FOR many years we the people have seen, and experienced personally the hideous crimes committed to our people by the Broward County police, such as kidnapping of our children, extortion, meaning at gun point taking our people from their homes [ mortgage fraud], jailing for profit, and racketeering galore everywhere we turn.

Broward County is ONE of the most corrupted counties in our nation, in fact it is represented: run by Jews that are NOT, or Talmudic demons if you will that have double citizenships as that from ISRAEL, and the UNITED STATES. Broward County is their safe heaven, or basically the entire State of Florida, and our people are their toys to do with us whatever they wish.

Scott Israel do not work for the people, in fact he works, and along with his police force for the Jewish mafia, as we call it. Everyone in Broward County is target, and even spied on by these criminals that have taking our county, and our people as their possessions.

Their jails for profit must be in full capacities or their police agents do not get their pay check on time. Some of us have been in jail for the simple reason of standing in front of a store smoking a cigarette. To be more specific, we can tell you that the people that are in jails are average people that called the police for help, thinking that they would assist, and instead they were the ones being arrested. For example, our neighbor was arrested when she called the police when locking herself outside of her home when her baby was only four weeks old. She panicked, and made the mistake of calling the police. She could not believe the injustice… Her family ended breaking the door, and taking the baby with them; and she expend four month in jail!

Another young mother was arrested when she was coming out of the hospital with her newborn baby due that she was being confuse with a suspect; she was in jail for a month.

In another occasion, a young couple was arrested because they suspected they were in black market fraud, and their three weeks’ baby was taking away from them by the police immediately. They expend six months in jail, and after a fear battle they got their baby back that was in a foster home!

Most of the people in jail as well are younger people: students being arrested by the simple reason of being sitting at the bus station waiting for a bus, or for not walking fast enough when crossing the streets! In another occasion a young adult was taking from her home by supposedly federal marshals in her pajamas, and after only one day that she had mayor surgery! She was in jail for two weeks, and almost died in jail. Her crime? Contempt of court. The facts are that she filed all documentations for her never to be liable to appears in front of their corporal judge/court, where they do not have jurisdiction over her. They ignored all her fillings… She committed no crimes.

We have witnessed the Broward county police take seniors citizens out in wheel chairs from their homes, and leaving them on the streets because they could not pay their mortgages or because whatever documentations they filed at court was not recognized! Meanwhile an entity such as an LLC: bank: or building association whether public or private was already writing a contract to sell their homes that they have lived for decades! Homes that are abandoned by the people because they could not afford the mortgage, nor do they could afford going to jail, are taking by the County, meaning the police at once, or is being protected by them so their buddies such as a corporation, bank, or association: real state agents can come and sell it. No ordinary people are allowed to enter these properties, nor can they have the water turn on! For fact the utilities companies are part and parcel for the racketeering… Building associations, and or associations are imbedded with the BAR, the corporal court, and the police. Oh, and do we bring to your attention that even a public notary is imbedded with the police for stealing private property/territory.

We have this woman that for the last three years, and for every month she was filing documentations for stopping the closing of her apartment, as no one at court honored her filings. More than a dozen law firm, or should we say attorneys were hire by this condominium/private association just to have her taking out from the building. The board from the building was doing the racketeering, in fact, they even created a false claim saying that she owes money to the STATE. She never received any documentation for such claim, and she challenge the board to show the evidence. Long and behold she went one month without responding to no more court garbage because she was ultimately without a penny, and the next thing she knows is that they have sold her property. They broke a contract when selling her property, and more stunning is that they did not even use the name of the entities the property was under. They did the transaction under her name, that for a fact was not the name the property was under! All this is on records worldwide. Like this case are millions filed each day at court, as our people are losing their homes daily in mass quantity. However what it is more disgusting is that the Broward County public records office is accomplice with these criminals, they knowingly and intentionally violate all that anyone had ever recorded. ALL public recording offices are a scam, and Broward County public records office is not an exception.

The point we are making aware is that the court/judges, or judge Joel Lazarus that is a top caliber criminal in Broward County, did not care about the defendant, even with all the documents sent to him. Like Lazarus there many within Broward County “Closing” department, and the entire corporal court system. Further, the County Clerk, Brenda Forman, is the wife of ex county clerk Howard Forman, a Jew that has been in the business of harming our people from generation to generations. All working in unison with the CIA: FBI: police: Banks: IRS: the BAR, and all politicians, inclusive of governor Rick Scott that is a top demon involve in human trafficking, = Pedogate, = Disney connection; and knowingly, and along with his wife involve in the destruction of our natural resources in the State of Florida by spraying poison substance/insecticides [ Zeta mosquitos], of which his wife is the main stock holder of an insecticides company.

