or give it away as a proxy, recall it at will, or ignorantly deny that they have authority.

How many modern Americans stand around whining about this or that, without it ever entering their heads that they have the authority to choose otherwise? That they are in fact responsible for making other choices if they want things to change?   That they can withdraw their granted authority at will? And that they are responsible for doing so, when the “government” defaults on its contracts?

How many Americans have meekly assumed that a foreign governmental services corporation headquartered in Washington, DC, has the authority to order them to buy health insurance from the company store?

We are also falsely taught to respect authority figures whether they earn that respect or not. For example, we are taught to respect Congressmen simply because of their office, no matter how criminal, stupid, immoral, uncaring, greedy, selfish, arrogant or irresponsible they are as individuals.

We are taught to turn off our common sense when dealing with government officials of any kind, from abusive traffic cops to corrupt judges. We are taught that the normal rules of a decent society do not apply to them and that furthermore, we are not capable of applying such rules to them.

We are taught to trust these so-called “officials” with our lives and our land and our pocketbooks without question, when sound reasoning and past history should prove beyond any doubt that they deserve to come under the severest kind of discipline and scrutiny.

So who or what is teaching us to think in these irrational, destructive, self-defeating ways? The public school system and the government-owned media cartels feed us lies and fear-mongering and twisted logic on purpose. It’s called propaganda and we are immersed in it. For a period of time between 1987 and 1989 a group of us kept a nightly tally of news stories being presented on the three major evening news programs: CBS, NBC, and ABC.   What we found should shock any thinking person.

We each kept a tally sheet with three columns. One column was headed “Death”, a second column was headed “Sex” and a third column was headed “Other” to account for all other story subjects combined.

More than ninety out of a hundred stories on all three networks concerned either death or sex as the main subject, out of those over 60 percent contained elements of both sex and death.

Why?

The Spinmeisters are tweaking our thought patterns and training us to think that (1) sex and death are so very, very important, and (2) that there is a grim and terrifying world we need all sorts of protection from. The overall affect is to generate sales of consumer goods because you are going to die and you might as well get some, and secondly, to generate fear and distrust and a sense of foreboding conducive to keeping people in line and isolated and convincing them that they need more and more and more governmental services.   More surveillance.   More regulation.   More police.  The evening news is just another sales pitch for Uncle Sam.

The trusting pre-conditioned public never stops to wonder about this thoroughly predictable slant of the “news” programming.

We are not served by a media system that specializes in such “news” —we are served up.

Think about what you are thinking and feeling about yourself, about your world, and about other people around you.  Step back. Look at it as a Third Party. Ask—who or what benefits from this? Why do I feel anxious and isolated every time I watch the evening news? Why am I looking at all the differences in the world, instead of all the similarities? Why am I kept in a constant state of fear? Why should I put up with being bullied and taxed into oblivion by my own employees? Whose authority is being delegated —and abused—-to run this cesspool?

You are the one who granted all that authority in the first place. You are paying Mr. Obama and funding his mercenary armies, poised to come roust you out of your homes. You are standing there sending petitions to deaf ears in Washington. But most of all, you are imprisoned by your own mind, by your own indoctrination, to think that you are helpless, that you don’t have a voice, that your individual choices and actions don’t matter.

There are only individuals on earth. One by one, we tune out the mind fuzz, one by one we reclaim our own authority, and one by one we start taking action. We don’t need groups. We don’t need money. We don’t need authority figures telling us what to do. All we need is to wake up and look around and face the truth. And then one by one, just as surely, we will start to take action to defend our own interests.

Most of us will pull all our money out of the banks. Most of us will give notice to that THING in Washington, DC, that we are not “US citizens” of any stripe. Some will start demanding the release of plentiful quantities of United States Currency Notes for our own trade purposes.

Others will plant their own Victory Gardens. Still more will expose the corruption of the courts. More will start newspaper and production companies to share the real news. All of us, one by one, will move forward by the individual lights we see and before you know it, those 515 people in Washington, DC who are responsible for this mess are going to get the Sleeping Giant’s message without the benefit of loudspeakers or public programming.

Stop worrying. Stop spinning your wheels. Stop trying to get elected. Stop trying to elect anyone else. There are no legitimate American public offices left to fill at this time, except County Sheriffs, Notaries, Grand Juries, County Judges, and County Coroners. Forget about political parties. Those are just the goads, positive and negative, there to fool you and deplete your time, money, and energy. Don’t sign petitions addressed to your runaway servants. Don’t vote in their private elections.

