Officials at the Pentagon have compiled hundreds of cases of misconduct against top leaders in the armed forces and civilian services, according to a Tuesday report by USA Today.

The misconduct cases include several sex scandals and instances of ethical lapses.

Instances investigated by officials include a top general who lived rent-free at the home of a U.S. defense contractor after the general’s affair fell apart, and another who sent lewd Facebook messages to the wife of an enlisted soldier under his command.

The misconduct, according to the report, spreads to all branches of the military and goes back months. One investigation in February ended with a retired Air Force general being docked two stars after it was found that he coerced a junior officer into having sexual relations. Another former major general in the Army was found to have been involved in an 11-year affair that led him to “sex clubs” around the country.

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), a top critic of how the military handles sexual assault and other misconduct, reacted to the news Tuesday in a statement.

“This is another example of top (Pentagon) officials refusing to demand accountability and sweeping major ethical problems from commanders under the rug to the detriment of the men and women who serve admirably under them,” Gillibrand told USA Today.

A spokeswoman for the Pentagon said that Defense Secretary James Mattis takes allegations of misconduct “seriously.”

“Officer misconduct has and will always be taken seriously by Secretary Mattis and our senior officers who are expected to serve as exemplary leaders within the armed forces,” Pentagon spokeswoman Laura Ochoa said.

Former Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel, who served under President Obama, criticized the Pentagon for shuttering an office created to investigate misconduct by senior officials in 2016.

“If I would have stayed as secretary of Defense, we would not have shut that office down as soon as it was shut down,” he told USA Today.

“You also have to get your arms around the depth, the width, the scope,” he added. “Is this just the matter of a few individuals getting in trouble? Is it wider, is it deeper?”

A distressing new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that during the late evening hours of 14 October, an FBI convoy carrying what was believed to be a critical “Pyramid Sacrifice” massacre witness was attacked near Las Vegas leaving, at least, 3 dead—and that SVR intelligence analysts are linking to a mysterious “bombshell” information release expected from Wikileaks sometime today.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, at 08:58 GMT+3 on 15 October (10:58 p.m. local Las Vegas time on 14 October), SVR electronic surveillance analysts reported a sudden massive increase in FBI encrypted radio communications originating from Henderson, Nevada (a city located about 26 kilometers [16 miles] from Las Vegas), and with immediately thereafter at least 37 local police, ambulance and fire forces vehicles being dispatched to the intersection of Stephanie Street and Russell Road, and who initiated a half-mile blockade of this area letting no one either in or out of.

“Three people were killed in a car crash in Henderson on Saturday night.

In a statement, Henderson police said they responded with city firefighters at about 11 p.m. to the two-vehicle crash near the intersection of Stephanie Street and Russell Road.

A person driving a 2005 Jeep Liberty eastbound on Russell drove over a raised median and crashed into a Dodge pickup in oncoming traffic lanes.

The Jeep rolled over onto its roof and caught fire. Both the driver and passenger of the Jeep died at the scene. The pickup’s driver was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, where he died.

The road was closed for about six hours as investigators worked the scene. It is unclear whether impairment was a factor.”

In attempting to discover the true events behind this “incident”, this report details, SVR intelligence analysts began accessing Kosmos-2410 satellite photographs taken of this area—which confirmed numerous vehicles had been set ablaze, but that further mysteriously revealed that the greatest concentration of FBI and local police officials were not at the “accident” scene itself, but a large self storage facility located about 100 meters away called U-Haul Moving & Storage at Russell Rd.

These Kosmos-2410 satellite photographs, also, this report continues, documented another large FBI presence during this time at another location in Henderson 16 kilometers (10 miles) away from the “accident” scene, and identified as being 10001 South Eastern Avenue—which is the medical office location of CIA gun runner Stephen Paddock’s private physician previously identified as being Dr. Steven Winkler—and whom some SVR intelligence analysts believe was in a FBI convoy to the U-Haul storage unit when they were attacked, and that they say was filled with weapons, drugs and ammunition.

As the medical office location of Dr. Steven Winkler is, also, the location of the Emergency Room facility of the Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican Hospital, this report notes other SVR intelligence analysts believing, the large FBI presence there could be explained was due to the casualties of this “accident/attack” having been taken there—but that past actions taken by the CIA to cover-up their 70-years of organized crime prove that the most normal explanation may not come anywhere near to what the truth actually is.