We also will like to make notice that the food they serve in jail is rotten, unhealthy shit that we would not feed a dog with. Further, inmate do not get any sleep, and the staff are cunning, psychopath, and sexual predators that enjoy making the lives of each inmate impossible. They are also subjects to force vaccinations: medications, and X rays, or else they would send them to a higher, more dangerous jail.

HAVE you seen the Broward County Sheriff’s Bus carrying our people as prisoners on the streets today from jail to jail? What is human trafficking? What is a prostitution ring: a drug trafficking enterprise? What is murder for hire by Scott Israel and his police team?

They are for [fact Talmudic demons] in human form that love harming the creation, and sadly destroying our children any ways always, which come to a fact, the shooting at Parkland high school is not a coincidence. Cease and Desist harming  OUR CHILDREN: Cease and desist using OUR PEOPLE: our children  AS PATSY FOR YOUR terrorists enterprise agenda.

Subjugation, subordination, infringements, violation, invasion, diminishing, willful identity theft, and last but not least is TREASON [that is related with ones national-personal trust account: funds: money, and that is the highest of crime ever being committed, and universally punishable with death], are just a few for their human abuses, and harming our vital resources.

And do not let us get started with New York city, where all politicians are top criminals in the foreclosure scam, and where millions of people are thrown on the street each day, in fact those corporal judges are the gods, and along with referees: the police; and for example entity like David Ira Weprin, a referee/attorney that take pride doing racketeering all throughout the State of New York. A Jew that along with the BAR: CIA: FBI have no regards for the American people, or the law.

WE THE PEOPLE want these criminals taking down, the police dismantle, and all corporal court system shutdown.  We the people govern ourselves, and the earth is for everyone, and unless anyone have had a mutual contract with someone, no one, but no one has the authority, and under arbitrary circumstances take the property of anyone in this country. Further, disguising as government for the people is a highest crime.

When McKinney, TX police officer David Eric Casebolt brutally took down a teenage girl at a pool party in June, he was using a form of martial arts called Krav Maga in which he trained exclusively. These combat techniques were developed by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

This is a small reflection of a larger reality that exists in U.S. law enforcement, one that helps explain the brutality and militarization that now characterizes so many police forces.  Since 9/11, cops have been traveling abroad to learn from one of the most repressive and dangerous State forces in the world today—the Israeli military and intelligence apparatus.

“As for the increase in police brutality within the United States, I think this definitely can be pointed towards the Israeli training that the Department of Homeland Security is giving all of American police officers.

Some police officers are actually being flown to Israel for the training, not all of them but some, and then those that are flown to Israel, they come back home and they train the head officers in the training that they’ve gotten in Israel.

All these incidents, it is not just happening to African Americans. Police are literally being brutal with all Americans.”

At least 300 high-ranking U.S. sheriffs and police from all over the country, as well as FBI and US Customs and Border Protection agents, have traveled to Israel to learn first-hand the most efficient means of subduing populations.  The purported reason is counterterrorism, but protests and crowd control methods are commonly discussed.

Police are not learning from the Israeli criminal law sector that deals with Jewish residents.  U.S. police are learning from Israel’s military justice system, which controls Palestinians through paramilitary and counterinsurgency tactics.  Residents of Gaza and the West Bank live in what is essentially a giant prison camp, where oppression and brutality from the IDF is a way of life.  The use of excessive or deadly force for crowd control is rarely questioned.

Three organizations are responsible for sending U.S. cops to Israel for training—the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), the American Jewish Committee’s Project Interchange and the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs.  The ADL insulted victims of police brutality last month when it honored the St. Louis Police Department (SLPD) just days ahead of the anniversary of Michael Brown’s killing.  The SLPD was the first department to enroll in ADL’s training program.

The St. Louis Chapter of Jewish Voices for Peace issued a scathing statement in response: “We have cringed as the ADL positions itself locally as a champion of racial profiling legislation while sending US police – including former St. Louis County Police Chief Tim Fitch – to train on population control in Israel, an apartheid police state with more than 60 years of sophisticated expertise in racial profiling, mass incarceration, settler colonialism, and ethnic cleansing targeting the non-Jewish indigenous Palestinian people.”