Just vacate your prison like they vacated their public offices. Tell the Secretary of the Treasury that you were defrauded and your ESTATE was included in the bankruptcy proceedings of the United States of America, Inc. by mistake and you don’t intend that it is going to be rolled over as surety for the bankruptcy of Puerto Rico. Tell him to fork over access to your individual trust account and to re-educate the Internal Revenue Service as to its actual purpose.

One by one and letter by letter, notice by notice, point by point and day by day—keep calm and get even.

True History of America Part 3 (1939-2012): The Real Dream vs. the False Truth

Hello, this is Frank O’Collins for the Ucadia blog for Thursday 24th July 2014 entitled: “True History of America Part 3 (1939-2012): The Real Dream vs. the False Truth”. Thank you to all of you who are giving your time to read and listen to this blog and audio being the third and final installment of a three part series on the True History of the United States of America.

A special thanks to all of you who have taken the leap to read and listen to the first and second part of this series already, with the first part entitled (1666-1840): The Curse against the Patriots and the second part entitled (1840-1939): The False God of Perpetual War. There is a huge amount of information in both blogs and audios and again my deepest apologies for the vast amount of irrefutable evidence. Yet, there is really no way of approaching this subject and to reveal the truth without providing to you as much evidence as possible in the form of statute, key documents and instruments.

Now in this third and final installment of the series, I am about to provide to you yet more evidence in context as to the undeniable three core facts throughout this series, namely:

(i) The United States of America was truly founded by men and women who sought to cultivate higher ideals and a vision of truth, justice and liberty as exemplified in the Declaration of Independence; and since then born into each generation, there have been men and women who exemplify these noble and moral characteristics as true heroes and True American Patriots to the Golden Rule of Law – many of whom have fought wars and defended the country in the belief of the American Dream; and

(ii) There is a second group, a shadowy group that uses religion and language and family names as colors of convenience being they are of no particular faith, or moral decency, except their obsession in their crafts of slavery and banking, of drugs and pharmaceuticals, of mining and minerals and of course the manufacture of the machinery for war. These families are the parasite that infected the host, being the United States of America, soon after the War for Independence, and have never stopped sucking at its life-blood. We have variously called these families the refugees of the 13 original states of the United States of Netherlands or Dutch Republic. We have also called them Wall Street, by their collective attachment to their ancient roots to the private colony of New Amsterdam, now New York City. But we should also call them by their even more ancient name – a name synonymous with piracy, with plunder, with anarchy and with severe mental illness, as the Amoricans.  That these people have never been true Americans, but imposters and parasites as Amorican pirates, feeding off the energy and goodwill of true Americans; and

(iii) There is a third group, connected through the contradictory, convoluted, occluded and absurd claims of the laws of Westminster and subsequent proclamations and corrupt laws of Congress that have used law as a weapon and a tool, to steal the energy of people, to seize their homes, their valuables, and to oppress entire states and communities of people to remain as wage slaves and insolvent debtor slaves in what is supposed to be a free country. These people are the parasites of the law – obscuring the true nature of the Golden Rule of Law and what the law is about; so that for generations people have struggled to survive through the maze of cruelty and rampant corruption that is the private courts of the private pirate bar guilds.

Now as people are waking up, such as those sacred grand juries that are not simply agents for the parasites, but true Americans who have embraced the 144 articles of the sacred creed of the grand juries, with which all Americans now have a measure, a template by which all laws, all policies, all disputes and controversies must be measured. Hopefully over time, this basic competence and knowledge of law will continue to expand and flourish not only within the United States of America but also throughout the world.

These are the three core facts that are evident not only in this three part series demonstrating prima facie evidence, but also evident in many of the topics discussed through the blogs and audios on Ucadia. In a moment, we will address some of the gaps leading up to 1939, and then the continuing evidence as to the history of America and what this knowledge of the truth will hopefully enable many to address in their own lives and communities.

But first, I want to speak about the core purpose of the title “the Real Dream versus the False Truth”, as listed for this third part of the series, and the relevance of doing this three part series in the context of Ucadia and the future of the world, and why I chose to do it in the first place.

