    Banks Are Obsolete

What else can we do with the $1.25 trillion we’ll save by eliminating these obsolete financial middleman parasites? A lot.

Technology has leapfrogged the banking sector, rendering it as obsolete as buggy whips. So why are we devoting 9% of our economy to an obsolete parasite? Financial sector profits now total a staggering 4.5% of GDP (gross domestic product), while the expenses generated by financial churning account for another 4.5% of the economy.

chart courtesy of Market Daily Briefing

Software and existing non-Wall Street/too-big-to-fail institutions could replace the entire Wall Street/banking sector and drop costs to .5% of GDP, saving us 8+% of our GDP ($1.25 trillion) that is currently siphoned off by parasitic middlemen. The banking sector is Exhibit A in the Middleman-Skimming Economy (February 11, 2014).

The pull of habit and propaganda is so strong that most people haven’t even recognized that software and the Web can replace the entire financial/banking sector for a fraction of the cost of the current parasitic system, a system that (as we all know) has captured the regulatory and governance machinery of the central state, making a mockery of democracy.

The benefits of eliminating the financial/banking sector are immense and far-reaching.

What exactly do banks do? Banks perform these basic functions:

    1. They hold depositors’ money.

    2. They act as a clearing house for payments, transferring funds from payer to payee.

    3. They issue loans on a fractional reserve basis, i.e. a few dollars in cash deposits supports $100 in loans.

    4. They originate and trade derivatives, run high-speed trading desks, operate various money-laundering and embezzlement schemes, influence elected officials with lobbying and campaign contributions and subvert both free market capitalism and democracy at every turn.

This entire parasitic middleman sector could be replaced with automated digital clearing houses and crowdfunded or non-bank loans. Why do we need banks to pay bills online? We don’t; any clearing house could charge a small fee for the transaction.

Why do we need banks when loans can be crowdfunded? If we can invest money in start-ups via Kickstarter, Indiegogo, RocketHub, AngelList, etc., why can’t we own a piece of someone’s auto loan or home mortgage?

The web and software now enable the elimination of the entire middleman skimming operation of banking. Those with capital can invest that capital directly in loans that the investors choose. Risk is distributed throughout the system, and the process of verifying credit scores, income, valuations, assets, and so on–the building blocks of risk assessment and a market for debt and cash–can also be automated.

The entire notion that 100 savers put their money in a bank which then buys a mortgage with their savings and sells it as a security that supports a pyramid of derivatives is obsolete. Each saver can directly own (and sell on a transparent market) a piece of a mortgage, auto loan, business loan, etc. There is no need for a middleman banking sector at all–no skim, no concentration of risk, no opportunities for selling derivatives to unwary investors. All that goes away with the banking sector.

But what about holding deposits? We already have two institutions that could serve this role: credit unions and the post office. If those holding depositors’ cash do not issue loans, they have no source of income to defray operating expenses. The solution is obvious: charge fees for holding deposits and payer-payee transactions.

If the fee structures are transparent, those who charge too much will disappear as customers go elsewhere. That’s the purpose of transparent competition in an open marketplace.

Many other advanced nations have long combined postal and simple banking services: France and Japan come to mind. Here we have a postal service that is struggling to fund its operations in the era of email, and here we have millions of people who prefer to (or have to) do simple banking in person. There is no technical or administrative reason that the post office could not operate as it does in Japan, as a place to deposit funds (including auto-deposit of Social Security checks), take out cash, etc.

    http://www.globalresearch.ca/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/bankster-chess.jpg
Please note that what I am suggesting is a transparent open market for these services provided by a range of enterprises and institutions.  Assemble a marketplace of local credit unions, the post office, enterprises that handle payor-payee transactions such as Dwolla and PayPal, and you have a wide spectrum of choices to suit every need.

As for business loans: you can get small-business loans on PayPal right now. It’s called Working Capital, and the borrower is given the total amount due right up front.

As for the commercial paper market: there is no technical reason why a transparent exchange couldn’t enable borrowers and owners of capital to set short-term loan rates via transparent bidding with automated software.

The obsolescence of banking includes the Federal Reserve–the ultimate middleman skimming operation. But what about providing liquidity in credit panics? Well, to start with, once the banking sector is gone then the concentrations of risk and the obscuring of risk that go hand in hand with banking also disappear– the forces that generate panics will have been dispersed. Those forces will have vanished along with the middleman financial sector that created all the risks, speculative excesses and panics. If there were a liquidity crisis, the Treasury could create and lend whatever funds were needed.

But what about manipulating interest rates and other forms of financial repression? Interest rates would be set by millions of borrowers and owners of capital in transparent transactions.

What about all those great investing services offered by big banks and Wall Street? As many have observed, automated index funds outperform 99% of fund managers over 10 year time frames. So Wall Street is also obsolete.

Once we get rid of these obsolete middleman parasites–Wall Street, the banking sector and the Federal Reserve–we have a delightful question to answer: what else can we do with the $1.25 trillion we’ll save every year by eliminating these obsolete financial middleman parasites? A lot.

Why Banks Are Doomed: Technology and Risk

It’s not just that banks are no longer needed–they pose a needless and potentially catastrophic risk to the nation. To understand why, we need to understand the key characteristics of risk.

The entire banking sector is based on two illusions:

    1. Thanks to modern portfolio management, bank debt is now riskless.

    2. Technology only enhances banks’ tools to skim profits; it does not undermine the fundamental role of banks.

The global financial meltdown of 2008-09 definitively proved riskless bank debt is an illusion. If you want to understand why risk cannot eliminated, please read Benoit Mandelbrot’s book The (Mis)Behavior of Markets.

Technology does not just enable high-frequency trading; it enables capital and borrowers to bypass banks entirely. I addressed this yesterday in Banks Are Obsolete: The Entire Parasitic Sector Can Be Eliminated.

Unfortunately for banks, higher education, buggy whip manufacturers, etc., monopoly and propaganda are no match for technology. Just because a system worked in the past in a specific set of technological constraints does not mean it continues to be a practical solution when those technological constraints dissolve.

The current banking system is essentially based on two 19th century legacies. In that bygone era, banks were a repository of accounting expertise (keeping track of multitudes of accounts, interest, etc.) and risk assessment/management expertise (choosing the lowest-risk borrowers).

Both of these functions are now automated. The funny thing about technology is that those threatened by fundamental improvements in technology attempt to harness it to save their industry from extinction. For example, overpriced colleges now charge thousands of dollars for nearly costless massively open online courses (MOOCs) because they retain a monopoly on accreditation (diplomas). Once students are accredited directly–an advancement enabled by technology–colleges’ monopoly disappears and so does their raison d’etre.

The same is true of banks. Now that accounting and risk assessment are automated, and borrowers and owners of capital can exchange funds in transparent digital marketplaces, there is no need for banks. But according to banks, only they have the expertise to create riskless debt.

It’s not just that banks are no longer needed–they pose a needless and potentially catastrophic risk to the nation. To understand why, we need to understand the key characteristics of risk.

Moral hazard is what happens when people who make bad decisions suffer no consequences. Once decision-makers offload consequence onto others, they are free to make increasingly risky bets, knowing that they will personally suffer no losses if the bets go bad.

The current banking system is defined by moral hazard. “Too big to fail” also means “too big to jail:” no matter how criminal or risky the bank managements’ decisions, the decision-makers not only suffered no consequences, they walked away from the smouldering ruins with tens of millions of dollars in personal wealth.

Absent any consequence, the system created perverse incentives to pyramid risky bets and derivatives to increase profits–a substantial share of which flowed directly into the personal accounts of the managers.

The perfection of moral hazard in the current banking system can be illustrated by what happened to the last CEO of Lehman Brother, Richard Fuld: he walked away from the wreckage with $222 million. This is not an outlier; it is the direct result of a system based on moral hazard, too-big-to-jail and perverse incentives to increase systemic risk for personal gain.

And who picked up all the losses? The American taxpayer. Privatize profits, socialize losses: that’s the heart of moral hazard.

     http://theflyingcameldotorg.files.wordpress.com/2012/07/bankers-dont-go-to-jail.jpg

Concentrating the ability to leverage stupendous systemic bets in a few hands leads to a concentration of risk. Just before America’s financial sector imploded, banks had pyramided $2.5 trillion in dodgy mortgages into derivatives and exotic financial instruments with a face value of $35 trillion–14 times the underlying collateral and more than double the size of the U.S. economy.

In a web-enabled transparent exchange of borrowers bidding for capital, the risk is intrinsically dispersed over millions of participants. Not only is risk dispersed, but the consequences of bad decisions and bad bets fall solely to those who made the decision and the bet. This is the foundation of a sound, stable, fair financial system.

In a transparent marketplace of millions of participants, a handful of participants will be unable to acquire enough profit to capture the political process. The present banking system is not just a financial threat to the nation, it is a political threat because its outsized profits enable bankers to capture the regulatory and governance machinery.

The problem with concentrating leverage and moral hazard is that risk is also concentrated. And when risk is concentrated rather than dispersed, it inevitably breaks out of the “riskless” corral. This is the foundation of my aphorism: Central planning perfects the power of threats to bypass the system’s defenses.

We can understand this dynamic with an analogy to bacteria and antibiotics. By attempting to eliminate the risk of infection by flooding the system with antibiotics, central planning actually perfects the search for bacteria that are immune to the antibiotics. These few bacteria will bypass the system’s defenses and destroy the system from within.

The banking/financial sector claims to be eliminating risk, but what it’s actually doing is perfecting the threats that will destroy the system from within. Another way to understand this is to look at what happened to home mortgages in the runup to the meltdown of 2008: the “safest” part of the financial sector ended up triggering the collapse of the entire pyramid of risk.

Once we concentrate risk and impose perverse incentives and moral hazard as the foundations of our financial/banking system, then we guarantee the risk will explode out of whatever sector is considered “safe.”

Once you eliminate the “risk” of weak bacteria, you perfect the threat that will kill the host.

The banking sector cannot be reformed, for its very nature is to concentrate systemic risk and moral hazard into breeding grounds of systemic collapse. The only way to eliminate the threat posed by banks is to eliminate the banks and replace them with transparent exchanges where borrowers and owners of capital openly bid for yield (interest rates) and capital.

Bankers (and their fellow financial parasites) will claim they are essential and the nation will collapse without them. But this is precisely opposite of reality: the very existence of banks threatens the nation and democracy.

One last happy thought: technology cannot be put back in the bottle. The financial/banking sector wants to use technology to increase its middleman skim, but the technology that is already out of the bottle will dismantle the sector as a function of what technology enables: faster, better, cheaper, with greater transparency, fairness and the proper distribution of risk.

There may well be a place for credit unions and community banks in the spectrum of exchanges, but these localized, decentralized enterprises would be unable to amass dangerous concentrations of risk and political influence in a truly transparent and decentralized system of exchanges.

  • How Black Magic Is Controlling Humanity

    wtop_logo_MED

In order to explain how our world came to be controlled by a small group of beings we call the Illuminati, one should know the truth about black magic and how it is used on us against our free will. By taking away the illusion of black magic humanity can realize how to outsmart, outwit, and outplay. While Pluto is in Capricorn and while we are beginning the Age of Aquarius, now is the time to utilize the light within us to shine in order to rise above in numbers over the few who are quickly losing control.

    What is magic?

Magic in general is a word used to describe the attempt to influence an experience by the use of rituals, symbols, actions, gestures, and language. Magic spells, or “spelling” can communicate with consciousnesses of other dimensions and layers within dimensions in order to request help with manifestation. Additions to spelling can include hand mudras, geometric patterns, and rituals comprised of step by step processes that include specific instructions in order to manifest.

    Black magic vs. white magic

The difference between black magic and white magic is that black magic infringes upon the free will of individuals and is the misuse of tools that were intended to assist in spiritual ascension. Whereas white magic is all about alchemy and transformation in a spiritual sense, black magic is used for domination, power, and control. As we live in a world of duality, everything has its opposite.duality-1

These definitions of magic are derived from what we have been told about it in books and on the internet. There is a deeper understanding of magic that connects beyond our reality. Magic is actually a multidimensional tool used to form the illusion we see, feel, and hear and this power has been hidden from us since the time of Atlantis. It was passed down through several years from priests and priestesses that taught people how to manifest things from the background or formless energy.

Magic was intended for use of spiritually minded individuals who had an understanding of the power of manifestation and were able to use it responsibly. Only those of a hierarchy level of priest or priestess had access to this because they had proven their responsibility to use it with permission for an individual and for the betterment of humankind. Although it has been said many times that humans are “all one”, it has also been obvious that we are all at different levels of individual progression on our spiritual path.

How magic caused the “Fall of Atlantis”

The following account of the use of black magic to control humanity is derived from a mixture of channeled messages, books about Atlantis, books about ascension, and an innate knowing that freeing ourselves of black magic programming is what we need to accomplish. Use your own discernment in reading this material and decide whether this is the truth of your reality.

Atlantis MapThere were selfish and greedy people in Atlantis as well as highly evolved spiritual people just as there are Illuminati and Lightworkers on the planet today. Although the human mental body (mind) and the spiritual body were anchored in the fifth dimension, the physical body was anchored in the third dimension. By free will choice, one could explore the fifth dimension while occupying a third dimensional physical space, and others could choose to experience what it was like to vibrate on a lower third dimensional way of life on the planet. These people were split up into groups and colonies across the vast continent.

Something happened in Atlantis that was never supposed to happen in the overall plan of humanity living together as “one” but in individuality and duality. The selfish, greedy people got their hands on ancient rituals used by priests and priestesses and used them in order to further their wealth and power over the people of Atlantis. They intended to take over the whole planet, and by the looks of things today it seems they were successful.

Detail of Hell from Fresco Cycle by Frederico Zuccaro and Giorgio VasariThe result of this was a rift through the dimensions that opened up a tear in the lower fourth dimension; the astral realm. This is one of the nastiest places one can imagine and has been likened to “Hell”. Extraterrestrials in the form of reptiles, Earth-bound spirits, and djinn (genies and tricksters) are a few of the culprits here.  Beings came through the rift and infiltrated the Atlantis colony, attaching themselves to those of a lower vibration that summoned them and to others that were simply living a lower third dimensional life. They required human blood in order to anchor themselves on this side of the rift, and they used their knowledge of mind control to get the people to give it to them.