This occupation-style policing has made its way to U.S. cities and towns and has become standard operating procedure at any protest of government.  Also, the very same equipment used by Israeli military for crowd control—tear gas grenades, triple chaser gas canisters, and stun grenades—were used at demonstrations in Ferguson, Oakland and Anaheim.  The LRAD (long-range acoustic device) was also used by both Ferguson police and Israeli military forces.

Rashid Khalidi, the Edward Said professor of modern Arab studies at Columbia University, notes how militarized U.S. police reflect the training that is received in Israel and spread throughout the ranks.

“If American police and sheriffs consider they’re in occupation of neighborhoods like Ferguson and East Harlem, this training is extremely appropriate – they’re learning how to suppress a people, deny their rights and use force to hold down a subject population.”

To complement this Israeli military training that ramped up in the mid-2000s, the Pentagon and Homeland Security started the 1033 program which funneled billions of dollars of military-grade equipment to local law enforcement.  MRAPS and military weapons have become all too familiar on American streets.

What order-following, state-sanctioned thug is going to refuse the most advanced tactics and tool of repression?

Shakeel Syed, executive director of the Islamic Shura Council of Southern California, described how U.S. police tactics are “a near replica” of Israeli military crowd control tactics.

“Whether it is in Ferguson or L.A., we see a similar response all the time in the form of a disproportionate number of combat-ready police with military gear who are ready to use tear gas at short notice. Whenever you find 50 people at a demonstration, there is always a SWAT team in sight or right around the corner.”

This increasingly common scenario is indicative of law enforcement that views the populace as the enemy.  Peaceful protests of unjust government practices are fundamental to the progression of society.  Police with militarized tactics and gear are the progenitors of violence.

Jimmy Johnson of the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions explains how the training of U.S. law enforcement by Israeli military represents a grave threat to the idea of democracy.

“Israeli methods are sought out and adopted for their perceived quality, largely led by the government’s marketing of them. But the relationships established between agencies of order, whether they be drug enforcement, civil policing, customs officials, tactical police units or any other, are done entirely outside the democratic realm…This is the danger of agencies of authority going through processes of professionalization and integration with their foreign counterparts. It’s often a strictly technocratic regime that can affect the public greatly but is done without its active knowledge or participation.”

If we are to end the militarization of U.S. law enforcement, one of the most important parts of that will be stopping the training of police by the Israeli military and intelligence apparatus.  We do not want their methods of repression and brutality replicated here.

SO much is going on with a short memo that has been released to the public in which members of the intelligence community was breaking all the rules of law. However, this is not the real Memo the American people are waiting for, although this short memo is for a fact reveling none the less. Some people are really in trouble….

The real memo is a 1.2 million pages held as evidence for all the crimes ever known committed to humanity by Federal employees, the BAR, FBI, CIA, UN, the banks, and starting from the local corporal agents as the police to the highest as politicians [ senators: worldwide dignitaries: CEOS: religious church associates, “no exception,” etc. ].

Here is the full text of Rep. Devin Nunes’ four-page memo, released Friday

Purpose

This memorandum provides Members an update on significant facts relating to the Committee’s ongoing investigation into the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and their use of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) during the 2016 presidential cycle. Our findings, which are detailed below, 1) raise concerns with the legitimacy and legality of certain DOJ and FBI interactions with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), and 2) represent a troubling breakdown of legal processes established to protect the American people from abuses related to the FISA process.

Investigation Update

On October 21, 2016, DOJ and FBI sought and received a FISA probable cause order (not under Title VII) authorizing electronic surveillance on Carter Page from the FISC. Page is a U.S. Citizen who served as a volunteer advisor to the Trump presidential campaign. Consistent with requirements under FISA, the application had to be first certified by the Director or Deputy Director of the FBI. It then required the approval of the Attorney General, Deputy Attorney General (DAG), or the Senate-confirmed Assistant Attorney General for the National Security Division.

The FBI and DOJ obtained one initial FISA warrant targeting Carter Page and three FISA renewals from the FISC. As required by statute (50 U.S.C. §1805(d)(1)), a FISA order on an American citizen must be renewed by the FISC every 90 days and each renewal requires a separate finding of probable cause. Then-Director James Comey signed three FISA applications in question on behalf of the FBI, and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed one. Then-DAG Sally Yates, then-Acting DAG Dana Boente, and DAG Rod Rosenstein each signed one or more FISA applications on behalf of DOJ.