The Real Dream of America vs. the False Truth of America

I know from first-hand experience the difficulty in approaching anyone who considers himself rational and sensible with any of the evidence we have discussed so far concerning the parasites called the Amoricans, living as energy vampires on the host of the United States of America. Even though throughout the history of the United States of America, there have been presidents, such as John Fitzgerald Kennedy, who very publicly and bravely warned all the American people about the parasites and Amoricans in their midst, most people would rather cover their ears and shut their eyes.

Even though the evidence of the Global Financial Crisis since 2007 has absolutely and unmistakably proven that these same parasites deliberately crashed the American economy and world economy, these same friends and relatives and acquaintances either refuse to acknowledge the evidence, or if they do acknowledge it, simply throw their hands up in the air and say there is nothing you or I can do about it.

Then there are those, who sensing their kingdoms of sand are under siege, will immediately run to old and tested distractions like spewing out scripture, or sending people down false rabbit trails such as the Uniform Commercial Code/UCC or any kind of method that stops people from getting a perspective on their lives, the lives of their ancestors and the history of true American Patriots and Heroes who have fought against these parasites and Amoricans for over two hundred years.

Finally, there are those who continue to earn their pieces of silver from working for the Amoricans and protecting the Amoricans and ensuring at all cost the crumbling status quo is maintained. These are the ones who instantly become belligerent, indignant and insulting toward you for even raising such topics, dismissing anything you say as unproven conspiracy, or excuses they do not have time to read. These are the loyal foot soldiers for the parasites, who are rewarded by the scraps that fall from the tables of the elite. These are the enforcers who do the dirty work of the banks and the courts and the commercial military apparatus and they will say and do anything to wash their hands and cleanse their conscience like the countless generations of cowards and zombies that have put their own survival and well being ahead of everyone else.

Yet, far from being hopeless and impossible to address these forces, what I have tried to show everyone who has taken the time to read and listen is the extraordinary realization of the sheer power of the Dream versus the weakness and the falsity of the truth.

What I mean exactly is that Life is a Dream, yet a dream that operates according to rules – which we call Science. That is at the heart of the Ucadia model and far from the ruling elite considering such a notion as foreign or laughable – such a realization is actually at the heart of true Kabalah knowledge. Yet the Kabalah model that propelled the formation of so many secret societies in the 15th and 16th Centuries contained many flaws, not only through mistranslation of the texts of Cordoba, but missing pieces of the puzzle.

When you add on top of this misdirected knowledge the sheer hubris, arrogance and willful stupidity of the pirate classes of parasites in not truly accepting the existence of the supernatural, much less knowing the true origins and histories of such spirits as Lucifer, or Satan, or Angels or Archangels, then what you have are centuries of superficial gloss and ritual and style with absolutely no substance whatsoever.

Thus, the people who came together to form their Grand Luciferian Alliance in 1666 had no real knowledge of Lucifer nor any supernatural or occult power; and the successors of these families who came together again in 1783 to formalize the Illuminati or Sovereign Knights of Malta in Venice had no real comprehension of the universe or the dream or mind; and these same families and others who helped form the Bilderberg Group and the Council of Foreign Relations and the Committee of 300 all suffer the hubris of severe mental illness of seeing themselves as gods, without even an ounce of the knowledge held by an ancient Hyksos Pharaoh or a Therapeutae Minister or a Cuilliaean Druid Priest.

Instead, the American Dream in a universe that is a dream and a life that is a dream is the only truth – because it is cohesive and it is consistent with the Golden Rule of Law, of Justice and Due Process and because the vast majority of real Americans consent to it, with many bravely willing to defend it and even die for it. In contrast, the truth we have been discussing concerning the true history of America in exposing the parasites is in a sense – a lie – not because it did not happen, but because it is not accepted by most Americans and because it so contradicts the principles of the American Dream.

So how can this be? How can the American Dream be true and the truth behind the history of America be a lie? And if this is so, why then bother with this three part series of the history of America? And what does this all mean?

Lets break it down: Most Americans are born into the model that the United States of America won the War for Independence, that a Constitution was formed and that the Country has been a beacon of light and hope for peace and freedom in a dark world for centuries. American school children then regularly pledge their allegiance to the flag, and are taught to trust in the rule of law and their political leaders protecting the constitution, and to honor the military, and to behave honestly and morally in performing their duties by paying their bills and taxes, and to obey those laws. This is what most people in the United States of America still believe today, despite the continued recession and corruption and destruction of whole strands of society. Because those people accept this Dream, the dream has substance.