They destroyed civilization in Atlantis with a misuse of technology and they continued their reign as they spread across the planet through incarnation. They were only able to do this by establishing a true pure bloodline from the beginning of their arrival and the ability to project their essence into a human body. They did this with black magic through the use of the blood ritual. This bloodline is highly protected today, as the small core of the Illuminati interbreeds with only pure chosen bloodline family members.

Every time there was a chance for humanity to free themselves from this magical illusion, the attempts were thwarted by those of the dark rift and humanity fell further and further into a deep spell that made them think they needed to be controlled and told what to do and how to do it. About 7,000 years ago, the dark beings began destroying as much evidence of the Altantean society as possible, hiding the remnant of any powers of magic from the abilities of average humans.

White magic knowledge was carefully guarded by those called Essenes and the Knights Templar throughout the ages, and were passed down through word of mouth and secret symbols. This was eventually infiltrated by the dark as well, and factions of secret society groups continued to practice dark rituals behind closed doors.

The plan to completely take over the planet was a huge success due to the knowledge of the mind and how to control it remotely through another dimension. By hiding their manipulation behind other minions, these beings controlled humans like puppets on strings and became wealthy rulers and dark lords throughout the ages. Blood sacrifices were necessary for them to stay alive as well as mining low vibrational energy off of humans.  Therefore it was absolutely necessary to keep humans in a low state of vibration and to keep the secret of this secret.

Humans are connected to the planet as we are made of her elements, just as humans and the planet are connected to their Creator Source. Due to the infiltration of these beings who cast darkness across the planet, the Earth fell in her vibration at the time of the fall of the Atlantis civilization. Some say that Earth volunteered to lower her vibration in order to quarantine the mix of beings from other dimensions because that was never supposed to happen and had never happened before. EARTH ASCENSIONFurthermore, there was a plan put in place by her and her Creator to allow the experience to occur but the plan would allow her rise again. This would require humanity to use their free will to choose to rise above fear and control into love, and to remember who they are as a spark of their Creator.

Fast forward to today’s reflection of what is happening. The mind controlling of humanity has become like a computer program where thought is manipulated. Various forms of technology are used to insure humans do not wake up from this control. They do not want humans to realize that their higher minds exist in a higher plane of density and that they have always had access to this higher self. They also keep them from realizing that although they are told they are free, quite the opposite is true. Mind control and manipulation of illusion is the form of black magic that is controlling humanity today.

What can we do to reverse black magic?

When a human has an awakening experience and realizes that they are a spirit incarnated into a human body and have probably incarnated many times on the planet, he or she realizes that the spirit never dies. This begins to dissipate a fear of dying and opens the door to many questions about our existence. When one steps through the door and realizes that almost everything in our reality was devised to manipulate us by keeping us in fear and low vibration, the answer to reversing this programming becomes simple.

Knowledge of who we are as multidimensional beings of light trapped in a lower vibrational experience is the beginning of learning how to raise your vibration in order to free yourself from the hidden illusions of black magic.

As we enter the Age of Aquarius we are entering a window of time of about a thousand years where the Earth will raise her vibration back out of this reality with the help of light beings that have incarnated on her who are carrying as much light as they can possibly hold, thereby anchoring light into her body. All incarnations are said to have been in preparation for this lifetime in which the Earth has received enough free willed light to help her shift into a higher dimension once again.

The dark beings will not be able to exist on her anymore due to the Universal law of Vibrational Attainment. Not only will this help planet Earth but is it said that these beings infiltrated other parts of the Universe and a galactic war between the dark and the light has ensued that includes time travel and time rifts. By repairing the rift that occurred from its origin, the dark will be cut off once again from affecting the fifth dimension via third dimensional connection.

    Discerning the truth for yourself

There are many spiritual and metaphysical explanations of various levels and terminology which explain what we are doing on the planet at this time. Some use various ways to explain the things that have been described in this article using different words or spelling. Some are propagated lies created to mislead. But one truth seems to make sense over everything. Our planet is being destroyed by a small group of wealthy “elitists” that come from a very controlled bloodline. They have an agenda of planned genocide even if it means having to eventually live underground, taking their slaves for food with them.

No matter what they are called, we feel like we have been led to an awakening that they feed off of humans and they have lied to them in order to get them to keep complying. That is the simplest way to explain it without stories of Atlantis or explanations of Golden Ages. The simplest way to solve it is to remove your energy from the experience.

    Stop giving your energy away

moneySome people are pulling their money out of banks and others are not paying credit card bills, fines, and tickets. Some people are trying to live “off the grid” and are starting communities where they can grow their own food and barter without money. Some are selling their houses to avoid paying mortgage interest or taxes. Many are realizing that materialism is one big trap and are letting go of things that weigh them down. People who once worked in an Illuminati field such as banking, oil and gas, media, etc. are finding other careers. Many people have stopped watching television and have even removed them from their homes.

There are a number of ways to consciously pull yourself out of the system that has a hold on the majority of the planet. Realizing what the system is comprised of, making conscious choices to remove yourself from that system, and helping to educate and support others is what has been termed “peaceful non-compliance”. This is one of the basic things that will remove your energy from their grasp. Just like cutting energetic cords from other humans, the energetic cords can be cut from the system designed to harvest our energy. Without energy, these beings cannot survive.

    The final countdown

The rest of the solution is deep introspection and reconnection with the higher part of yourself that exists in another dimension. As a multidimensional being of light having a human experience, we forgot that we have always had this connection. Fear closes the energetic centers of the body that allow this connection, therefore fear has been used as a weapon against us.

psychic-love-spellsLove opens all of the doors and in concert with raising your vibration you can begin to bring more of your soul essence of light into your body. This is the secret solution that we knew we would begin to remember. We have the ability to vibrate ourselves into a new reality where fourth dimensional astral beings do not exist in our consciousness. By moving our consciousness within, our external world will change around us. This is what you came into this human form to do.

This article is magic. It has spelling which puts an idea of freedom into the human consciousness field through knowledge. It is a powerful tool and is designed to open the doors for you to explore this topic further with guidance from your higher self. We all came here with a plan and with help in unseen realms that we call our spirit guides and angels. Ask them to help guide you to the answers within. This will lead to answers outside of yourself in the form of articles, books, and eventually a direct connection to your own soul who has all of the answers you will need to find your wings to free yourself.

    Nevada Standoff: Bundy Ranch Retreat

    bundystandoff

As we’ve being saying for all along: The people are the power, and united we stand against tyranny. Let us all learn from the example of Bundy’s Ranch to stand up for our rights from the Federal private agency that calls themselves “the people government”. Sovereignty reign period. We do not need to obey to any agency, and so call bureaucracy that the Feds use to have us obey to their lies and coercions.

This serves us as an example that all we have is ourselves and no one else. We are very sure that for now on many are going to do their due diligence and find out about their god’s giving rights, because if you do not know your rights, you do not have any.

So if you find yourselves in similar situation, even if it is your county sheriff throwing you out of your own home because of taxes, or non- mortgage payments, just bring yourself your neighbors together and stand up strong against them. Do not be embarrassed because far as we are concerned all debts are paid off/prepaid, and you owed nothing.

Are you thinking what we are thinking?

Can you imagine if we do the same thing with GMO, Big Pharma, Chemtrail, NSA, and all the moneybags officials of the Feds in your city? And by the way, do you know what “Go home means? It means sending the Feds to the only place they belong: the ten miles piece of land/territory name District of Columbia (DC). They have no authority beyond that, and this is the law. So what happens in DC stay in DC? We the people of the Republic of the United States of America have little to do with much of what is taking place within that territory, except that they owed us billions of money that it should be giving to us on monetary value like gold or silver, and making sure as well that they keep track of our paper work properly, yes you hear right, the Feds are our employees, not the other way around!

Do not confuse U.S.A Corporation (a private entity) with the United States Of America Republic, where the sovereign resides. The people of the Republic govern themselves, but this will be a topic for another day.

We are very pleased for the outcome of the Bundy’s Ranch! You go sovereign beings we love you!

    Read on below for more:

    Bundy-standoff-overpass

Did the Feds just back down to an armed popular militia response in Nevada? That certainly seems to be the case from what we are hearing at rancher Cliven Bundy’s property west of Mesquite, Nevada.

Federal land managers described “escalating tensions” which led them to release all – 400 or so – cattle rounded up on public land in southern Nevada from Bundy.

Bundy had refused to recognize the authority of the land managers. This dispute began back in 1993, when the bureau cited concern for the federally protected tortoise which lived in the region. But other say this is about bizarre “grazing fees” and other issues, as the bureau revoked Bundy’s grazing rights because he stopped paying these “grazing fees”.

More recently, Bundy repeatedly promised to “do whatever it takes” to protect his property. After a string of confrontations between his family members and federal agents while they removed cattle, things got a little tense.

Republican Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval criticized the agency for creating “an atmosphere of intimidation.” Protests erupted when supporters came out the ranch. Now the feds have backed down, and Bundy says it was “the citizens of America” that brought the standoff to an end.

This statement comes after Bureau of Land Management Chief Neil Kornze said that the weeklong roundup has been called off.

“Based on information about conditions on the ground and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concerns about the safety of employees and members of the public,” Kornze said in an official statement.

Hundreds of militia members and armed protesters showed up at corrals outside Mesquite to demand the animals’ return to rancher Cliven Bundy.

Bundy told local KLAS in Nevada that it was these protesters that forced the standoff to an end.

“There is no deal here. The citizens of America and Clark County went and took their cattle. There was no negotiations. They took these cattle,” Bundy explained.

Las Vegas Police Lt. Dan Zehnder told local KLAS reporters that the showdown was resolved with no injuries and no violence.

“The safety of all individuals involved in this matter has been my highest priority,” Governor Brian Sandoval said. “Given the circumstances, today’s outcome is the best we could have hoped for.”

Nevada’s congressional delegation said that now that the stand off is over, protesters should allow the feds to collect their equiptment and leave the area.

“The dispute is over, the BLM is leaving, but emotions and tensions are still near the boiling point, and we desperately need a peaceful conclusion to this conflict,” said U.S. Sen. Dean Heller, R-Nev., in a statement. “I urge all the people involved to please return to your homes and allow the BLM officers to collect their equipment and depart without interference.”

Thank you Miss Megan for standing up for what is right!

“The truth of the matter is… No one, except the Icelanders, have to been the only culture on the planet to carry out this successfully. Not only have they been successful, at overthrowing the corrupt Gov’t, they’ve drafted a Constitution, that will stop this from happening ever again.

“That’s not the best part… The best part, is that they have arrested ALL Rothschild/Rockefeller banking puppets, responsible for the Country’s economic Chaos and meltdown. Criminals are criminals and should be treated as such. It should not matter how high up the ladder they are in leadership positions, in any country, “we the people” can do what the people of Iceland did, not just to criminal bankers, but to our criminal politicians.

    No One Should Ever Work

Work is the source of nearly all the misery in the world. Almost all the evil you’d care to name comes from working or from living in a world designed for work. In order to stop suffering, we have to stop working.

That doesn’t mean we have to stop doing things. It does mean creating a new way of life based on play; in other words, a ludicrevolution. By “play” I mean also festivity, creativity, conviviality, commensality, and maybe even art. There is more to play than child’s play, as worthy as that is. I call for a collective adventure in generalized joy and freely interdependent exuberance. Play isn’t passive. Doubtless we all need a lot more time for sheer sloth and slack than we ever enjoy now, regardless of income or occupation, but once recovered from employment-induced exhaustion nearly all of us [will] want [to] act. Oblomovism and Stakhanovism are two sides of same debased coin.

The ludic life is totally incompatible with existing reality. So much the worse for “reality,” the gravity hole that sucks the vitality from the little in life that still distinguishes it from mere survival. Curiously—maybe not—all the old ideologies are conservative because they believe in work. Some of them, like Marxism and most brands of anarchism, believe in work all the more fiercely because they believe in so little else.

Liberals say we should end employment discrimination. I say we should end employment. Conservatives support right-to-work laws. Following Karl Marx’s wayward son-in-law Paul Lafargue I support the right to be lazy. Leftists favor full employment. Like the surrealists—except that I’m not kidding—I favor full unemployment. Trotskyists agitate for permanent revolution. I agitate for permanent revelry.

But if all the ideologues (as they do) advocate work—and not only because they plan to make other people do theirs—they are strangely reluctant to say so. They will carry on endlessly about wages, hours, working conditions, exploitation, productivity, profitability. They’ll gladly talk about anything but work itself. These experts who offer to do our thinking for us rarely share their conclusions about work, for all its saliency in the lives of all of us. Among themselves they quibble over the details. Unions and management agree that we ought to sell the time of our lives in exchange for survival, although they haggle over the price. Marxists think we should be bossed by bureaucrats. Libertarians think we should be bossed by businessmen. Feminists don’t care which form bossing takes so long as the bosses are women. Clearly these ideology-mongers have serious differences over how to divvy up the spoils of power.Just as clearly, none of them have any objection to power as such and all of them want to keep us working.

You may be wondering if I’m joking or serious. I’m joking and serious. To be ludic is not to be ludicrous. Play doesn’t have to be frivolous, although frivolity isn’t triviality: very often we ought to take frivolity seriously. I’d like life to be a game – but a game with high stakes. I want to play for keeps.

The alternative to work isn’t just idleness. To be ludic is not to be quaaludic. As much as I treasure the pleasure of torpor, it’s never more rewarding than when it punctuates other pleasures and pastimes. Nor am I promoting the managed time-disciplined safety-valve called “leisure”; far from it. Leisure is non-work for the sake of work. Leisure is the time spent recovering from work, and in the frenzied but hopeless attempt to forget about work many people return from vacations so beat that they look forward to returning to work so they can rest up. The main difference between work and leisure is that at work at least you get paid for your alienation and enervation.

I am not playing definitional games with anybody. When I say I want to abolish work, I mean just what I say, but I want to say what I mean by defining my terms in non-idiosyncratic ways. My minimun definition of work is forced labor, that is, compulsory production. Both elements are essential. Work is production enforced by economic or political means, by the carrot or the stick. (The carrot is just the stick by other means.) But not all creation is work.

Work is never done for its own sake, it’s done on account of some product or output that the worker (or, more often, somebody else) gets out of it. This is what work necessarily is. To define it is to despise it. But work is usually even worse than its definition decrees. The dynamic of domination intrinsic to work tends over time toward elaboration. In advanced work-riddled societies, including all industrial societies whether capitalist or “communist,” work invariably acquires other attributes which accentuate its obnoxiousness.