Due to the sensitive nature of foreign intelligence activity, FISA submissions (including renewals) before the FISC are classified. As such, the public’s confidence in the integrity of the FISA process depends on the court’s ability to hold the government to the highest standard — particularly as it relates to surveillance of American citizens. However, the FISC’s rigor in protecting the rights of Americans, which is reinforced by 90-day renewals of surveillance orders, is necessarily dependent on the government’s production to the court of all material and relevant facts. This should include information potentially favorable to the target of the FISA application that is known by the government. In the case of Carter Page, the government had at least four independent opportunities before the FISC to accurately provide an accounting of the relevant facts. However, our findings indicate that, as described below, material and relevant information was omitted.

1) The “dossier” compiled by Christopher Steele (Steele dossier) on behalf of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Hillary Clinton campaign formed an essential part of the Carter Page FISA application. Steele was a longtime FBI source who was paid over $160,000 by the DNC and Clinton campaign, via the law firm Perkins Coie and research firm Fusion GPS, to obtain derogatory information on Donald Trump’s ties to Russia.

a) Neither the initial application in October 2016, nor any of the renewals, disclose or reference the role of the DNC, Clinton campaign, or any party/campaign in funding Steele’s efforts, even though the political origins of the Steele dossier were then known to senior DOJ and FBI officials.

b) The initial FISA application notes Steel was working for a named U.S. person, but does not name Fusion GPS and principal Glenn Simpson, who was paid by a U.S. law firm (Perkins Coie) representing the DNC (even though it was known by the DOJ at the time that political actors were involved with the Steele dossier.) The application does not mention Steele was ultimately working on behalf of — and paid by — the DNC and Clinton campaign, or that the FBI had separately authorized payment to Steele for the same information.

2) The Carter Page FISA application also cited extensively a September 23, 2016, Yahoo News article by Michael Isikoff, which focuses on Pages’ July 2016 trip to Moscow. This article does not corroborate the Steele dossier because it is derived from information leaked by Steele himself to Yahoo News. The Page FISA application incorrectly assesses that Steele did not directly provide information to Yahoo News. Steele has admitted in British court filings that he met with Yahoo News — and several other outlets — in September 2016 at the direction of Fusion GPS. Perkins Coie was aware of Steele’s initial media contacts because they hosted at least one meeting in Washington D.C. in 2016 with Steel and Fusion GPS where this matter was discussed.

a) Steele was suspended and then terminated as an FBI source for what the FBI defines as the most serious of violations — an unauthorized disclosure to the media of his relationship with the FBI in an October 30, 2016, Mother Jones article by David Corn. Steele should have been terminated for his previous undisclosed contacts with Yahoo and other outlets in September — before the Page application was submitted to the FISC in October — but Steele improperly concealed from and lied to the FBI about those contacts.

b) Steele’s numerous encounters with the media violated the cardinal rule of source handling — maintaining confidentiality — and demonstrated that Steele had become a less than reliable source for the FBI.

3) Before and after Steele was terminated as a source, he maintained contact with DOJ via then-Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr, a senior DOJ official who worked closely with Deputy Attorneys General Yates and later Rosenstein. Shortly after the election, the FBI began interviewing Ohr, documenting his communications with Steele. For example, in September 2016, Steele admitted to Ohr his feelings against then-candidate Trump when Steele said he “was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president.” This clear evidence of Steele’s bias was recorded by Ohr at the time and subsequently in official FBI files — but not reflected in any of the Page FISA applications.

a) During this same time period, Ohr’s wife was employed by Fusion GPS to assist in the cultivation of opposition research on Trump. Ohr later provided the FBI with all of his wife’s opposition research, paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign via Fusion GPS. The Ohrs’ relationship with Steele and Fusion GPS was inexplicable concealed from the FISC.

4) According to the head of the FBI’s counterintelligence division, Assistant Director Bill Priestap, corroboration of the Steele dossier was in its “infancy” at the time of the initial Page FISA application. After Steele was terminated, a source validation report conducted by an independent unit within FBI assessed Steele’s reporting as only minimally corroborated. Yet, in early January 2017, Director Comey briefed President-elect Trump on a summary of the Steele dossier, even though it was — according to his June 2017 testimony — “salacious and unverified.” While the FISA application relied on Steele’s past record of credible reporting on other unrelated matters, it ignored or concealed his anti-Trump financial and ideological motivations. Furthermore, Deputy Director McCabe testified before the Committee in December 2017 that no surveillance warrant would have been sought from the FISC without the Steele dossier information.