In contrast, the history of the past two blogs paints a disturbingly different picture. Yet, this is why the revelation of the truth of this history is so important on multiple levels:

(1) First, the truth has been used as a weapon and a threat and a mafia-like tool for the elite parasites to trick, condemn and enforce the allegiance and zombie-like obedience of countless generations of decent men and women – who upon being shown the truth versus the dream, have undergone their own kind of mental breakdown before internalizing the abandonment of any hope. This breakdown of people is still standard practice for cults, for parts of the military and for parasite operations generally; and

(2) Second, by revealing the truth, you weaken the parasite’s ability to use such knowledge as a weapon against good men and women – you help heal the spirit and minds of those who have reached the highest levels of political office, and the military, and the business world, who have been tricked into performing the most horrific acts of terror and treachery against, sometimes, even their own children and family – that they now know the truth is exposed and that there is hope against the lies of the Amoricans; and

(3) Third, you offer to everyone the possibility of the dream being recognized as the reality by finally holding the parasites to account and ensuring the Constitution of 1861 is followed and that all officials do honor their oath of office and that those who claim to be Americans serve the interests of their community; and that the United States of America is a beacon for hope and not the monster that has perpetrated and perpetuated constant war against the world for two hundred years.

That is why we have done this series and that is the power of freeing and restoring the American Dream. To quote Victor Hugo who wrote the book Les Miserables: “All the forces in the world are not so powerful as an idea whose time has come”. The time has come to restore the American Dream. The time has come to expel the Amoricans and cut the parasite from the host. The time has come for men and women to either stand up and be counted as true heroes and American Patriots or, through their silence and cowardice, to admit their allegiance to the real enemy of the world and our collective future. History is not a spectator sport and no one has the option anymore of sitting on the fence.

In any event, now that we have addressed the issue of the Real Dream versus the False Truth, let’s discuss and fill in a few more blanks regarding this false Truth that brings us to the contemporary period.

The District of Columbia vs. Minor Outlying Islands vs. the United States of America

I guess the next point we need to discuss is the challenge in getting our heads around the three facts that:

(1) First, the only legitimacy of the Dutch Amorican families of Manhattan Island New York is through the deals with the British to control the military District of British Columbia connected via Vancouver Island (as Minor Outlying Islands) from 1866 (29&30Vict. c.67); and then confirming the rights of the Government of British Columbia in 1870 (33&34Vict.c.66); and then paving the way for the creation of the Government of the District of Columbia by the illegitimate US Congress in 1871 (41st Congress ch.62); and then the British confirmation of the re-establishment of provinces within the Dominion of Canada (34&35Vict.c.28), then the naturalization treaty with the United States in 1872 which made all Americans, British subjects (35&36Vict.c.39) and then the treaty with the military regime controlling the District of Columbia recognizing its legitimacy in occupying the United States of America in 1872 (35&36Vict.c.45).

(2) Second, the only Office recognized by the Crown of Great Britain and the Vatican under the original Constitution of the United States of America, being the Treasurer to the Navy in Admiralty from 1785 (25Geo3.c.31) operating as the original US Treasury which from 1871 onward had to operate on an island off the mainland United States as the head of the Minor Outlying Islands in treaty with the District of Columbia; and

(3) Third, the only true Constitution in operation since 1861 is the Constitution of the Confederacy of the United States of America, as I showed you in the link and as is proven by the public notice of the Articles of Confederation; yet held as a prize in the giant prize of war state known as Delaware or “State Of War” in which in subsequent years, all the other nations and kingdoms whose sovereignty was seized and taken by the pirates under letters of marque were subsequently stored in trust.

To many, the whole scenario seems preposterous at best and impossibly confusing at worst, and in a sense you a right. You see, Westminster was playing a gambling game with the Wall Street bankers, paranoid about losing their international loans and business if the legitimacy of the United States of America was ever challenged. Of course, people who were honest and who sought to live according the American Dream would have realized at any point they could have simply said “to hell with you” to the Crown and to the Bank of England and the Vatican. But because these people had already been living the “lie” behind the scenes, they blinked and so entrapped themselves and all who served them – especially the senior ranks of the military – to obey their insane and murderous plots of perpetual war for the benefit of the banks and crazy merchant elite.

As far as evidence goes, it is simply overwhelming, and really no one who is logical, reasonable and sensible could deny it. It is an indisputable fact that in the world today, virtually all countries are forced to have an office as a corporation in Delaware and then are listed as trading corporations with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  You can go and see it for yourself. It is not hidden. It is there in plain sight. If you live in Australia, then you can go and search for the Commonwealth of Australia and see it as a trading corporation. None of this is hidden.