Usually—and this is even more true in “communist” than capitalist countries, where the state is almost the only employer and everyone is an employee—work is employment,i.e., wage-labor, which means selling yourself on the installment plan. Thus 95% of Americans who work, work for somebody (or something) else. In the USSR or Cuba or Yugoslavia or Nicaragua or any other alternative model which might be adduced, the corresponding figure approaches 100%. Only the embattled Third World peasant bastions—Mexico, India, Brazil, Turkey—temporarily shelter significant concentrations of agriculturists who perpetuate the traditional arrangement of most laborers in the last several millennia, the payment of taxes (ransom) to the state or rent to parasitic landlords in return for being otherwise left alone. Even this raw deal is beginning to look good. All industrial (and office) workers are employees and under the sort of surveillance which ensures servility.

But modern work has worse implications. People don’t just work, they have “jobs.” One person does one productive task all the time on an or-else basis. Even if the task has a quantum of intrinsic interest (as increasingly many jobs don’t) the monotony of its obligatory exclusivity drains its ludic potential. A “job” that might engage the energies of some people, for a reasonably limited time, for the fun of it, is just a burden on those who have to do it for forty hours a week with no say in how it should be done, for the profit of owners who contribute nothing to the project, and with no opportunity for sharing tasks or spreading the work among those who actually have to do it. This is the real world of work: a world of bureaucratic blundering, of sexual harassment and discrimination, of bonehead bosses exploiting and scapegoating their subordinates who—by any rational-technical criteria – should be calling the shots. But capitalism in the real world subordinates the rational maximization of productivity and profit to the exigencies of organizational control.

The degradation which most workers experience on the job is the sum of assorted indignities which can be denominated as “discipline.” Foucault has complexified this phenomenon but it is simple enough. Discipline consists of the totality of totalitarian controls at the workplace—surveillance, rotework, imposed work tempos, production quotas, punching-in and -out, etc. Discipline is what the factory and the office and the store share with the prison and the school and the mental hospital. It is something historically original and horrible. It was beyond the capacities of such demonic tators of yore as Nero and Genghis Khan and Ivan the Terrible. For all their bad intentions they just didn’t have the machinery to control their subjects as thoroughly as modern despots do. Discipline is the distinctively diabolical modern mode of control, it is an innovative intrusion which must be interdicted at the earliest opportunity.

Such is “work.” Play is just the opposite. Play is always voluntary. What might otherwise be play is work if it’s forced. This is axiomatic. Bernie de Koven has defined play as the “suspension of consequences.” This is unacceptable if it implies that play is inconsequential. The point is not that play is without consequences. Playing and giving are closely related, they are the behavioral and transactional facets of the same impulse, the play-instinct. They share an aristocratic disdain for results. The player gets something out of playing; that’s why he plays. But the core reward is the experience of the activity itself (whatever it is). Some otherwise attentive students of play, like Johan Huizinga (Homo Ludens) define it as game-playing or following rules.

I respect Huizinga’s erudition but emphatically reject his constraints. There are many good games (chess, baseball, Monopoly, bridge) which are rule-govemed but there is much more to play than game-playing. Conversation, sex, dancing, travel—these practices aren’t rule-governed but they are surely play if anything is. And rules can beplayed with at least as readily as anything else.

Work makes a mockery of freedom. The official line is that we all have rights and live in a democracy. Other unfortunates who aren’t free like we are have to live in police states. These victims obey orders or-else, no matter how arbitrary. The authorities keep them under regular surveillance. State bureaucrats control even the smaller details of everyday life. The officials who push them around are answerable only to the higher-ups, public or private. Either way, dissent and disobedience are punished. Informers report regularly to the authorities. All this is supposed to be a very bad thing.

And so it is, although it is nothing but a description of the modern workplace. The liberals and conservatives and libertarians who lament totalitarianism are phonies and hypocrites. There is more freedom in any moderately de-Stalinized dictatorship than there is in the ordinary American workplace. You find the same sort of hierarchy and discipline in an office or factory as you do in a prison or a monastery. In fact, as Foucault and others have shown, prisons and factories came in at about the same time, and their operators consciously borrowed from each other’s control techniques. A worker is a part-time slave. The boss says when to show up, when to leave, and what to do in the meantime. He tells you how much work to do and how fast. He is free to carry his control to humiliating extremes, regulating, if he feels like it, the clothes you wear or how often you go to the bathroom. With a few exceptions he can fire you for any reason, or no reason. He has you spied on by snitches and supervisors; he amasses a dossier on every employee. Talking back is called “insubordination,” just as if a worker is a naughty child, and it not only gets you fired, it disqualifies you for unemployment compensation. Without necessarily endorsing it for them either, it is noteworthy that children at home and in school receive much the same treatment, justified in their case by their supposed immaturity. What does this say about their parents and teachers who work?

The demeaning system of domination I’ve described rules over half the waking hours of a majority of women and the vast majority of men for decades, for most of their lifespans. For certain purposes it’s not too misleading to call our system democracy or capitalism or—better still—industrialism, but its real names are factory fascism and office oligarchy. Anybody who says these people are “free” is lying or stupid. You are what you do. If you do boring, stupid, monotonous work, chances are you’ll end up boring, stupid and monotonous. Work is a much better explanation for the creeping cretinization all around us than even such significant moronizing mechanisms as television and education.

People who are regimented all their lives, handed off to work from school and bracketed by the family in the beginning and the nursing home at the end, are habituated to hierarchy and psychologically enslaved. Their aptitude for autonomy is so atrophied that their fear of freedom is among their few rationally grounded phobias. Their obedience training at work carries over into the families they start, thus reproducing the system in more ways than one, and into politics, culture and everything else. Once you drain the vitality from people at work, they’ll likely submit to hierarchy and expertise in everything. They’re used to it.

We are so close to the world of work that we can’t see what it does to us. We have to rely on outside observers from other times or other cultures to appreciate the extremity and the pathology of our present position. There was a time in our own past when the “work ethic” would have been incomprehensible, and perhaps Weber was on to something when he tied its appearance to a religion, Calvinism, which if it emerged today instead of four centuries ago would immediately and appropriately be labelled a cult. Be that as it may, we have only to draw upon the wisdom of antiquity to put work in perspective. The ancients saw work for what it is, and their view prevailed, the Calvinist cranks notwithstanding, until overthrown by industrialism—but not before receiving the endorsement of its prophets.

Let’s pretend for a moment that work doesn’t turn people into stultified submissives. Let’s pretend, in defiance of any plausible psychology and the ideology of its boosters, that it has no effect on the formation of character. And let’s pretend that work isn’t as boring and tiring and humiliating as we all know it really is. Even then, work would still make a mockery of all humanistic and democratic aspirations, just because it usurps so much of our time. Socrates said that manual laborers make bad friends and bad citizens because they have no time to fulfill the responsibilities of friendship and citizenship. He was right. Because of work, no matter what we do we keep looking at our watches. The only thing “free” about so-called free time is that it doesn’t cost the boss anything. Free time is mostly devoted to getting ready for work, going to work, returning from work, and recovering from work.Free time is a euphemism for the peculiar way labor as a factor of production not only transports itself at its own expense to and from the workplace but assumes primary responsibility for its own maintenance and repair. Coal and steel don’t do that. Lathes and typewriters don’t do that. But workers do. No wonder Edward G. Robinson in one of his gangster movies exclaimed, “Work is for saps!”

Both Plato and Xenophon attribute to Socrates and obviously share with him an awareness of the destructive effects of work on the worker as a citizen and as a human being. Herodotus identified contempt for work as an attribute of the classical Greeks at the zenith of their culture. To take only one Roman example, Cicero said that “whoever gives his labor for money sells himself and puts himself in the rank of slaves.” His candor is now rare, but contemporary primitive societies which we are wont to look down upon have provided spokesmen who have enlightened Westem anthropologists. The Kapauku of West Irian, according to Posposil, have a conception of balance in life and accordingly work only every other day, the day of rest designed “to regain the lost power and health.” Our ancestors, even as late as the eighteenth century when they were far along the path to our present predicament, at least were aware of what we have forgotten, the underside of industrialization. Their religious devotion to “St. Monday”—thus establishing a de facto five-day week 150-200 years before its legal consecration—was the despair of the earliest Factory owners. They took a long time in submitting to the tyranny of the bell, predecessor of the time clock. In fact it was necessary for a generation or two to replace adult males with women accustomed to obedience and children who could be molded to fit industrial needs.

Even the exploited peasants of the ancien regime wrested substantial time back from their landlord’s work. According to Lafargue; a fourth of the French peasants’ calendar was devoted to Sundays and holidays, and Chayanov’s figures from villages in Czarist Russia—hardly a progressive society—likewise show a fourth or fifth of peasants’ days devoted to repose. Controlling for productivity, we are obviously far behind these backward societies. The exploited muzhiks would wonder why any of us are working at all. So should we.

To grasp the full enormity of our deterioration, however, consider the earliest condition of humanity, without government or property, when we wandered as hunter-gatherers. Hobbes surmised that life was then nasty, brutish and short. Others assume that life was a desperate unremitting struggle for subsistence, a war raged against a harsh Nature with death and disaster awaiting the unlucky or anyone who was unequal to the challenge of the struggle for existence.

Actually, that was all a projection of fears for the collapse of govemment authority over communities unaccustomed to doing without it, like the England of Hobbes during the Civil War. Hobbes’ compatriots had already encountered alternative forms of society which illustrated other ways of life—in North America, particularly—but already these were too remote from their experience to be understandable. (The lower orders, closer to the condition of the Indians, understood it better and often found it attractive.Throughout the seventeenth century, English settlers defected to Indian tribes or, captured in war, refused to return. But the Indians no more defected to white settlements than West Germans climb the Berlin Wall from the west.)

The “survival of the fittest” version—the Thomas Huxley version—of Darwinism was a better account of economic conditions in Victorian England than it was of natural selection, as the anarchist Kropotkin showed in his book Mutual Aid, A Factor of Evolution. (Kropotkin was a scientist—geographer—who’d had ample involuntary opportunity for fieldwork whilst exiled in Siberia: he knew what he was talking about. Like most social and political theory, the story Hobbes and his successors told was really unacknowledged autobiography.

The anthropologist Marshall Sahlins, surveying the data on contemporary hunter-gatherers, exploded the Hobbesian myth in an article entitled “The Original Affluent Society.” They work a lot less than we do, and their work is hard to distinguish from what we regard as play. Sahlins concluded that “hunters and gatherers work less than we do; and, rather than a continuous travail, the food quest is intermittent, leisure abundant, and there is a greater amount of sleep in the daytime per capita per year than in any other condition of society.” They worked an average of four hours a day, assuming they were “working” at all. Their “labor,” as it appears to us, was skilled labor which exercised their physical and intellectual capacities; unskilled labor on any large scale, as Sahlins says, is impossible except under industrialism. Thus it satisfied Friedrich Schiller’s definition of play, the only occasion on which man realizes his complete humanity by giving full “play” to both sides of his twofold nature, thinking and feeling. As he put it: “The animal workswhen deprivation is the mainspring of its activity, and it plays when the fullness of its strength is this mainspring, when superabundant life is its own stimulus to activity.” (A modern version—dubiously developmental – is Abraham Maslow’s counterposition of “deficiency” and “growth” motivation.)

Play and freedom are, as regards production, coextensive. Even Marx, who belongs (for all his good intentions) in the productivist pantheon, observed that “the realm of freedom does not commence until the point is passed where labor under the compulsion of necessity and external utility is required.” He never could quite bring himself to identify this happy circumstance as what it is, the abolition of work – it’s rather anomalous, after all, to be pro-worker and anti-work – but we can.

The aspiration to go backwards or forwards to a life without work is evident in every serious social or cultural history of pre-industrial Europe, among them M. Dorothy George’s England in Transition and Peter Burke’s Popular Culture in Early Modern Europe. Also pertinent is Daniel Bell’s essay “Work and Its Discontents,” the first text, I believe, to refer to the “revolt against work” in so many words and, had it been understood, an important correction to the complacency ordinarily associated with the volume in which it was collected, The End of Ideology. Neither critics nor celebrants have noticed that Bell’s end-of-ideology thesis signalled not the end of social unrest but the beginning of a new, uncharted phase unconstrained and uninformed by ideology. It was Seymour Lipset (in Political Man), not Bell, who announced at the same time that “the fundamental problems of the Industrial Revolution have been solved,” only a few years before the post- or metaindustrial discontents of college students drove Lipset from UC Berkeley to the relative (and temporary) tranquillity of Harvard.

As Bell notes, Adam Smith in The Wealth of Nations, for all his enthusiasm for the market and the division of labor, was more alert to (and more honest about) the seamy side of work than Ayn Rand or the Chicago economists or any of Smith’s modem epigones. As Smith observed: “The understandings of the greater part of men are necessarily formed by their ordinary employments. The man whose life is spent in performing a few simple operations . . . has no occasion to exert his understanding . . . He generally becomes as stupid and ignorant as it is possible for a human creature to become.” Here, in a few blunt words, is my critique of work. Bell, writing in 1956, the Golden Age of Eisenhower imbecility and American self-satisfaction, identified the unorganized, unorganizable malaise of the 1970’s and since, the one no political tendency is able to hamess, the one identified in HEW’s report Work in America, the one which cannot be exploited and so is ignored. That problem is the revolt against work. It does not figure in any text by any laissez-faire economist—Milton Friedman, Murray Rothbard, Richard Posner—because, in their terms, as they used to say on Star Trek, “it does not compute.”

If these objections, informed by the love of liberty, fail to persuade humanists of a utilitarian or even paternalist tum, there are others which they cannot disregard. Work is hazardous to your health, to borrow a book title. In fact, work is mass murder or genocide. Directly or indirectly, work will kill most of the people who read these words. Between 14,000 and 25,000 workers are killed annually in this country on the job. Over two million are disabled. Twenty to twenty-five million are injured every year. And these figures are based on a very conservative estimation of what constitutes a work-related injury. Thus they don’t count the half million cases of occupational disease every year.

I looked at one medical textbook on occupational diseases which was 1,200 pages long. Even this barely scratches the surface. The available statistics count the obvious cases like the 100,000 miners who have black lung disease, of whom 4,000 die every year, a much higher fatality rate than for AIDS, for instance, which gets so much media attention. This reflects the unvoiced assumption that AIDS afflicts perverts who could control their depravity whereas coalmining is a sacrosanct activity beyond question. What the statistics don’t show is that tens of millions of people have their lifespans shortened by work—which is all that homicide means, after all.Consider the doctors who work themselves to death in their 50’s. Consider all the other workaholics.