5) The Page FISA application also mentions information regarding fellow Trump campaign advisor George Papadopoulos, but there is no evidence of any cooperation or conspiracy between Page and Papadopoulos. The Papadopoulos information triggered the opening of an FBI counterintelligence investigation in late July 2016 by FBI agent Pete Strzok. Strzok was reassigned by the Special Counsel’s Office to FBI Human Resources for improper text messages with his mistress, FBI Attorney Lisa Page (no known relation to Carter Page), where they both demonstrated a clear bias against Trump and in favor of Clinton, whom Strzok had also investigated. The Strzok/Lisa Page texts also reflect extensive discussions about the investigation, orchestrating leaks to the media, and include a meeting with Deputy Director McCabe to discuss an “insurance” policy against President Trump’s election.     END.

President Donald J. Trump Protects America Through Lawful Detention of Terrorists

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1.  Findings.  (a)  Consistent with long-standing law of war principles and applicable law, the United States may detain certain persons captured in connection with an armed conflict for the duration of the conflict.

(b)  Following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) and other authorities authorized the United States to detain certain persons who were a part of or substantially supported al-Qa’ida, the Taliban, or associated forces engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners.  Today, the United States remains engaged in an armed conflict with al‑Qa’ida, the Taliban, and associated forces, including with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.

(c)  The detention operations at the U.S. Naval Station Guantánamo Bay are legal, safe, humane, and conducted consistent with United States and international law.

(d)  Those operations are continuing given that a number of the remaining individuals at the detention facility are being prosecuted in military commissions, while others must be detained to protect against continuing, significant threats to the security of the United States, as determined by periodic reviews.

(e)  Given that some of the current detainee population represent the most difficult and dangerous cases from among those historically detained at the facility, there is significant reason for concern regarding their reengagement in hostilities should they have the opportunity.

Sec. 2.  Status of Detention Facilities at U.S. Naval Station Guantánamo Bay.  (a)  Section 3 of Executive Order 13492 of January 22, 2009 (Review and Disposition of Individuals Detained at the Guantánamo Bay Naval Base and Closure of Detention Facilities), ordering the closure of detention facilities at U.S. Naval Station Guantánamo Bay, is hereby revoked.

(b)  Detention operations at U.S. Naval Station Guantánamo Bay shall continue to be conducted consistent with all applicable United States and international law, including the Detainee Treatment Act of 2005.

(c)  In addition, the United States may transport additional detainees to U.S. Naval Station Guantánamo Bay when lawful and necessary to protect the Nation.

(d)  Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Defense shall, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Director of National Intelligence, and the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies as determined by the Secretary of Defense, recommend policies to the President regarding the disposition of individuals captured in connection with an armed conflict, including policies governing transfer of individuals to U.S. Naval Station Guantánamo Bay.

(e)  Unless charged in or subject to a judgment of conviction by a military commission, any detainees transferred to U.S. Naval Station Guantánamo Bay after the date of this order shall be subject to the procedures for periodic review established in Executive Order 13567 of March 7, 2011 (Periodic Review of Individuals Detained at Guantánamo Bay Naval Station Pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force), to determine whether continued law of war detention is necessary to protect against a significant threat to the security of the United States.

Sec. 3.  Rules of Construction.  (a)  Nothing in this order shall prevent the Secretary of Defense from transferring any individual away from the U.S. Naval Station Guantánamo Bay when appropriate, including to effectuate an order affecting the disposition of that individual issued by a court or competent tribunal of the United States having lawful jurisdiction.

(b)  Nothing in this order shall be construed to affect existing law or authorities relating to the detention of United States citizens, lawful permanent residents of the United States, or any persons who are captured or arrested in the United States.

(c)  Nothing in this order shall prevent the Attorney General from, as appropriate, investigating, detaining, and prosecuting a terrorist subject to the criminal laws and jurisdiction of the United States.