As far as the original office of Treasurer of the Navy in Admiralty, you can see the long history of the US Treasury being stationed in the Philippines and then Cuba and now in Puerto Rico.  Yes, the US Treasury and its commercial debt collection arm known as the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) is registered in Puerto Rico under the Minor Outlying Islands.  Again, there is no attempt to hide it, because most people can’t get their head around the lie that is the true history of America.

And as far as the United States of America is concerned, again you can find it is registered in the State of Delaware as a prize in plain sight and traded, itself, as a corporation. So with all this evidence, why can’t people see what is in front of their face and why won’t they change?

The Amoricans and their leading enforcers have become completely insane

In 1937, Ferdinand Lundberg published a work called America’s 60 Families based on years of tax records back to 1924, investigating the super-rich and many of these Dutch families from New York in which he quoted:

“The United States is owned and dominated today by a hierarchy of its sixty richest families, buttressed by no more than ninety families of lesser wealth… These families are the living center of the modern industrial oligarchy which dominates the United States, functioning discreetly under a de jure democratic form of government behind which a de facto government, absolutist and plutocratic in its lineaments, has gradually taken form since the Civil War. This de facto government is actually the government of the United States — informal, invisible, shadowy. It is the government of money in a dollar democracy.”

You have probably heard of many of the names such as Astor, Du Pont, Vanderbilt, Sulzberger, Van Eeghen, Roosevelt, Guggenheim, Gettys, Schiff, Dulles, Warburg, Blumenthal, Rosenwald and many others including those enforcer families welcomed into the fold such as the Rockefellers, the Morgans and the Bushes.

The danger of these clinically insane elite cannot be overstated. Ever since they commissioned the Gatling Gun to secretly win the Battle of Gettysburg by murdering more than 30,000 patriots and heroes, including their own men in a single day, to the funding of the Communist Empire of the Soviet Union in the 1920’s, to the funding of the Nazi War machine in the 1930’s, to the Korean War, to the Vietnam War, the two Iraq Wars, to the Afghanistan War and to the constant funding and support of an equally mentally unstable elite in Israel and other Middle East countries.

Their power is and has always been the use of this true history as a mafia-like weapon against everyone who holds any position of authority within the United States – particularly the military – to continue to believe there is no hope, no alternative, no other way but to blindly follow stupid and insane and bloody orders of perpetual war.

Yet their other incredible mind job has been to convince the American people that the American Dream is fragile and risks being destroyed if any of the truth of the lies of history are revealed. What utter bullshit! What complete rubbish these people have spewed. The risk to the American Dream is not that people do not wake up – but all the people who continue to beg for their 30 pieces of silver from the bankers by volunteering to be traitors and double agents to their own families and communities- by spewing forth disinformation, distractions and the mass of crap you see sown across the internet. These are the real enemy- the vacuous talking heads, who will never once refer to these blogs, or look at the statutes, or give a straight answer, or will simply dismiss this information by making some shallow and superficial remark about its author to keep people distracted.

So I am going to prove to you that not only is the American Dream the only truth, and is perfectly capable of withstanding the exposure of this madness – but that it even gives us the instruction on how to restore it.

We should have no fear of risking the United States of America being destroyed if we stop being cowards and actually stand up and restore the American Dream. The brave men and women who in 1861 sought to correct the injuries of the Amorican pirates made sure the United States of America can never be destroyed unless every single American becomes a pirate.

Instead, let me recite to you, the call and instruction from the very founders of the American Dream to each and every one of you in respect of the truths revealed across these past three audios:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

There you have it. What all those heroes and true American Patriots are calling out across time to each and every one of us to consider: Stop working for the banks. Stop believing you are an insolvent debtor, or that you are cursed by original sin. Stop feeding the perpetual war machine and its false arguments for the need for perpetual war. Stop listening to the mainstream propaganda of the media networks.

Start trusting one another again. Start looking for ways to work together. Start reading and listening more and being more discerning with whom you read and listen. Start being prudent with your time and your energy as no one can steal it or take it from you without your consent. And Start having confidence that you are a valuable and important member of the species who has the capacity to help bring sustainable change.