Even if you aren’t killed or crippled while actually working, you very well might be while going to work, coming from work, looking for work, or trying to forget about work. The vast majority of victims of the automobile are either doing one of these work-obligatory activities or else fall afoul of those who do them. To this augmented body-count must be added the victims of auto-industrial pollution and work-induced alcoholism and drug addiction. Both cancer and heart disease are modern afflictions normally traceable, directly or indirectly, to work.

Work, then, institutionalizes homicide as a way of life. People think the Cambodians were crazy for exterminating themselves, but are we any different? The Pol Pot regime at least had a vision, however blurred, of an egalitarian society. We kill people in the sixfigure range (at least) in order to sell Big Macs and Cadillacs to the survivors. Our forty or fifty thousand annual highway fatalities are victims, not martyrs. They died for nothing – or rather, they died for work. But work is nothing to die for.

Bad news for liberals: regulatory tinkering is useless in this life-and-death context. The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration was designed to police the core part of the problem, workplace safety.

Even before Reagan and the Supreme Court stifled it, OSHA was a farce. At previous and (by current standards) generous Carter-era funding levels, a workplace could expect a random visit from an OSHA inspector once every 46 years.

State control of the economy is no solution. Work is, if anything, more dangerous in the state-socialist countries than it is here. Thousands of Russian workers were killed or injured building the Moscow subway. Stories reverberate about covered-up Soviet nuclear disasters which makes Times Beach and Three Mile Island look like elementary-school air-raid drills. On the other hand, deregulation, currently fashionable, won’t help and will probably hurt. From a health and safety standpoint, among others, work was its worst in the days when the economy most closely approximated laissez-faire.

Historians like Eugene Genovese have argued persuasively that—as antebellum slavery apologists insisted—factory wage-workers in the Northern American states and in Europe were worse off than Southern plantation slaves. No rearrangement of relations among bureaucrats and businessmen seems to make much difference at the point of production. Serious enforcement of even the rather vague standards enforceable in theory by OSHA would probably bring the economy to a standstill. The enforcers apparently appreciate this, since they don’t even try to crack down on most malefactors.

What I’ve said so far ought not to be controversial. Many workers are fed up with work. There are high and rising rates of absenteeism, turnover, employee theft and sabotage, wildcat strikes, and overall goldbricking on the job. There may be some movement toward a conscious and not just visceral rejection of work. And yet the prevalent feeling, universal among bosses and their agents and also widespread among workers themselves is that work itself is inevitable and necessary.

I disagree. It is now possible to abolish work and replace it, insofar as it serves useful purposes, with a multitude of new kinds of activities. To abolish work requires going at it from two directions, quantitative and qualitative. On the one hand, on the quantitative side, we have to cut down massively on the amount of work being done. At present most work is useless or worse and we should simply get rid of it. On the other hand – and I think this the crux of the matter and the revolutionary new departure—we have to take what useful work remains and transform it into a pleasing variety of game-like and craft-like pastimes, indistinguishable from other pleasurable pastimes except that they happen to yield useful end-products. Surely that shouldn’t make them less enticing to do. Then all the artificial barriers of power and property could come down. Creation could become recreation. And we could all stop being afraid of each other.

I don’t suggest that most work is salvageable in this way. But then most work isn’t worth trying to save. Only a small and diminishing fraction of work serves any useful purpose independent of the defense and reproduction of the work-system and its political and legal appendages. Twenty years ago, Paul and Percival Goodman estimated that just five per cent of the work then being done—presumably the figure, if accurate, is lower now—would satisfy our minimal needs for food, clothing and shelter. Theirs was only an educated guess but the main point is quite clear: directly or indirectly, most work serves the unproductive purposes of commerce or social control. Right off the bat we can liberate tens of millions of salesmen, soldiers, managers, cops, stockbrockers, clergymen, bankers, lawyers, teachers, landlords, security guards, ad-men and everyone who works for them. There is a snowball effect since every time you idle some bigshot you liberate his flunkeys and underlings also. Thus the economy implodes.

Forty per cent of the workforce are white-collar workers, most of whom have some of the most tedious and idiotic jobs ever concocted. Entire industries, insurance and banking and real estate for instance, consist of nothing but useless paper-shuffling. It is no accident that the “tertiary sector,” the service sector, is growing while the “secondary sector” (industry stagnates and the “primary sector” (agriculture) nearly disappears. Because work is unnecessary except to those whose power it secures, workers are shifted from relatively useful to relatively useless occupations as a measure to assure public order. Anything is better than nothing. That’s why you can’t go home just because you finish early. They want your time, enough of it to make you theirs, even if they have no use for most of it. Otherwise why hasn’t the average work week gone down by more than a few minutes in the last fifty years?

Next we can take a meat-cleaver to production work itself. No more war production, nuclear power, junk food, feminine hygiene deodorant—and above all, no more auto industry to speak of. An occasional Stanley Steamer or Model T might be all right, but the autoeroticism on which such pestholes as Detroit and Los Angeles depend is out of the question. Already, without even trying, we’ve virtually solved the energy crisis, the environmental crisis and assorted other insoluble social problems.

Finally, we must do away with far and away the largest occupation, the one with the longest hours, the lowest pay and some of the most tedious tasks around. I refer tohousewives doing housework and childrearing. By abolishing wage-labor and achieving full unemployment we undermine the sexual division of labor. The nuclear family as we know it is an inevitable adaptation to the division of labor imposed by modern wage-work. Like it or not, as things have been for the last century or two it is economically rational for the man to bring home the bacon, for the woman to do the shitwork to provide him with a haven in a heartless world, and for the children to be marched off to youth concentration camps—called “schools,” primarily to keep them out of Mom’s hair but still under control, but incidentally to acquire the habits of obedience and punctuality so necessary for workers. If you would be rid of patriarchy, get rid of the nuclear family whose unpaid “shadow work,” as Ivan Illich says, makes possible the work-system that makes it necessary. Bound up with this no-nukes strategy is the abolition of childhood and the closing of the schools. There are more full-time students than full-time workers in this country. We need children as teachers, not students. They have a lot to contribute to the ludic revolution because they’re better at playing than grown-ups are. Adults and children are not identical but they will become equal through interdependence. Only play can bridge the generation gap.

I haven’t as yet even mentioned the possibility of cutting way down on the little work that remains by automating and cybernizing it. All the scientists and engineers and technicians freed from bothering with war research and planned obsolescence should have a good time devising means to eliminate fatigue and tedium and danger from activities like mining. Undoubtedly they’ll find other projects to amuse themselves with. Perhaps they’ll set up world-wide all-inclusive multi-media communications systems or found space colonies. Perhaps. I myself am no gadget freak. I wouldn’t care to live in a pushbutton paradise. I don’t want robot slaves to do everything; I want to do things myself.

There is, I think, a place for laborsaving technology, but a modest place. The historical and pre-historical record is not encouraging. When productive technology went from hunting-gathering to agriculture and on to industry, work increased while skills and self-determination diminished. The further evolution of industrialism has accentuated what Harry Braverman called the degradation of work. Intelligent observers have always been aware of this. John Stuart Mill wrote that all the labor-saving inventions ever devised haven’t saved a moments labor. Karl Marx wrote that “it would be possible to write a history of the inventions, made since 1830, for the sole purpose of supplying capital with weapons against the revolts of the working class.” The enthusiastic technophiles—Saint-Simon, Comte, Lenin, B.F. Skinner—have always been unabashed authoritarians also; which is to say, technocrats. We should be more than skeptical about the promises of the computer mystics. They work like dogs; chances are, if they have their way, so will the rest of us. But if they have any particularized contributions more readily subordinated to human purposes than the run of high tech, let’s give them a hearing.

What I really want to see is work turned into play. A first step is to discard the notions of a “job” and an “occupation.” Even activities that already have some ludic content lose most of it by being reduced to jobs which certain people, and only those people, are forced to do to the exclusion of all else. Is it not odd that farm workers toil painfully in the fields while their air conditioned masters go home every weekend and putter about in their gardens? Under a system of permanent revelry, we will witness the Golden Age of the dilettante which will put the Renaissance to shame. There won’t be any more jobs, just things to do and people to do them.

The secret of turning work into play, as Charles Fourier demonstrated, is to arrange useful activities to take advantage of whatever it is that various people at various times in fact enjoy doing. To make it possible for some people to do the things they could enjoy it will be enough just to eradicate the irrationalities and distortions which afflict these activities when they are reduced to work. I, for instance, would enjoy doing some (not too much) teaching, but I don’t want coerced students and I don’t care to suck up to pathetic pedants for tenure.

Second, there are some things that people like to do from time to time, but not for too long, and certainly not all the time. You might enjoy baby-sitting for a few hours in order to share the company of kids, but not as much as their parents do. The parents meanwhile profoundly appreciate the time to themselves that you free up for them, although they’d get fretful if parted from their progeny for too long. These differences among individuals are what make a life of free play possible. The same principle applies to many other areas of activity, especially the primal ones. Thus many people enjoy cooking when they can practice it seriously at their leisure, but not when they’re just fueling up human bodies for work.

Third,—other things being equal,—some things that are unsatisfying if done by yourself or in unpleasant surroundings or at the orders of an overlord are enjoyable, at least for awhile, if these circumstances are changed. This is probably true, to some extent, of all work. People deploy their otherwise wasted ingenuity to make a game of the least inviting drudge-jobs as best they can. Activities that appeal to some people don’t always appeal to all others, but everyone at least potentially has a variety of interests and an interest in variety. As the saying goes, “anything once.” Fourier was the master at speculating how aberrant and perverse penchants could be put to use in post-civilized society, what he called Harmony. He thought the Emperor Nero would have turned out all right if as a child he could have indulged his taste for bloodshed by working in a slaughterhouse. Small children who notoriously relish wallowing in filth could be organized in “Little Hordes” to clean toilets and empty the garbage, with medals awarded to the outstanding. I am not arguing for these precise examples but for the underlying principle, which I think makes perfect sense as one dimension of an overall revolutionary transformation. Bear in mind that we don’t have to take today’s work just as we find it and match it up with the proper people, some of whom would have to be perverse indeed. If technology has a role in all this it is less to automate work out of existence than to open up new realms for re/creation. To some extent we may want to return to handicrafts, which William Morris considered a probable and desirable upshot of communist revolution. Art would be taken back from the snobs and collectors, abolished as a specialized department catering to an elite audience, and its qualities of beauty and creation restored to integral life from which they were stolen by work.

It’s a sobering thought that the Grecian urns we write odes about and showcase in museums were used in their own time to store olive oil. I doubt our everyday artifacts will fare as well in the future, if there is one. The point is that there’s no such thing as progress in the world of work; if anything it’s just the opposite. We shouldn’t hesitate to pilfer the past for what it has to offer, the ancients lose nothing yet we are enriched.

The reinvention of daily life means marching off the edge of our maps. There is, it is true, more suggestive speculation than most people suspect. Besides Fourier and Morris—and even a hint, here and there, in Marx—there are the writings of Kropotkin, the syndicalists Pataud and Pouget, anarcho-communists old (Berkman) and new (Bookchin). The Goodman brothers’ Communitas is exemplary for illustrating what forms follow from given functions (purposes), and there is something to be gleaned from the often hazy heralds of alternative/appropriate/intermediate/convivial technology, like Schumacher and especially Illich, once you disconnect their fog machines. The situationists—as represented by Vaneigem’s Revolution of Everyday Life and in the Situationist International Anthology—are so ruthlessly lucid as to be exhilarating, even if they never did quite square the endorsement of the rule of the workers’ councils with the abolition of work. Better their incongruity, though, than any extant version of leftism, whose devotees look to be the last champions of work, for if there were no work there would be no workers, and without workers, who would the left have to organize?

So the abolitionists would be largely on their own. No one can say what would result from unleashing the creative power stultified by work. Anything can happen. The tiresome debater’s problem of freedom vs. necessity, with its theological overtones, resolves itself practically once the production of use-values is co-extensive with the consumption of delightful play activity. Life will become a game, or rather many games, but not—as it is now—a zero/sum game. An optimal sexual encounter is the paradigm of productive play. The participants potentiate each other’s pleasures, nobody keeps score, and everybody wins. The more you give, the more you get. In the ludic life, the best of sex will diffuse into the better part of daily life. Generalized play leads to the libidinization of life. Sex, in turn, can become less urgent and desperate, more playful.

If we play our cards right, we can all get more out of life than we put into it; but only if we play for keeps.

    No one should ever work.

10 Signs The Global Elite Are Losing Control

wtop_logo_MEDKarma is coming for the elite in a big way. As the Powers That Be head toward a devastating defeat in their war plans for Syria, signs are emerging that their rule over humanity is rapidly diminishing.

Over the last decade the global elite have been on a mad dash to consolidate power over the world. It’s always been their plan like some evil villain in a comic book, but after 9/11 the plan went into overdrive and then turbo charged during the financial crisis of 2008.

Yet it’s doomed to fail because humans are meant to be guided by their own free will, not controlled like livestock. The more the elite try to control humanity, the more entropy occurs. Entropy, for those who don’t know, is the lack of order or predictability; a gradual decline into disorder.

2013-09-07_1503Although the elite still enjoy a huge wealth advantage over the masses, they are now resigned to behaving like tyrants to maintain control. This, in turn, exposes their dark side which has been cleverly concealed for ages. Not anymore.

People are waking up in droves, at least as fast as the elite can build their full-spectrum prison matrix. Let them try. To paraphrase Victor Hugo, “No army can stop an idea whose time has come.”

Here are ten signs that the elite are losing control over the people:

    1. Official lies no longer effective: The lies they tell simply don’t work anymore. There was a time when official lies, especially about war and peace, were believed. Because, after all, how evil would it be to lie about such things? Generally people want to believe they are being told the truth when life and death is at stake. The boy who cried wolf has cried one too many times. Even if they told the truth at this point, very few would believe them.

    2. No confidence in politics: US politicians have a paltry approval rating. The trust in government is at all-time lows here and around the world. Mainstream polls show only 10% of the public has confidence in Congress. In other words, 90% don’t believe in them to be competent to govern.