Sec. 4.  General Provisions.  (a)  Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i)   the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or

(ii)  the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(b)  This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(c)  This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

• The President has signed an executive order on “Protecting America Through Lawful Detention Of Terrorists.”
• The Executive Order accomplishes the following:
• Revokes the section of the previous administration’s Executive Order ordering the closing of the detention facilities at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (GTMO);
• Affirms that the United States maintains the option to detain additional enemy combatants at GTMO when necessary;
• Requires the Secretary of Defense to recommend criteria to the President for determining disposition outcomes of individuals the United States captures in connection with armed conflict, including criteria for transfer to GTMO; and
• Highlights that the existing periodic review process would be used to determine whether continued detention is necessary for any future GTMO detainees.

KEEPING AMERICA PREPARED: President Trump understands the threats that still face the U.S. and pose a threat to its citizens.

• Today, the United States remains engaged in an armed conflict with al-Qa’ida, the Taliban, and associated forces, including with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
• The President maintains authority to detain certain persons as part of his Constitutional powers as Commander in Chief and Chief Executive and those provided by the Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) of September 18, 2001.
• The AUMF authorizes the United States to detain certain persons who are part of or provide substantial support to al-Qa’ida, the Taliban, or associated forces engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners.
• Decisions regarding the disposition of captured terrorists will be made on a case-by-case basis, taking into account legal requirements and the facts of each case.
• The Executive Order would preserve military detention as a counterterrorism tool by maintaining the detention facilities at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (GTMO), Cuba, and stating unequivocally that the United States reserves the right to detain terrorists under the law of armed conflict.

KEEPING THE THREAT AT BAY: The President’s new action is vital to preserving the tools and capabilities necessary to end the terror threat.

• The Executive Order preserves a vital tool to protect the United States and its citizens from continuing significant threats.
• The detention of enemies captured in an armed conflict is a lawful and necessary tool of warfighting that must continue to be available to the United States.
• More than one hundred detainees released from the Guantanamo Bay facilities have reengaged in combat, and some have killed Coalition and American citizens.

This picture above is despicable. This picture is the downfall of our humanity, because if we do not protect our children, we have failed as a humanity: as a society. The former corporal system: judges, the BAR, and the local corporal sheriffs: their corporal police are to blame for these atrocities, locally, and everywhere within our country. Every town can see everyday the Local SHERIFF buses carrying our children and our people from jail to jail, town to town without any remorse, and as if we, the people are nothing more than a tool for making money, AKA jailing for profit, which this is what we have been all along for them [the facts]. These are the atrocities of the demons jews in human form that look at us “the people as their slaves,” and them as our superiors due, and according to them for their intellectual superiority.

FOR they are not with any superior authority, they simply are criminals of high caliber that have gotten away with these atrocities for much too long against our people; and they need be destroy: taking from the face of our humanity: our society: our planet.

We the people command the clean up: taking down these criminals before the extinction of our humanity that knowingly, and intentionally is being destroy by them.

A Pennsylvania judge was sentenced to 28 years in prison for selling “kids-for-cash.”

The bribery scandal made headlines when Former Luzerne County Judge Mark Ciavarella Jr. was alleged to have taken $1 million in bribes from juvenile detention centers to fill their cells with children who came before him in court.

The Associated Press says the following:

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court tossed about 4,000 convictions issued by Ciavarella between 2003 and 2008, saying he violated the constitutional rights of the juveniles, including the right to legal counsel and the right to intelligently enter a plea.

Ciavarella, 61, was tried and convicted of racketeering charges earlier this year. His attorneys had asked for a “reasonable” sentence in court papers, saying, in effect, that he’s already been punished enough.

“The media attention to this matter has exceeded coverage given to many and almost all capital murders, and despite protestation, he will forever be unjustly branded as the ‘Kids for Cash’ judge,” their sentencing memo said.

The Times Leader reports that the court house in Scranton was overflowing as over a dozen people who had been essentially “sold” to prisons by the judge turned out to exchange horror stories.

Jeff Pollins’ stepson was convicted by Ciavarella. He turned out to eagerly awaiting the judge’s sentencing.

“These kids are still affected by it. It’s like post traumatic stress disorder,” Pollins said to the Times Leader. “Our life is ruined. It’s never going to be the same… I’d like to see that happen to him,” he added.

Now that Ciaverella has been locked up, that solves one problem but raises an important question that few are asking: Was this an isolated incident or are there more just like him who have made similar deals with prisons across the United States?

The fact that this sort of bribery would even be proposed to the judge suggests that this is a much broader problem, and this one incident was just the tip of the proverbial iceberg.