Don’t get stuck on the ego trip that so many are on, in claiming yourself as some defacto president or governor, or demanding the resignation of government officials, or writing long winded treatises as to your grievances. The paper excuses do nothing to enact real change and actually are counter-productive. That is why disinformation agents promote them so heavily. Instead, focus on positive actions within your own family and community – by no longer viewing yourself as a victim in anyway, but a true agent for positive change.

The fate of the world is not solely on your shoulders. Yet what you choose to do with the right intention will ripple throughout eternity. So choose wisely. Politicians and policemen love to use the phrase “rule of law” when they argue for their positions on certain issues such as criminality and economics.

Ordained by God , the Rule of Law is supreme and it should be the binding force that unites civilized men, We all are.

The problem is, rule of law does not always mean social justice.

Most of the time, the rule of law just mask the tyranny out of the moneyed class for they have the monopoly to hire “experts of the law” to defend them in times of aggression, their own aggression against the poor. Therefore, in the end, the rule of law only favors tyranny and oppression, it is a sheer delusion to think otherwise.

The rule of law that we are discussing so far is called commercial law, that kind of rule set that gives the semblance and color of law, i.e. those rules and statutes crafted by our representatives without our full approval. They have assumed full authority to make whatever rules they, or their campaign financiers / puppetmasters, deemed fit for a given situation from the day we elected them and for the entire duration of their term of office.

Representation or the use of proxy is replete in all facets of the Corporatocracy to keep the masses from seeing the big picture. This also falls to the same category as compartmentalization that is replete in school curricula and mass media. When our lifetime interaction with the government and all other corporate entities require us our birth certificate, social security number, and tax account number that’s when we know we are deeply controlled by a system of forced servitude.

Our birth certificate became our proxy. The entire government is the effective proxy of the Oligarchy. So, when they said that we must be ruled by law, they actually mean “bend down to our will, whims and caprices.” A strange lady bearing the corporate name of KAREN HUDES has had a long spat with common law practitioner, Anna Von Reitz, and it is interesting where these two ladies stand as it would shed light more on the former as a person and her real role as “World Bank whistleblower” and should also provide as a good review of how Corporatocracy thrives.

We have been made aware also of a PDF document where HUDES accused us as a CIA front, just like she accused Neil Keenan and Ben Fulford of the same crime much earlier. We, of course, consider HUDES a nuisance and of no value to the global freedom movement whatsoever. The Jesuits should have silenced her a long time ago for poor acting performance. We were born and raised with deep resentment against anything having to do with the Central Intelligence Agency [CIA] and the Jesuit Hierarchy including, but not limited to, their complicit involvement in the Low Intensity Conflict [LIC] being waged for decades here in the Philippines.

Our earliest articles and published work on this site reflect this character, and we will continue onward based on the same principles that our parents before us were espousing. Yes, this is a family tradition, but is never exclusive. Our neighbors and teachers were for decades nurturing the same views. During most evenings with an AM radio receiver on one corner, we would overhear them chatting about secret government and occult stuffs as early as the 70s.

Of course, we didn’t have a complete understanding of what was going on then. Only much later when we realized conspiracy is the only explanation.

Anna Von Reitz vs. Karen Hudes:

Judge Anna von Reitz has been dueling with former World Bank attorney Karen Hudes for some time. Ms. Hudes claims to be a “truther”.
The Judge has also been setting us straight on the Constitution and the Law as it was, as it was intended, and as it was manipulated by the corrupt government to ensnare, rob and prosecute The People.

If you are not aware that the government of the USA (to use those terms loosely) came up with their own language and meanings in official documents then this may come as a shock to you, but I think you’ll like this sassy lady.

Every word in every legal document, statute, etc. is carefully crafted to mislead, incriminate and deceive the public. The courts are corrupt, even the Supreme Court in the majority of cases, and that includes judges, administrators and clerks, bailiffs, lawyers… bribery is rampant. The goal is to generate as much money as possible and throw as many people into jail as possible.

All the millions of people jailed over income taxes? All the millions foreclosed upon? All those who have been kidnapped and kept under false arrest for “victimless crimes”? All those who have lost custody of their children? All the billions upon billions of dollars charged each year against our public purse to keep innocent Americans incarcerated? And it is all based on semantic deceit fraud that began in 1864… Congress is corrupt, and pretty much always HAS been corrupt.

The government has always been working for themselves, not for The People. They are criminals, and it’s time we rounded them up, stripped them of their assets and locked them up in their own prisons.

Anna von Reitz

This is November 9, 2015.