Watch this Town Hall exchange below where a man threatens US Senator John McCain with arrest for treason to his face. This would have never happened just a year or two ago:

    3. No confidence in media: The most recent polls show that 77% of the population no longer trusts corporate TV news. Is it any wonder why the establishment media failed to sell the lies about the alleged Syria chemical event? With all their monopoly might over the airwaves, they can no longer claim that black is white simply because officialdom says so.

    4. Bankers rejected: Hungary recently became the first country to follow Iceland’s lead by shedding international bankers (IMF) and is considering pursuing prosecution of past prime ministers who enslaved the people with debt.

Look for this trend to continue even if nations decide to default to break free.

    5. Vatican abruptly cleaning up its act: Under the previous Pope, Pope Benedict, scandals erupted from the Vatican ranging from covering up pedophile priests to money laundering and fraud. Benedict, in an unprecedented move, abruptly retired to make way for a seemingly much more likable Pope Francis. Pope Francis by all measures is working furiously to reclaim the church’s peaceful andhumble reputation. Whether this is genuine or a PR move, it’s telling that the church was forced into such a drastic turnaround to save itself from losing all credibility.

    6. Mutiny among soldiers: Finally. Soldiers, who are outlawed from making political statements, are steadily speaking out against US military adventurism. As Einstein famously said “The pioneers of a warless world are the young men (and women) who refuse military service.”

    7. Militarized police state: One of the darkest signs that the elite are losing their grip on power is the construction of the militarized police state specifically trained to combat domestic civil unrest. Local cops with tanks and other combat gear are working with Feds at Fusion centers, active Army units are on American soil for the first time in history, the NSA spy grid is being used by the IRS and DEA, and the elimination of due process for Americans under the NDAA are just some of the tyrannical moves made to secure the elite criminals from public backlash. They’re clearly scared, and they should be given what they’ve done to the American people and the Constitution.

    8. Serious secession movements everywhere: A state seceding from a larger political entity used to be an ultra-fringe concept, until now. In America, secession movements are winning over the public in parts of Colorado and California. In Europe, serious secession movements are happening in Spain and Scotland, as well as several EU nations flirting with the idea of dropping out of the euro. Decentralization = Entropy!

    9. GMO food being rejected everywhere: Control the food and you control the people. True in theory, but much more difficult in practice. GMO leaders like Monsanto are being exposed. All of their economic and political strength cannot defeat the spread of knowledge about the dangers of pesticide-soaked Frankenfoods. GMO fields are being burned in protest in America and around the world, informed nations continue to reject their products, and labeling laws are gaining traction.

    10. Cannabis liberation: Many reading this will think marijuana legalization is a superficial development. However, it is a major signpost that the elite’s grip is fading. Enormous resources have been spent to keep cannabis illegal. Cannabis has been a powerful medicine for physical, mental, and spiritual health throughout the ages. This single plant represents a huge threat to the power structures and their industries, hence its seemingly senseless illegality. The approaching global reversal of the tyrannical policy of prohibition is the first of many concessions to come.

BE’ing and Do’ing everyone, this is fantastic! Please share so we can bring that energy to the entire Republic of the United States.

This should serve as an example to the moneybags sheriffs and their police force that have no business conducting piracy on civilian throughout the Republic to monetized themselves outside of their own jurisdiction which is in fact the ten square mile piece of land call The District of Columbia (Washington DC). For your information, congress left the White House in the eighteen hundreds, and since no one lives there.

You are a fiction, and you are trespassing, however, we are non-adverse, all we want is for you to start navigating the possibilities of shifting consciousness to a higher level and realized that you are not superior to anyone, and your badge means nothing, nothing because you got it by dishonoring yourself and your fellow men, buy holding on to a job that is harmful to yourself and the people that you are there to protect, not hurt them.

Your dirty little secrets are all out for the wide world to see, and if I were you all, you’ll be very careful of your actions with the people because although you might not think so, anyone on the streets might know the law more than you do, and you know what? You might loose that lavish pension you worked so hard for, or who knows, maybe expend the rest of your life in jail. Think of this pirates for a moment, because the way it was, is not the way it is any longer.

And for all those city officials that call themselves “Representatives of the people, or government of the people.” Get with it because far as we are aware, even the homeless on the corner of your luxurious building can take you out of your office with the flick of a finger if they only knew what we know about you, about your covet actions against your own people.

Does the word TREASON ring a bell to you?

We are going to stop here because when more people begin to awaken of the Grand illusion they’ve been living, we then will continue with this topic. Meanwhile enlighten yourselves by reading the article below:

These photos by Roman Baluk of Reuters show just how quickly the tables have turned in Ukraine.

During a rally in central Lviv on Feb.24, local riot police knelt as they apologized to residents for taking part in the crackdown on protesters in Kiev’s Independence Square, aka Maidan (though they insisted that they did not beat protesters).

Lviv, a city of 760,000 near Ukraine’s Western border with Poland, sent thousands of people to Kiev to fill and defend Maidan. On Feb. 19, the city declared independence from the government of President Viktor Yanukovych, who was ousted three days later by parliament.

Volodymyr Parasiuk, a 26-year-old protester from Lviv, became a hero on Feb. 21 when he denounced an EU-brokered peace deal and instead called for Yanukovych’s immediate ouster.

Subsequently, many of Lviv’s police fled the city, but these men have decided to ask forgiveness from the people.

  • An Observation

    An Observation

    1528719_608290975893356_1351502019_n

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We’ve learned how to make a living, but not a life. We’ve added years to life not life to years. We’ve been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We’ve done larger things, but not better things.

We’ve cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We’ve conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We’ve learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.

These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes. These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete.

Remember to spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn’t cost a cent.

Remember, to say, ‘I love you’ to your partner and your loved ones, but most of all mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.

Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will not be there again.

Give time to love, give time to speak! And give time to share the precious thoughts in your mind.

And always remember, life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by those moments that take our breath away.

    The Vatican and The Jesuits

    from WikiCompany Website

    recovered through WayBackMachine Website

“The very word secrecy is repugnant, in a free and open society. For we are, as a people, inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret proceedings and to secret oaths”…

“For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence – on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day.

It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried not headlined.

Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.”

    – John F. Kennedy

secret society speech on April 27, 1961

    (murdered on November 22, 1963).

    Introduction

The Jesuit Order is an almost 500-year old covert operations, geo-political, male-only organization, structured as a secret military operation:

demanding secret oaths and complete obedience to each direct superior, which is ultimately the Superior General (often nicknamed as the Black Pope, since he dresses in black and ‘stands in the shadow’ of the white Pope).

The “Society of Jesus” – as they are officially known – was originally used by the Vatican to counter the various Reformation movements in Europe, to which the Vatican lost much of its religious and political power.

Absolute-temporal-ruling power has always been the Vatican institution’s primary objective.

The Jesuit Order is since 1814 in complete control of the – obscenely wealthy – Vatican institution (and its Catholic clergy hierarchy) and presently also controls various other organizations together with the Military Order of Malta, such as:

265th Pope Joseph Ratzinger and 30th Jesuit General Adolfo Nicolás.

35th Jesuit general congregation at the Vatican in 2008

Saint Peter’s Square in Vatican City

It is also important to note that the Jesuit-controlled Vatican is since 1929 being cast (and accepted) as a sovereign microstate called Vatican City, with its own:

    • Head of State and cabinet (the Holy See, which consists of the Papal non-hereditary monarchy and the Curia).

    • Central bank (Vatican Bank).

    • Jurisdiction rules (Canon Law, Admiralty law).

    • Some 147 international agreements (diplomatic treaties which where formerly called Concordats or Lateran Treaties, which grant the Vatican special national privileges).

    • Large radial underground network of secret archives (estimated at 84 kilometers of shelving space), and a large collection of ancient art works in the Vatican Museums.

    • Universal Inquisition office (headed by the American William Levada since 2000), an Italian police force and a Swiss military guard consisting of only Catholic single males with Swiss citizenship and Swiss military training.

Furthermore note that the Jesuit Order, the Catholic clergy and the Military Order of Malta (and many of the other Papal and Royal military orders) have an extremely patriarchal culture.

This type of rigid social structure is one of the main aspects of fascistic groups.

“The Jesuits have no women. They have no love of a woman. Because to have a wife, to have a woman, means you have an allegiance to your wife and family, and you cannot obey the General. That’s why they will NEVER be married, and that’s one of the great KEYS to their success.”

    – Eric Jon Phelps

Today the Jesuit Order has about 19.000 members.

Of the about 13.500 priest members, some have taken the 4th vow secret oath in which killing a ‘heretic’ is not considered a crime. The ranks of Jesuits are thinning; From 36,000 members at the order’s zenith in the mid-1960’s, to 26,000 in 1983, to 23,000 in 1995 [10]. The Jesuits are geographically organized by 91 provinces (61?), which each belong to one of 10 assistancies around the world.

The Military Order of Malta has about 12.500 members (excluding volunteers), and Opus Dei has about 26,000 celibate members (excluding volunteers).

The Vatican-Jesuit-Masonic crusades, up to our present time, show their criminal “full-spectrum dominance” doctrine is effectuated all over the world by:

    • War, genocide and depopulation (recent examples: Canadian natives genocide between 1880-1984, the “Vatican managed Serbian genocide during WWII” with an ongoing US court case, and the ongoing Shia Muslim genocide in Iraq with over 1.217.892 deaths)

    • Political subversions

    • Economic slavery

    • Poor quality nutrition, healthcare and housing

    • Government propaganda (via education, media, science, and religion)

    • Suppression of sovereignty, consciousness and spirituality.

    Masonic cities

The Vatican-Jesuit-Masonic network operates mainly out of the following cities:

    • Vatican City, Rome, Italy. (religious center) (sovereign state since 1929)

    • City of London, London, United Kingdom. (economic center) (sovereign state since 1649, owned by the City of London Corporation)

    • District of Columbia (which includes Washington D.C.), United States. (military center)

      • The “District of Columbia Act of 1871” turned D.C. into a municipal corporation. Congress has the supreme authority over the city and the federal district, with its own special constitutional amendment since 1961. Furthermore the District of Columbia is judicially governed by the Lex fori as opposed to Lex causae.

        • “There is an increasingly common belief among many that this Act has overturned the United States Constitutional Republic. These theorists state that the “Corporate US” is actually operating under the name: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, noting the capital letters as a distinction from the Constitutional Republic.” [11]

      • The Jesuit bishop John Carroll was probably the richest man in America in the late 1700’s. Carroll allowed funding to construct D.C. (which is nicknamed “Rome on the Potomac”). The owner of the land used to be Francis Pope and his priest was Jesuit Andrew White.

      • Washington D.C.’s original name was Rome, Maryland, and a branch of the Potomac River was called Tiber Creek, which was named after the Tiber river in Rome. Like Rome, Washington D.C. has 7 hills, whose names are: Capitol Hill, Meridian Hill, Floral Hills, Forest Hills, Hillbrook, Hillcrest, and Knox Hill. [12]

      • Other masonic elements in this city: Jesuit Georgetown University, the masonic street layout and monuments, and the 2008 World Conference of Masonic Grand Lodges.

    • Other important cities: Geneva, New York, Brussels, Paris, the various microstates, Luxembourg, Strasbourg, Moscow, Hong Kong, …

      (aristocratic->masonic->corporate->political networks)

    Obelisks

    Karnak obelisk, (near Luxor, Egypt)

Heliopolis obelisk (without hieroglyphs??), Saint Peter’s Square, Vatican City (placed in 1586) (see also: Obelisks in Rome)

Sanssouci obelisk, Potsdam, Germany (build in 1747)

Gamla stan, Sweden (build in 1800)

Heliopolis obelisk, Paris (placed in 1833 from Thebes, Egypt)

District of Columbia obelisk (build between 1848-1884)

Hyde Park Obelisk, Sydney, Australia (build in 1857)

Heliopolis obelisk, City of London (placed in 1878 from Alexandria, Egypt)

Heliopolis obelisk, New York (placed in 1881 from Alexandria, Egypt)

Altamira, Caracas, Venezuela (build in 1944)

Halde Hoheward, Germany (build in ?)

Buenos Aires obelisk, Argentina (built in 1936)

    Jesuit operations

In general it can be said that the Jesuits are mainly involved in:

    • Miseducation

      • This is their main avenue for – initial and sustained – political control!

Through the socially, historically, and scientifically flawed education of millions youngsters and adults. In addition, being able to observe and direct the professional path of the brightest students can help to further their own neurotic agenda, or at least not obstruct it.

Consciousness-influencing (aka ‘mind-control’) through cultural and behavioral consensus-trance shaping is their sacred and secret “Soul science”, their “Devince science of Governing”, the “Matrix of mental control” which has been developed by the neurotic priesthood and implemented via their masonic networks for thousands of years.

Can enough individuals break that ‘magic’ trance spell to stop the mass neurosis of humanity which puts us into a world of tragedy and pain?

        • Sciences (and university research funding) for the purpose of socio-psychological control

        • Subjects: politics/civics/law, military science, sociology/media, healthcare/psychiatry, ‘Romanized’ history, astronomy, pseudo philosophy about: culture, science, civics, ethics, morality and religion.

        • Prominent elite schools:

          • Stonyhurst College (UK, 1593, alumni)

          • Georgetown University (US, 1634/1789, alumni)

          • Fordham University (US, 1841, alumni)

          • Fairfield University (US, 1942, alumni)
            * International Visitor Leadership Program (US, 1946/1961, alumni)

      • In 1940 Nelson Rockefeller (Knight of Malta) was named Coordinator of Inter-American Affairs (the pre-cursor to the IVLP program). [13]

      • “More than 200 current and former Heads of State, 1,500 cabinet-level ministers, and many other distinguished world leaders in government and the private sector have participated in the International Visitor Leadership Program.” [14]

    • Religious perversions and propaganda

      • Cult promotion: Catholicism (and its variations and infiltrations), Freemasonry, Satanism, Mysticism, NewAge-ism, Ufology & Aliens (mainly used for disinfo and distraction, but sometimes for the cover up of advanced energy/military research). Cult and disinfo promotion is also done using popularized films, books, websites and events related to these topics.

      • Catholic ecumenism through the Mennonite World Conference (1925, Switzerland, see also: [15]), World Jewish Congress (1936, Switzerland, see also: [16], [17]), World Council of Churches (1937, 340 churches), Lutheran World Federation (1947, 140 churches), Conference of European Churches (1959, 125 churches) meetings, World Alliance of Reformed Churches (1970, 214 churches), World Methodist Council (1881).