Joining Chad Nishimura in the missing column of witnesses being eliminated by the CIA, this report further states, is a supposed MGM Mandalay Bay Hotel security guard named Jesus Campos—who was first reported as being wounded by CIA gun runner Stephen Paddock—but whom the SVR quickly discovered was not registered as a security guard in the State of Nevada, and had all of his employee information scrubbed from the MGM internal base—immediately after which Campos disappearedwhile armed guards were placed around his home—and with the only public acknowledgement of this disappearance being made by a supposed union representative who stated, without offering any proof, that Campos had checked into a “quick clinic”—and who, also, said: “It’s highly unusual. I am writing to you today to express my religious organizations displeasure at your publishing an extremely distorted article about us that violates one of the most basic tenets of journalism ethics set forth by the Society of Professional Journalists that says: “Diligently seek subjects of news coverage to allow them to respond to criticism or allegations of wrongdoing.” 

 Your blatant failure to abide by this most basic tenet of journalist ethics is evidenced in your 11 October 2017 article titled “There’s No Las Vegas Link To Fairport Murder-Suicide” wherein you stated about our report titled “Las Vegas Massacre Witness Kills Self And Daughter After FBI Raid—As Missing Piglets Search Continues” that we used “shoddy and fictitious sourcing” to employ “half-truths and bewildering leaps of logic” that you claim “are trademarks of [our] reporting”—but that you didn’t afford us the opportunity to respond to in any way whatsoever prior to your publishing it.

 Even worse, in your article you further state that websites like our are “known to publish schlock and sensational disinformation for the purpose of profiting through clickbait”—which is a discrediting tactic employed by all “real news” American journalists, such as yourself, whose writing standards are governed by the April, 1967, CIA memo that instructs you how to attack those like us—in this case, and as the CIA instructs you to do: “Accuse theorists of having financial interests in promoting conspiracy theories.”

Your exactly following the CIA’s discrediting “playbook” in this article, also, saw you outrageously calling the readers of our report “unsophisticated news illiterates whose reality is so muddied they can’t tell truth from fiction anymore”, and that you claimed was “sad and dangerous and undermining our institutions”—but your offering absolutely no evidence to support these shameful, and truly demeaning, assertions as being true.

By your stating in your article that our “story has been spread like wildfire on social media”, too, you fail to notice that this is true because the American people are fed up with being lied to by “real news” journalists such as yourself—and who have yet to explain the atrocities committed on 11 September 2001, most specifically how a supposed plane crashed into the Pentagon leaving no evidence behind—and that by your failure to tell the truth about is an assault on the 22 families in your community who lost loved ones on that tragic day, and shouldn’t go unchallenged.

At the same time we were publishing reports such as these to warn our readers about what was to come, with, as you claim, “shoddy and fictitious sourcing” using “half-truths and bewildering leaps of logic”, you “real news” journalists told lie after lie in order to deceive the American people into illegally invading Iraq—and lied in claiming that interrogators had desecrated a Koran at Guantanamo Bay when they did no such thing—with your other proven lies being the Rathergate hoax, NBC and CNN lying about the George Zimmerman tape, NBC’s phony exploding GM truck, the Jason Blair scandal at the New York Times, and the Rolling Stone phony rape story—to just name a few of the hundreds of such lying examples you “real news” journalists are known the world over for creating in order to further your globalist agenda. 

With your Democrat and Chronicle newspaper being owned by Gannett Company, Inc. (the largest US newspaper publisher as measured by total daily circulation), whose Chairman of the Board, John Jeffry Louis III,  is the one of the “Deep States” most effective operatives currently in open warfare against President Donald Trump and the American people (called deplorables) who voted for him—you ask your readers at the end of your “hit piece” against us: “Who are you going to believe, Rochester: Me or Sorcha Faal?”

Before they’re allowed to answer that question, though, and if you have the integrity to follow the Society of Professional Journalists Code of Ethics that demands that you “gather, update and correct information throughout the life of a news story”—then you will append your “hit piece” with this rebuttal so that these people can know the other side to this story you’re not allowing them to know.