For those who don’t know, I had a major league donnybrook right here on Facebook with Karen Hudes two years ago in July. I told her that we, the living American people, are the primary creditors, that the gold her banker bosses received as their part of the 1933 bankruptcy fraud belongs to the American people. She didn’t like it, but World Bank and IBRD are in the same position as a Pawn Shop Broker in knowing receipt of stolen goods—-she and they are just fudging around for a means to give it back to the people they schemed to defraud without admitting to the crime. Their primary concern is to avoid criminal convictions and public dishonor. Well, too bad. Better not to practice to deceive and manipulate and defraud people in the first place, no?

It is what it is—- blatant as a manure pile behind a barn. The Big Picture of the fraud that has been practiced against us is becoming clearer and more damning by the minute, so of course, everyone concerned is claiming “immunity” and trying to cover their rumps with whatever fig leaves they can find.

Now Karen is claiming that it is precisely this need for immunity that is two-blocking remedy. The rats are copping a plea bargain, in other words, but they aren’t finding anyone with both the authority and the willingness to absolve them.

Indeed, the disclosure of MORE deliberate long term fraud on the part of those fronting the “United States, Inc.” has left the entire Federal Court System on its back, all four legs in the air and twitching. Those who read our affidavit, “You Know Something Is Wrong When…..An American Affidavit of Probable Cause” (available on Amazon) already learned how the “Corporate Congress” conspired to change the meaning of a crucial word— the word “person” to mean “corporation”. Researchers in the Lufkin Case discovered another Motherlode of evidence involving more deliberate corporate semantic deceit and fraud. (Southern District of Texas, Houston Division No. 4:14-CV-0027 and Eastern District of Texas, Lufkin Division No. 9:14-CV-138 —the “Lufkin Case”). I am not sure who to credit for this snippet of case analysis, so will just point out that the next three paragraphs are quotes from a discussion of the case and they present the source of an absolutely crucial bit of information:

In Congress on June 30, 1864 (described in detail in both the Houston and Lufkin Record): On that date, Congress quietly decreed that the word “state” (and shortly thereafter “State” and “United States”) means “the territories and the District of Columbia” (13 Stat. 223, 306, ch. 173, sec. 182, June 30, 1864 [Go to “Turn to image” 306])—but ultimately translates to the District of Columbia only and excludes by design all commonwealths united by and under authority of the Constitution and admitted into the Union .

Since June 30, 1864, any Joint Tenant in the Sovereignty (you) who innocently believes or admits that he resides in a state, State, or the United States, unwittingly confesses or concedes that he is a resident of the District of Columbia—and subject to the absolute, exclusive legislative power of Congress and jurisdiction of District of Columbia executive and bench officers (Department of Justice attorneys and United States District Judges and Magistrates).” The upshot of all this is that no “US District Court” has jurisdiction outside the actual District of Columbia. And never did. And, by corollary, if the “federal courts” at the district level are limited in this way, so are the “federal state” courts and “federal county” courts. It is just a matter of time before the entire “federal” court system is recognized as a crime syndicate and liquidated.

All the millions of people jailed over income taxes? All the millions foreclosed upon? All those who have been kidnapped and kept under false arrest for “victimless crimes”? All those who have lost custody of their children? All the billions upon billions of dollars charged each year against our public purse to keep innocent Americans incarcerated?

And it is all based on semantic deceit fraud that began in 1864…..
The “Judges” and “Attorneys” who have used this venal system to protect the perpetrators are now under pressure themselves. All their secrets are being dug out of that giant manure pile mentioned earlier and not only do they and their buddies the bankers NOT have immunity, their friends in Congress are going to be held accountable, too.

What does all this have to do with my beef with Karen Hudes?

It’s simply this—- these banks and the Bar Associations—- ALL of them worldwide—-are at the bottom of the dogpile, the root cause of all the destruction, theft, criminality, and misery we and many other nations have suffered for over a hundred years. The Congress has functioned as their handmaiden and the Vatican has been their concubine. Now the jig is up and the facts are rolling in like ocean breakers.

Those who have had no mercy on any of us, are now demanding mercy, exoneration, and a Get Out Of Jail Free Card. These people have a million excuses for their behavior: they didn’t know, the dog ate it, it was necessary for the war effort…. They stand around like cows waggling their ears at us, uh, gee, Boss, I don’t know anything about the manure pile out back….