    • Political and judicial meddling

      • Tactics:

        • Hegelian dialectic deception politics, by creating/infiltrating/controlling multiple sides to further their own agenda (“thesis + antithesis -> synthesis”).

          Some examples:

          • # Left v. Right political dogma: Democrats v. Republicans, Liberals v. Conservatives, Labour v. Tories, etc. This is the political duopoly trap, where the voting outcome can only swing in two main directions. Any emerging of true political opposition is deflected and extinguished by temporary controlled opposition spin-off’s from the main parties and media blackouts and/or smear campaigns.

          • # The present focus of many media corporations on “Muslim terror threats”, especially after the mass trauma psyop of 9-11, is part of their strategy of tension, to divide groups by fear and polarize people’s frustration and anger towards this synthesized enemy or its controlled opposition, instead of the real fascistic threat from the secretive power structures.

          • # The artificial global food price crisis versus the centralization of food management structures (examples: Codex Alimentarius UN agenda, Genetically modified food controversies – such as the resistance to correct labeling and nutrient reductions compared to natural whole foods.)

          • # Non-Aligned Movement promoted as a ‘force against’ the United Nations.

          Misleading people using casuistry.

        • Masonic-insider promotion, infiltration, bribing, threats and assassinations.

        • If the Catholic missions, the Jesuit miseducation and socio-political infiltration strategies do not work in a society, a covert – and later an overt – war-by-proxy is created to achieve their neurotic goals (see also the “Social perversions” point below).

      • Using the many Concordats that have been signed with ‘sovereign’ nations, to give the Vatican institution special privileges.

      • Socialist-fascist supranational union projects (see also: Continental unions):

        • Central American Union (1991, “Central American Integration System”)

        • European Union (1993) (Euro currency), EU institutions and EU projects.
          # The EU has its origins in the European Movement (1947), which was founded by Knight of Malta Joseph Retinger, who also founded the Bilderberg Group (1954).

        • African Union (2002)

        • Asian Union (2002, “Asia Cooperation Dialogue”)

        • Pacific Union (proposed in 2003)

        • South American Union (proposed in 2004, signed in 2008)

        • North American Union (proposed in ?, Amero currency)
          # “The NACC (2006) is a largely secretive advisory council to the SPP (2005) consisting of representatives from 30 North American corporations selected by the Chambers of Commerce in the three nations.” [20]

        • Mediterranean Union (proposed in 2007)

      • The Vatican City microstate is a member of: ITU (telecommunication), CEPT (telecommunication), Eutelsat (satellite communication), Intelsat (satellite communication), UPU (international mail) and the International Grains Council.

      • The Holy See (Vatican organization) participates as an observer in: African Union, Arab League, Council of Europe, OAS (35 states of the Americas), IOM (migration), and in the United Nations (1942) and its many agencies:

        • FAO (food and agriculture),

        • ILO (labour),

        • UNCTAD (trade and investment),

        • UNEP (environment),

        • UNESCO (education, science, and culture),

          • “The existing rapport between this organization and Masonry is essential, not only because of its founding on February 23, 1905 by the lawyer, Paul P. Harris, of Chicago, along with three of his fellow Masons, but also because of the ideological and juridical elements, borrowed from Masonry, which take the best in the initiatory message in order to insert it into society and laicize it, that is by excluding the initiatory and restrictive aspects, which – by always excluding religious confessionalism – have a certain sacred although lay character.””

Catholicism and the Holy Roman Empire

While the militaristic Roman Empire was collapsing, Pope Symmachus created the Vatican Palace in 514 as the seat of the “universal religion” called Catholicism.

Catholicism itself was created about 150 years before that by Emperor Constantine I, using the first Council of Nicaea in 325, to control the political and spiritual uprisings among various regions, tribes and slave groups.

Thereby making Constantine I the first in a long series of Roman Emperors (or Popes) who explicitly wanted to completely rule over both the spiritual and political realm.

Perhaps indicative of the lack of interest in the 1st Council of Nicaea and its Roman agenda, was that of the 1800 invites send to religious leaders, only about 300 participated.

Early Christianity-like cultures were spreading and posing a very large threat to the Roman Empire, so the Romans institutionalized the various Christian-like cultures into a new ‘universal religion’ named Catholicism.

Many people still see the Papacy as only a religious organization, but if one looks into their never ending quest for the political power, you’ll see that the Roman Empire and the Papacy have always had the exact same goal: World domination. The differences are only in the execution of this neurotic idea.

The most powerful tool of the Vatican organization has been to take hostage the much older Judaic-Christian-like cultures, and force these cultures into an superficial lookalike called “Catholicism” (or as Roman Catholics like to say: “Christendom”).

In many parts of the world, native people were first massively killed – if their spiritual leaders could not be corrupted – and then the rest of the tribe was slowly ‘converted’ into the cult of Catholicism by missionaries, using the lie that the supreme spirit they worshiped was actually the same as the one in the Roman Catholic ‘church’.

The Vatican never was a true Christian-culture based organization, it has always been an occult (the esoteric or hidden), bloodthirsty political organization which has build a deceiving, hypocritical front of religious dogma (the exoteric or visible) derived from ancient mysticism religions (Sun worship, human and animal sacrifices, ‘holy’ priests and strict obedience structures).

For more than 2000 years all authentic Judaic-Christianity-like cultures have been prosecuted and often annihilated or at least severely weakened.

    Vatican City’s Piazza San Pietro.

    Note the keyhole shape.

    See also these aerial photos.

By 451 with the Council of Chalcedon the Holy Roman empire itself had already fractured somewhat and with the official East-West Schism in 1054, the Orthodox Church split from the Holy Roman empire.

However, the Holy Roman Empire was becoming more and more dominant in Europe and reached its power peak in the 13th and 14th century.

After the Renaissance, the struggle for religious and political freedom of the various Reformation movements, during the late Middle Ages and up to the 18th century, some lost terrain had been regained by the Protestant nations, but the losses have been enormous, and much of the authentic spiritual basis of Christianity-like cultures has been erased from the collective memory.

Almost none of the numerous Christian ‘splinter’ churches today acknowledges (let alone communicates) this ancient legacy of Roman Catholic persecution, history falsification and spiritual perversions. Sadly, most of the so called ‘Christian’ churches today however are still connected to Catholicism – and thereby also the Vatican organization – in various ways, or have been infiltrated and co-opted – mainly by the Jesuits – in many cases.

The Vatican institution and its mafia network have always been an fascistic political organization with the cover of a religious organization. The aim is and was population control – in the spiritual and political realm – by any means.

These two realms of dominion – the spiritual and temporal – are represented by two crossed keys on the Papal Tiara, which can be seen in many Catholic churches and on the flag of the Vatican.

    Reformation and Vatican control

The Reformation changes, since the early 16th century, by the Protestants (which is actually what the Vatican called these sovereign ‘heretics’) to the political systems (such as more decentralized ruling and tax income, less centralism from Rome), and the millennium of battles against the oppressive Holy Roman Empire that went before that, sets the stage for an ongoing struggle by people all over the world to be able to live according to our natural birth right:

Sovereignty of the body and spirit of each individual. Protecting our sovereignty from state, religious, corporate and secret society fascism is our principal collective responsibility! This shared value should be the basis for our constitutional law. All other constitutional laws should be derived from this basis.

The true history of the Reformation and the opposing Counter-Reformation (starting with the ‘ecumenical’ Council of Trent in 1545) however was (and still is) not a simple two-sided conflict between the Holy Roman Empire and the sovereign people and their nations.

There is growing evidence showing that the Lutheran reformation movement was secretly used by the Rosecrucians (and later the Jesuits) behind the scenes to:

    • Restrict the social-political effects of the Reformation on societies in Europe.

    • Diminish the established power structures of the Papacy, so that these secret societies could infiltrate and – over time – completely takeover the Vatican Institution (partly from the inside and partly from the outside). They succeeded in doing this, but not without visible historic friction.

    Globalism

Especially over the last 200 years, and in particular the last 100 years, the power of the Vatican-masonic network has covertly been increased tremendously due to several factors:

    • Social-techno policies: industrialization (and the later service economy), urbanization, educational regulation (increased propaganda propagation) and large-scale industrial proxy-warfare (especially since World War I during 1914-1918).

    • Political and religious globalization.

The major goals of globalization and the underlying collectivism ideologies (centralized-socialism, communism, fascism) were to:

    • Diminish personal/tribal/national self-reliance capabilities

    • Weaken the family bonds

    • Replace native culture

    • Increase their economic-parasite grip, through numerous pan-national organizations and their projects.

Alongside the “Theater of Warfare” and media psy-ops, globalization is a core part of the new Counter-Reformation!

    Occultism

The Roman-Vatican-Masonic oppression culture has its origins in the much older secret societies (which were also called: “Mystery Religions”, “Mystery Schools”, “Priesthood cults”, or “Schools for the divine science of governing”) which were already present in ancient societies:

    • Egyptian (Hyksos)

    • Sumerian

    • Babylonian

    • Sadducian (“Tsdoki”, “Zadokites”) (See also: Ebionites, Essenes, Pharisees)

    • Phoenician

    • Canaanite

    • Etruscan

    • Roman

    • Anglo-Celtic

    • Other priesthood cults:

      • Rosae Crucis (probably from ~12th c.)

      • Alumbrados (Spain, late 15th c.)

      • Roshaniya (Afghanistan, 16th c.)

      • Bavarian Illuminati (Germany, ~1776)

Sun worship and astrotheology (cosmology and its links to spiritualism) were an extremely important priesthood element of these societies and many others around the world too (to this day), since it was believed that cosmic cycles were heavily influencing life on earth, not just in the physical spectrum (in the traditional science sense), but also in the spiritual-consciousness spectrum.

    Additional important priesthood elements were:

    • human sexuality

    • human concepts of nature’s (perceived) dualities (female/male, life/death, healthy/sick, body/spirit, light/dark, white/black, energy/mass, above/below, in/out, love/hate, good/evil)

    • sacred geometry

    • numerology

    • visual arts

    • music

    • trance states

Some neurotic priesthood societies made animal sacrifices, and a few even Human sacrifices to their god.

For oppressive priesthood societies the control of knowledge and thereby sovereignty, consciousness and spirituality became their most important goal. These people wanted domination over life, even though they had no real life of their own.

All this is Occult Symbolism is still visible today:

    • in architecture (masonic buildings, ancient and new monuments, place names)

    • corporate logo’s

    • money design

    • coats of arms,

    • films (especially those from Hollywood)

    • holy-days and other cultural rituals

    • various public ‘accessible’ cult-religions (Freemasonry, Fraternities, Scouting, New Age societies)

Here a some of the ‘Western’ rituals and festivals with an occult (hidden) meaning, many of which were strongly influenced by the ancient Roman and Roman Catholic priesthood culture:

    • Christmas (Dec. 24/25): Winter solstice celebration (“Return of the Sun/Son of God”).

    • Valentine’s Day (Feb. 14): Ancient Roman (and likely pre-Roman) Lupercalia celebration (Note: Lupus is Latin for wolf, Lupae means ‘she wolves’). At first an ancient Roman priesthood fertility ritual (see below), which was later turned into the the Roman Catholic St. Valentine celebration.

      • “February occurred later on the ancient Roman calendar than it does today so Lupercalia was held in the spring and regarded as a festival of purification and fertility. Each year on February 15, the Luperci priests gathered on Palantine Hill at the cave of Lupercal. … Two naked young men, assisted by the Vestals (the virgin holy female priests of Vesta), sacrificed a dog and a goat at the site. The blood was smeared on the foreheads of the young men and then wiped away with wool dipped in milk. … Roman armies took the Lupercalia customs with them as they invaded France and Britain.

One of these was a lottery where the names of available maidens were placed in a box and drawn out by the young men. Each man accepted the girl whose name he drew as his love – for the duration of the festival, or sometimes longer. As Catholicism began to slowly and systematically dismantle the pagan pantheons, it frequently replaced the festivals of the pagan gods with more ecumenical celebrations. It was easier to convert the local population if they could continue to celebrate on the same days, they would just be instructed to celebrate different people and ideologies.

Lupercalia, with its lover lottery, had no place in the new ‘Christian’ order. In the year 496 AD, Pope Gelasius I did away with the festival of Lupercalia, citing that it was pagan and immoral. He chose Valentine as the patron saint of lovers, who would be honored at the new festival on the 14th of every February.”

      • “The festival began with the sacrifice by the Luperci (or the Flamen Dialis) of two male goats and a dog. Next two patrician young Luperci were led to the altar, to be anointed on their foreheads with the sacrificial blood, which was wiped off the bloody knife with wool soaked in milk, after which they were expected to smile and laugh; the smearing of the forehead with blood probably refers to human sacrifice originally practiced at the festival.

The sacrificial feast followed, after which the Luperci cut thongs from the skins of the victims, which were called Februa, dressed themselves in the skins of the sacrificed goats, in imitation of Lupercus, and ran round the walls of the old Palatine city, the line of which was marked with stones, with the thongs in their hands in two bands, striking the people who crowded near. Girls and young women would line up on their route to receive lashes from these whips.

This was supposed to ensure fertility, prevent sterility in women and ease the pains of childbirth. This tradition itself may survive (‘Christianized’, and shifted to Spring) in certain ritual Easter Monday whippings.”

    • Carnival (Immediately before Lent – the 40 day’s of Catholic liturgical season of fasting and prayer before Easter – usually during Feb. or Mar. It may last from a few weeks to several months depending on the region.)

    • Easter (Calculated Sunday between March 22 and April 25): Spring equinox celebration (“Resurrection of the Sun/Son of God”). The celebration of the Babylonian goddess of love and fertility Ishtar (See also: the Semitic goddesses Asherah and Astarte), combined with the Cosmic egg and rabbit symbolism for fertility and regeneration. (See also: “Rebirth and Resurrection: The Origins Of Easter Traditions”, “Pagan Worship of Easter”, “Origins of Easter”, Ostara festival, Passover, Semana Santa, Easter controversy, “Towards a Common Date of Easter”)

    • Mayday (1 May): Phallic Maypole celebration (See also: the Celtic Beltane & Samhain celebrations, Axis mundi, Omphalos). The International Workers’ Day is the result of traditional culture suppression and industrial-political influence.

    • Halloween (Oct. 31)

    • Bullfighting: The slaying of the bull (Taurus) by Mithras (Roman deity – with pre-Roman origins – who was born from a Cosmic egg) and the castration by a scorpion (Scorpio) in Roman mythology. This sacrificial tradition represents the domination of the ‘elite’ over the potentials of the ‘common’ people.

Televised sport events are one modern variant of this occult tradition.

The ‘elite’ know many people want to align themselves with the dominators (winners), not the suppressed (losers). They hypnotize people with simple systems of glorified male competition and domination.

A politically harmless, commercial venting system for the boredom and anger of many people.

    Pharmacratic Inquisitions

Related to these ‘priesthood’ cultures is also the continuous prosecution of all natural/herbal cultures and its practitioners.

From numerous genocides of indigenous cultures around the world, to the attacks on natural healthcare in Europe and the US. These people were often wrongly stigmatized and tortured and killed for being ‘gnostics’, ‘mystics’, ‘witches’, or ‘quacks’.

These days the Pharmacratic Inquisitions are still going strong to benefit the global toxic-medicine based pharmaceutical industry; using weak medical schooling, medical license systems, patent law, propaganda campaigns and important natural substance prohibitions.

A highly controversial topic is the research which is showing that entheogen stimulated spiritual experiences seem to lie at the center of the main religions too. Though of course hidden, sometimes even in plain sight, and only allowed for a select group of initiates. Most Christian people refuse to research and debate this topic, because it shows how muchthe true history behind early Christianity-like gnostic-shamanic cultures has been suppressed and perverted into different forms of mythology, idolatry and dogma.

It shows how much all main religions have strayed from the path of nature, empirical spirituality, honesty and freedom.

Especially entheogen-aware cultures are treated as a huge threat to the (in many places) dominating ‘Western’ belief systems, political structures and egoistic/materialistic/mechanical thinking.

    Black Nobility

The Jesuits & SMOM mafia network is supported by many of the wealthiest families in Europe and the US (often called the “Black Nobility“) and the high-level masons within certain ‘elite’ secret societies.

Examples are the prominent, but certainly not the most powerful, Rothschild family (Knights of Malta) and the Rockefeller family (Knights of Malta, who got started using Rothschild financing for American oilfield exploitations).

“These three financial families, the Rothschild’s, Morgans, and Rockefeller’s all do the bidding of the Jesuit Order because of Jesuit infiltration in their organizations. They do whatever is necessary to destroy constitutional liberty in America and to bring the pope to world domination. As we look back over the 20th century, we see how successful the Jesuits have been.

They have continued to squander the wealth of America and continually attack its great constitution and civil liberties. Daily, the power of the pope in Vatican City increases. One day they will achieve total power again.”

These wealthy families function as financial supporters and proxies for the larger Jesuit & SMOM mafia banking operations.

    Papal war against other religions

In the case of the masonic ‘Jewish’ Rothschilds, besides their Vatican banking role they (and several other prominent Jews, like Knight of Malta Heinz Kissinger, left-wing gatekeeper Noam Chomsky, Federal Reserve bank celebrity Alan Greenspan, Homeland Insecurity front Michael Chertoff) have to perform the role of being Masonic ‘Jews’ (another Jesuit controlled political movement of socialist-communist-fascist ideology), to try to incite hatred towards the Jews as them being the “top controllers of global evil”.

This is a scam which has sadly worked before.

Due to the fact that there are Sabbatian-Apostate-masonic Jews helping with the Vatican-Jesuit-Masonic mafia crimes, its sometimes difficult for people to see it for what it really is: a distraction/shield/proxy for the larger Vatican mafia network. Jewish people have been systematically discriminated and murdered for almost 2000 years by the Holy Roman empire, just like Christians, Arabs/Muslims and many other cultures and their religions.

These days, after the staged 9/11 psy-op trauma operation (and the staged follow-ups in Madrid and London) by the secret services controlled terrorist-groups such as CIA-Qaeda, Shia Muslims and secular ‘Arabs’ are especially targeted in many ways (by the media, politics and the Jesuit/SMOM-controlled military apparatus) in the so called “War on Terror”.

This “War on Terror” is the main follow up to the Cold War hoax, to allow further crusades for ‘World Domination’ and further attacks on constitution-protected freedoms.

The aggression against the people of the Middle-East is a very old battle, it was waged by Romans and later the Holy Roman Empire.

    Jesuit and SMOM agenda

The Vatican, Jesuit Order, Knights of Malta and Black Nobility people have formed a complex masonic mafia network of global proportions, using many front organizations (infiltrated governments/churches/education, secret services, Catholic institutions, mega-corporations, financial institutions, Freemasonry, Labor Zionism, and others) with disastrous effects on the lives of hundreds of millions of people.

The neurotic goal was and still is worldwide human enslavement by any means (“The end justifies the means” is the primary maxim of the Jesuits).

Through militaristic, technological, economic and above all religious-psychological means.

This secretive mafia network tries to keep people ignorant of the fascistic conspiracy and the instruments they use. Abusing other people’s ignorance is their only real power!

The Vatican-Jesuit-Masonic mafia network has been the primary origin of high-crimes over the past centuries: wars, genocide, assassinations, organized torture and sexual abuse, slavery, religious prosecution, state treason, censorship, history falsification, and judicial and economic fraud.

Their criminal practices are hidden behind:

    • Secret and religious cults, with hierarchical degrees (compartmentalization within) and secret oaths and plans (compartmentalization without).

    • Socialist (read: corrupt centralistic, fascistic) institutions: UN, WTO, NATO, EU, etc.

    • Information and knowledge control: cultural entertainment distractions, media censorship, fear propaganda and poor education.

    • Organizational infiltration.

    • Monetary system corruption instruments:

      • Centrally controlled fiat currency money supply -> artificial inflation creation (rising prices and poverty) -> debt-dependency creation (more centralist social control) -> interest rates control (making money from debt) and the international banking rules and international lending/currency-exchange programs (making the governments dependent on loan investment programs) -> more debt -> more interest -> more social control -> etc…

      • Money laundering (stock market, bonds and other financial products, corporate asset shuffling, real estate, art, software fees)

      • Social funds theft (pension funds, tax fund ‘redirection’).

    • Political, judicial and corporate bribing.

    • Threats, blackmail, and assassinations.

    • Immigration stimulation – legal and illegal – to achieve social and political changes, such as: increasing poverty, more and stronger class divisions, and increasing the Roman Catholic population share.

No smoke screen of religious claims, ecumenical projects, charity work, school programs, media control, finger pointing, and history falsification can undo the crimes for which these people are responsible.

No other organized crime network has done so much damage to the people on this planet!

    • from its origins as the faltering militaristic Roman empire – just when Catholicism was created to stop the so-called ‘heretical churches’ and its people – which destroyed a lot of European culture diversity

    • to the murdering crusades (against Jews, Christians, Muslims, and Germanic/Celtic/Scandinavian/other-indigenous tribes)

    • to the satanic inquisitions

    • to the massacre and enslavement of indigenous people in Europe, South America, North America, Asia, Oceania, Africa, Russia and the Middle-East

    • to the global drugs, arms and human slaves trafficking

    • to the corrupt banking systems and international corporations

    • to the World Wars

    • to the Cold War hoax and its large-scale military and political effects

    • to the global pedophile rings

    • to synthesized terrorism and propaganda

    • to secret renditions, torture prisons, and suspension of habeas corpus

    • to the ongoing plot to destroy the sovereign United States of America and the nations in Europe

It can all be traced back to a conspiratorial plot to rule the sovereign of this world by any means.

It is going to take the awareness of a large group of people to stop this sick and sad group of people, who ultimately can’t love themselves nor others, knowing what they have done.

Where do we go from here?

When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.

    – Jimi Hendrix

This secret society mafia network and their crimes have been prosecuted in the past.

The Vatican/Jesuits – as a criminal organization – have been prosecuted and expelled from dozens of nations all over the world at some point in time, when their crimes became too much to tolerate any longer. That time is going to come again, and this time it must be even more comprehensive and persistent than before.

Our collective awareness and action must make many other people aware of the enormous crimes committed, and the way in which they were committed.

The Black Nobility, the Catholic ‘church’ hierarchy, the Jesuits, the Military Order of Malta members, high-level Freemasonry, and all the other secret societies and their front organizations and projects, which ultimately serve these mafia structures, must be permanently exposed, prosecuted, stigmatized and ultimately dismantled (and if needed be replaced with decentralized, constitutional, accountable, democratic cooperation between nations – not above nations) for the benefit of future generations.

Special constitutional reforms against secret societies and their political conspiracies should be discussed, drafted, implemented and educated.

In the end Empires always fall, and some fascistic groups will try to rebuild them again, to try to gain control of the common people, and it will fail again. Politics by distance does not work. It corrupts, it stifles creativity, it tries to disempower sovereign Human beings.

So the EU superstate project will ultimately breakdown. The only question is at what cost? The Euro is certainly an effective way to ease trade between nations, by reducing currency and legal friction.

However, the private(!), pseudo non-profit(!) Federal Reserve Bank history has shown that monetary centralization can be very dangerous in several aspects:

    • Centrally controlled money supply and inflation

    • Artificial boom-bust cycles

    • Draconian ‘rescue’ plans after the bust cycles

    • Increased poverty due to the long-term ineffectiveness of a central monetary system

Monetary efficiency does not equal economic stability and financial sovereignty. The latter two are much more important in the long-term!

    Some conceptual recommendations:

    • The supra-state projects such as the EU, NATO, UN must be partly dismantled, then reformed by primarily using collaborative agreements between each sovereign nation. The danger of a too centralized corrupt rule is far more serious than any local form of mafia corruption.

    • The Holy See/Vatican country state and the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, must be stripped of any national sovereign status. These institutions must function within the national democracy and obey democratically chosen constitutional laws.

    • The Vatican and the whole Roman-Catholic organizational network must publicly and officially denounce any temporal power wish and acknowledge the extreme extent of their centuries long crimes against humanity.

    • The Jesuit-Vatican-Masonic mafia network who have participated in these crimes must be researched thoroughly (by an international group of independent researchers), then prosecuted and agree to pay compensations to victims (nations, groups and individuals). The criminal charges and the evidence must then be presented to the respective nations, for further action. No action on behave of this research should lead to boycotts from nations, groups and individuals.

    • All the confirmed history falsification and conspiracy actions should be written down, and discussed in schools. The same goes for clear examples of media corporation censorship and distraction.

    • Proposals for actions for a more robust separation of church and secret societies from the sovereign people of the State, using legal, political and educational means.

      • Special legislation against criminal secret societies (beyond any reasonably doubt, and beyond just organized crime) should be drafted and implemented, using the lessons of history.

Many believe that they are required to pay an “income tax” to a branch of the United States government called “The Internal Revenue Service”.  The origins and history  of the IRS shows just how in error these beliefs are. Not only is there no law that requires most Americans to file an individual tax return, but the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) wasn’t even created by an act of Congress!

Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, of the Constitution of the United States of America, in pertinent part, provides that:

“. . . direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons . . . three-fifths of all other Persons.”

In 1894, Congress passed a law which purportedly imposed a “direct income tax” on the Citizens of the several States within this Union, but failed to make any provision for apportionment, as required by Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, of the Constitution of the United States of America. In the case of Pollack vs. Farmers Loan & Trust Co., US (1895), the U.S. Supreme Court struck the law down, as being unconstitutional, because it failed to make any provision for apportionment, as required by Article I, Section 2, Clause 3.

Thereafter, Congress passed the Sixteenth Amendment to the Constitution, which was “declared” to have been ratified in 1913. The Sixteenth Amendment provides that:

“The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”

The Constitutionality of the Sixteenth Amendment was challenged in the case of Brushaber vs. Union Pacific R.R. Co., 240 US 1 (1916). The U.S. Supreme Court acknowledged the apparent conflict between Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, of the Constitution, which required all direct taxes to be apportioned, and the Sixteenth Amendment, which appeared to eliminate the apportionment requirement. The Court pointed out that the Sixteenth Amendment did not repeal Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, but noted that it was under a duty to uphold the Sixteenth Amendment, if it could be interpreted in such a way so as to eliminate the conflict.

The Court did hold the Amendment constitutional, but only because it interpreted the Amendment as applying only to “indirect taxes” or “excise taxes”, and not to “direct taxes”. Brushaber and other cases that followed, stated that the Sixteenth Amendment did not give Congress any new or additional taxing powers that it did not already have, but merely put into written form the state of the law as it previously existed.

Congress did not pass any other law intended to impose a direct tax on income until 1939, when the Public Salary Tax Act of 1939 was passed. The Public Salary Tax Act, Section 1, (which is now designated as 26 USC 1) imposed a tax upon the income of federal employees, U.S. citizens, and non-resident aliens. The term “United States” is defined in 26 USC 7701(9), as: “When used in a geographical sense, the term ‘United States’ means only the states and the District of Columbia. Section 7701(10) defines the term “States” as follows: ” The term ‘States’ shall be construed to include the District of Columbia when necessary to carry out the purpose of this title”.

It is always necessary to construe the term “States” as including the District of Columbia, because Congress did not include the fifty (50) states, nor the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, or American Samoa. The Public Salary Tax Act of 1939 did not apply to Citizens of the forty-eight (48) States (now the fifty (50) States).

After Pearl Harbor was bombed by Japan on December 7, 1941, Congress declared war, and passed the Victory Tax Act of 1942, in order to raise money to support an Army. This was done in accordance with Article I, Section 8, Clause 12, of the Constitution of the United States of America, which provides:

“The Congress shall have Power . . . To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;”

In 1942, for the first time in the history of this country, the Bureau of Internal Revenue sent out 1040 Form to the general public in the forty-eight States. This was done even though the Victory Tax Act of 1942 only applied to citizens and residents of the District of Columbia, and non-resident aliens.

Most people thought that the Victory Tax Act required everyone to file a tax return and pay tax on “income”, so they voluntarily filed a Form 1040 in 1942, 1943 and 1944. On May 29, 1944, Congress repealed the Victory Tax Act of 1942, but the news media did not publicize that fact. In 1945, the Bureau of Internal Revenue decided to mass mail 1040 Forms to the general public, just to see what would happen. Why not? The vast majority of the people had voluntarily file tax returns before. Since the public believed that the Victory Tax Act was mandatory in the then forty-eight (48) States, and did not know that it had been repealed, they filled out the 1040 Forms and mailed them in, along with their checks.

The Bureau of Internal Revenue was ecstatic and committed itself to continue perpetrating the fraud on the Citizens of the forty-eight (48) States. So, the Bureau of Internal Revenue has continued to send out Form 1040’s each and every year since.