Generations of Congressional Delegations have sold Americans into slavery—literally— then come home and smiled and led the Fourth of July Parade.

Generations of bankers have advertised “personal” bank accounts under false pretenses, advertised “home loans” that don’t exist, land “sales” that don’t exist, “securities” that don’t exist.

Generations of lawyers have defended and perpetuated and profited from all this abusive bunko and all the while, claimed to be among the educated and elite members of our society, responsible for maintaining “The Rule of Law.” How can anyone in their right mind look at what has gone on here and still babble about “the rule of law”?

Karen Hudes is now advocating “The Rule of Law” and claiming that failure to maintain “The Rule of Law” will land us back “in the Dark Ages”.

Where in Heaven’s name does she think we have been? Americans have clearly and forever stated that we don’t live under “The Rule of Law”. We live under the Rule of the People—of the people, by the people, and for people. Someone–seriously– needs to inform Ms. Hudes of this fact.

Dear General Dunsford and Members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff:

Today, it is our sad duty to reiterate the facts. Our nation has been all but overrun by British-backed inland pirates making “war” upon innocent civilian non-combatants who are owed the Good Faith and Service of both the British Monarch who is supposed to act as our Trustee on the “High Seas and Inland Waterways” and the City-State of Westminster aka Inner City of London, which promised us “amity in perpetuity” under the Treaty of Westminster 1794.

These Breaches of Trust and Treaty by declared “friends and allies” and the criminality involved in their secretive execution of agreements revealed by the Secret Treaty of Verona (1845) led to the issuance of private privateer’s “licenses” to Bar Association Members including Members of the American Bar Association. It should also be clear that the resulting theft of our resources and labor and the abuse of our Armed Forces has occurred on the watch of your predecessors, all of whom have taken their paychecks from our treasury while turning a blind eye to the corruption in which they have participated and benefited from.

The jig, Sirs, is up.

Your duty is clearly to the American People and failure to perform will not be excused.

The false legal proceedings which have allowed the criminals responsible to “redefine” freeborn Americans as debt slaves belonging to the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation and to falsify the probate court records is now fully exposed and has been published worldwide. Similar mechanisms of fraud simulating legal process have been employed throughout Great Britain, the Commonwealth, Western Europe, and Japan.

A popular press article entitled “So What Does All This Mean?” elucidating the legal fraud mechanism and documenting the way in which it was put in place is attached. An original wet-ink signed copy of the referenced “Declaration of Joint Sovereignty” and “Sovereign Letters Patent” submitted to the UN Trust Committee-North America and to the UN Security Council is attached, as is an original wet-ink signed copy of our published, printed, and bound affidavit of probable cause, “You Know Something Is Wrong When…..An American Affidavit of Probable Cause”.

Your offices are already in receipt of the General Civil Orders issued by the American People acting under the Last Man Standing Rule of our Lawful Constitution. Your duty and the duty of the International Trustees to protect us and to protect our assets both public and private has been clearly enunciated along with our intention to live our lives in peace and our determination to stop this criminality in its tracks.

It’s our credit that has been abused to pay your salaries and buy your “toys” and it is our sons and daughters who fill your ranks and give your offices meaning. You will obey us and you will perform your duty to protect our currency and protect our national trust or we will fire you and hire someone else.

We are the lawful beneficiaries and inheritors of the American National Trust(s) and we are speaking in that capacity as Beneficiaries making demand upon the Trustees to act in our favor and according to our direct instructions.

No presumption that any incorporated entity other than our long-established States of America “represents” us may be maintained and no claim presented by any Member of the American Bar Association may be deemed credible. These con men have been waging a form of commercial war against innocent Third Parties, entrapping and entangling innocent non-combatant civilians in their private abusive bankruptcies.

Not all lawyers and bankers are bad people and many have participated unknowingly in this rape and pillaging of America. Those that have known and have willfully participated in these nefarious acts have operated as Undeclared Foreign Agents and have committed capital crimes including press-ganging, inland piracy, conspiracy against The Constitution, and unlawful conversion of National Trust assets. They are Public Enemies of the highest order, as they have abused positions of Public Trust in order to carry out their actions. They have also committed numerous lesser crimes including personage, barratry, impersonating elected officials, simulating legal process, reverse and secondary trust fraud, fraud by semantic deceit, and constructive fraud.

If your Oath means anything to you, if your country means anything to you, these crimes and those committing them must be brought to a stop. This continuing criminality is our Number One National Security issue.