Don’t be fooled. The “Internal Revenue Code” was first enacted in 1939 and was called the “Public Salary Tax Act of 1939”. Since that time, the name of the Public Salary Tax Act was changed to the “Internal Revenue Code”, which was amended in 1953 and 1987. However, the amendments did not change the fact that it only applies to the District of Columbia and the federal territories and possessions.

There is no provision in the Internal Revenue Code that imposes a direct income tax on the Citizens of the fifty (50) States, nor a requirement to file an income tax return, unless employed by the Federal Government. If you are a Citizen of Florida, a Republic, or any other state, and not a Federal Employee, nor a citizen or resident of the District of Columbia, you are  not required by law to file a U.S. Individual Income Tax Return.

    Form 1040

26 CFR 602.101, contains a cross-reference table, showing that the only form authorized for use in filing a “U.S. Individual Income Tax return” is assigned OMB Number 1545-0067. That number only appears on Form 2555, entitled “Foreign Earned Income”, and states that it is to be attached to a Form 1040. Form 1040 is assigned OMB Number 1545-0074, and is only authorized to be used for reporting various types of “credits” to be set off against the “Foreign Earned Income” reported on Form 2555. If you did not have any “Foreign Earned Income” during a year, you cannot file a Form 2555 without committing perjury. If you did not need to claim any tax credits during the year, there is no need or requirement to file a Form 1040.

    Form 941

The definition of “Withholding Agent” contained in 26 USC 7701(16), which provides:

Section 1441 is entitled “Withholding of tax on nonresident aliens”. Section 1442 is entitled “Withholding tax on foreign corporations”. Section 1443 is entitled “Foreign tax-exempt organizations”. Section 1461 is entitled “Liability for withheld tax” and provides that:

“Every person required to deduct and withhold any tax under this chapter is hereby made liable for such tax and is hereby indemnified against the claims and demands of any person for the amount of any payments made in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.”

26 USC, Chapter 24, Collection of Income Tax At Source, Withholding From Wages, Section 3401, Definitions, states:

    “(a) Wages.

For purposes of this chapter, the term “wages” means all remuneration (other than fees paid to a public official) for services performed by an employee for his employer,

    . . . .

    “(c) Employee.
For purposes of this chapter, the term “employee” includes an officer, employee, or elected official of the United States, a State, or any political subdivision thereof, or the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of any one or more of the foregoing. The term “employee” also includes an officer of a corporation.”

    “(d) Employer.
For purposes of the chapter, the term “employer” means the person for whom an individual performs or performed any service, of whatever nature, as the employee of such person, . . .”

If you have never applied for appointment, nor have  been appointed, as a “Withholding Agent”, and have never been required to withhold “wages”, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1441, 1442 or 1443. Nor if you  have never paid any “wages” to a “foreign alien” or “foreign corporation”, you would not be liable for any wages withheld from nonresident aliens or foreign corporations under the provisions of Section 1461, of the Internal Revenue Code, therefore, you would not be required to file a Form 941.

The Authority of the Internal Revenue Service

to operate within the fifty (50) States

The Bureau of Internal Revenue and the alleged Internal Revenue Service were not created by any Act of Congress. These are not organizations or agencies of the Department of the Treasury, or of the federal government. They appear to be operated through pure trusts administered by the Secretary of the Treasury (the Trustee). The Settlor of the trusts and the Beneficiary or Beneficiaries are unknown. According to the law governing trusts, that information does not have to be revealed. You will not find the Bureau of Internal Revenue, or the Internal Revenue Service, or the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms fisted in 31 USC, Chapter 3, as an authorized agency of the Department of the Treasury.

The Philippine Customs Administrative Act was passed by the Philippine Commission between 1900 and 1902, which created Trust Fund #1, the Philippine special fund (customs duties) (31 USC 1321). The Act was administered under the general supervision and control of the Secretary of Finance and Justice. The Philippine Commission passed another Act known as the Internal Revenue Law of Nineteen Hundred and Four.

This Act created the “Bureau of Internal Revenue” and the federal government’s second trust fund, Trust Fund #2, the Philippine special fund (internal revenue). Article 1,  Section 1, of the Act provides that: “There shall be established a Bureau of Internal Revenue, the chief officer of which Bureau shall be known as the Collector of Internal Revenue. He shall be appointed by the Civil Governor, with the advice and consent of the Philippine Commission, and shall receive a salary at the rate of eight thousand pesos per annum. The Bureau of Internal Revenue shall belong to the Department of Finance and Justice.” At some unknown date, before 1940, another Bureau of Internal Revenue was established in Puerto Rico, along with Trust fund #62 Puerto Rico (Internal Revenue). These two Bureaus are the only Bureaus of Internal Revenue which have ever existed, one in the Philippines and the other in Puerto Rico. In 1953, the United States relinquished its control over the Philippines.

The Federal Alcohol Administration Act of 1935 was declared unconstitutional in 1935, and the operation was then transferred off shore to Puerto Rico. 27 CFR 250.1 1 provides the following definitions:

“Revenue Agent. Any duly authorized commonwealth Internal Revenue Agent of the Department of the Treasury of Puerto Rico.”

“Secretary. The Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico.

“Secretary or his delegate. The Secretary or any officer or employee of the Department of the Treasury of Puerto Rico duly authorized by the Secretary to perform the function mentioned or described in this part.”

In the absence of any other definition describing revenue officers and agents, Secretary, or the Department of the Treasury, the definitions above are uniformly applicable to all IRS and BATF departments, functions and personnel.

Through Reorganization Plan No 3 of 1940, the federal Alcohol Administration and the offices of the Administrator were abolished and their functions were thereafter administered under the supervision of the Secretary of the Treasury through the Bureau of Internal Revenue in the Department of the Treasury. On July 9, 1953, the Secretary of the Treasury, G. K. Humphrey, created the Internal Revenue Service with the stroke of a pen, by issuing Treasury Order 150-06, without the approval of Congress.

On June 6, 1972, Acting Secretary of the Treasury, Charles E. Walker signed Treasury Order Number 120-01, which established the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, pursuant to his authority conferred under Reorganization Plan No. 26 of 1950. This was also done without the authority of Congress.

Based upon all of the foregoing citations, it is obvious that all Revenue Agents and Officers work as employees of the Department of the Treasury of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

The  Internal Revenue Service does not have any jurisdiction or authority over a Sovereign Citizen of Florida, a Republic, or any other state or commonwealth,  to enforce the inapplicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, with which the IRS  may contend that you  are required to comply. The “Internal Revenue Service”  has no legal jurisdiction in Florida or any of the other forty-nine (49) States. Everything  the Internal Revenue Service does, assumes a self-appointed, self-serving authority and pseudo jurisdiction, under color of law, to conduct an administrative proceeding against anyone. The IRS is perpetrating the greatest income tax fraud on the Citizens that this country has ever seen.

For those who have ears, let them hear two translations of the same words of the Lord God:

    Woe to those who drag iniquitywith the cords of falsehood,and sin as if with cart rope;

    Woe to those who call evil good,and good evil;

    Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness;

Who substitute bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and clever in their own sight!

Who justify the wicked for a bribe and take away the rights of the ones who are in the right!

18 Woe to those who draw crookedness with cords of falsehood, and sin as with wagon ropes,

19 who are saying, “Let Him hurry! Let Him hasten His work, so that we see it And let the counsel of the Set-apart One of Yisra’e1 draw near and come, so that we know.”

20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil; who put darkness for light and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and clever in their own sight!

22 Woe to the mighty to drink wine, and brave men to mix strong drink,

23 who declare right the wrong for a bribe, and the righteousness of the righteous they turn aside from him!

Notice & Warning To All Utility Companies

    wtop_logo_MEDNOTICE & WARNING TO:

    EVERY/ALL UTILITY COMPANIES

FOR EMBEZZLEMENT , THEFT BY DECEPTION & EXTORTION

    FAILING TO DISCHARGE ALL DEBTS

    PURSUANT TO

    73RD CONGRESS. SESS 1. CHS. 48 49. JUNE 5, 6,1933 HJR 192

    HR 1491 PUBLIC LAW 1 48 STAT 1

    PUBLIC LAW 10 CHAPTER 48 STAT 112

    PUBLIC LAW 73-10 40 STAT 411

TRADING WITH THE ENEMY ACT (TWEA) OCT 6, 1917

    but not limited to:

Since House Joint Resolution 192 (HJR 192) (Public law 7310) was passed in 1933 we have only had debt, because all property and gold was seized by the government as collateral in the bankruptcy of the United States.

In 1863 the first Bank Act was passed. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (or OCC) is a US federal agency established by the National Currency Act of 1863 and serves to charter, regulate, and supervise all national banks and the federal branches and agencies of foreign banks in the United States.

The OCC was created by Abraham Lincoln to fund the American Civil War but was later transformed into a regulatory agency to instill confidence in the National Banking system and protect consumers from misleading business practices.

The Lieber Code, or General Order 100 was also created by Abraham Lincoln in 1863.

The National Bank Act (ch. 58, 12 Stat. 665, February 25, 1863) was a United States federal law that established a system of national charters for banks, the United States national banks. It encouraged development of a national currency based on bank holdings of U.S. Treasury securities, the so-called National Bank Notes. It also established the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) as part of the Department of the Treasury. This was to establish a national security holding body for the existence of the monetary policy of the state. The Act, together with Abraham Lincoln’s issuance of “greenbacks”, raised money for the federal government in the American Civil War by enticing banks to buy federal bonds and taxing state bank issued currency out of existence. The law proved defective and was replaced by the National Bank Act of 1864. The money was used to fund the Union army in the fight against the Confederacy. This authorized the OCC to examine and regulate nationally-chartered banks.

The above only partially begins to include the historical records and other Acts of Congress that proves the US bankruptcy of 1933 and that there is no money, only credit that the American people are the Creditors.

All utilities companies knowingly have been sending their (customers) dividends but, in fact, making each recipient believe that dividend was an invoice for services provided by the utilities companies.

The Utilities Companies have mailed through the US Mail an intentional misrepresentation of facts, unfair business practices and each utility company and agents thereof have knowingly with forethought and malice created a fraudulent debt, defrauding the Creditor, that is the recipient of said dividends, that the utilities companies lead the recipient to believe through deception is an invoice.

The utilities companies in turn then extract through extortionate measures payment from the customers instead of the utilities companies informing those same recipients that this dividend is in actuality payment to the recipient as a charged off debt pursuant to the incorporated in entirety documented evidence provided herein.

Every/all utilities companies have thus created a convertible and fraudulent debt.

Every/all utilities companies have failed to pay off any of the public debt but rather unlawfully redirected ill-gotten gains into private corporate accounts through embezzlement, theft by deception, fraudulent conversion, and in violation to each all incorporated in entirety laws established through and as a result of the US Bankruptcy of 1933, wherein there is no money, only “bank Notes” which are but only a promise to pay.

Thus all debts are to be discharged as agreed, but the utilities companies (and banks) through their greed have not discharged any debt, fraudulently making the utility customer deeper in debt by utilities companies use of “Bank Notes” or “promissory Notes” that the utilities companies add to the public debt side of the books rather than discharging the debts as stipulated in Public Laws, House Resolutions, and House Joint Resolutions.

Additionally, the alleged invoices sent to every recipient is a dividend an/or a coupon to the recipient. The utilities companies all know this to be a fact.

The Comptroller of The Currency also knows all of the above to be irrefutable facts, but is acting as a money launderingagency by/for/through/ the privately owned Federal Reserve, in Houston Texas, et al.

The Comptroller of the Currency at County, State, and Federal level all know the incorporated documents and testimony to be true, but have yet to discharge any of the public debt, therefore have misappropriated funds through embezzlement, theft by deception, obtaining money through false pretenses, extortion and other predicate acts since the date of Comptroller of the Currency inception of 1863.

All utility companies, which are private for profit corporations, regardless of location, are knowingly participating in the fraud and ponzi scheme with the intent to fraudulently convert this and every other country’s wealth into private industry accounts by fraudulent conveyance, embezzlement, theft by deception, creating fraudulent debts, ponzi scheme and fraud through the US Mail, just for starters.

Every judge and every attorney in America, especially those who hold positions with several direct connections into the utilities companies bank accounts and acting as attorneys for the banks, most presumably in all other countries as well, since they all get their instructions from England the same place that all the banks get their instructions through the Comptroller of The Currency headquarters in London England, each knowing the above and incorporated to be true, since they are well versed on the US Bankruptcy of 1933 and that America still remains to date in a state of Emergency and operates under English Law, though that also is supposed to be a well kept secret.

This means there “IS NO MONEY.” It further means that since there is no money American’s signatures are used as the credit to run this country. That in turn means that it is the American people whom are the Creditors not the Debtors, as the banks and utilities companies would like everyone to believe.

The utilities companies have been operating with this knowledge with intent, forethought and malice to commit the crimes mentioned herein but not limited to.

Due to the facts incorporated herein in entirety, all debts are to be charged off, including but not limited to every alleged utilities invoice, which each/all have actually been a dividend, for which every utilities company embezzled payment through fraud, using extortion and other threats to discontinue service if “Payment is not made.”

These alleged invoices were dividends that every utilities company using deceptive business practice lead the public to believe were debts owed, when it is a fact that it is the utilities companies who owe the American public all those fraudulently received ill gotten gains plus the interest, stocks, bonds and other proceeds derived therefrom.

All utilities companies are now put on notice that all debts are to be charged off pursuant to the stipulated and incorporated herein Acts et al.

Now I know this Notice applies to the UNITED STATES and all Utility Corporations operating within the US, but you will notice that in paragraph 17 set out below:

It is important that we all as citizens of our nation educate ourselves of our God giving rights. The declaration of Independence is a sacred document giving to our Founding Fathers for us to keep not only in our homes but also under our pillows, this document is full of electrifying energy that would empower us to live our lives assured of our own power within. This document is vital that we read to our children at home, and in schools. It is also vital that we keep the Article of Confederacy, and the Magna Carta, to name just a few.

The time has come for us to do our own homework, and stop keeping ourselves entertained watching television, jumping around in a couch to that football game, and whatever nonsense television show is on. We need to take our country back from the tyranny before we do not have a country for our children, enough is enough of the ignorance, because whether you believe it or not, there are millions of doors open right now in front of you and because of your illusion you are not seeing it.

Rebuilding our nation is everyone responsibility, get involve now!
