Planets Retrograde
On April 28th, 2016, Jupiter, Mars, Pluto, Saturn and Mercury will all be in retrograde for the first time in over 10 years.
Each planet carries its own energy signature, and thus represents a part of our psyche which relates to the collective consciousness. When Mercury (being the god of communication) is in retrograde, we experience a breakdown of things relating to that energy – we miss important deadlines, computers short-circuit, and Murphy’s Law seems to coincide with this cycle of the stars. Mercury being in retrograde seems to be the most hectic, because it relates to our base form of interaction on a daily basis – the very thing that makes us human, our language and ability to convey ideas in abstract form.
With Jupiter, Pluto, Mars and Saturn also going into retrograde, we are going to be called to identify, expand, and transform that which is hidden – in order to allow what’s meant to be to come to light.
According to Spirit Science:
So when this planet is in retrograde, many people come forth with feelings they’ve been hiding, things come out of the shadows and everything is expressed. For many, this can be stressful when communicating becomes a miscommunication. It takes focus and the will to navigate through these emotions to fully understand, then grow from them. It isn’t something to run from, only something to learn from.
Our personal expansion and transformation of who we are is represented by Jupiter. Our love and relationships are represented by Pluto. Emotions, especially anger, passion and aggression are Mars. And Saturn is Karma.
All of these planets will be in retrograde, so each aspect is going to be amplified majorly. This means many things are going to come to light, so use this opportunity to accelerate your growth. Don’t view this time as a chance to hide away and avoid all the possible issues that may arise.
While this time may be challenging, facing your fears and fighting through the shadows will allow you to enhance your senses and emerge stronger than ever. Let go of what no longer serves you, and allow your feelings to become fine tuned. In the event of needing some grounding, this meditation may be helpful to get through any rough waters.

Quieting the mind through meditation is a practice that takes focus and diligence, as it is not always so easy to tune out from the outside world. Thoughts can bubble up, worries can weigh, and the voice inside sometimes has A LOT to say. Through practice you will find your flow, and in time you’ll be able to master your meditation “mute button” no problem.
However, for those of you who are still very new to tapping into higher consciousness (and for those who are not) the video below is a great visual meditation that will allow you to find healing, and forgiveness through a very special sacred geometry “template” designed to align you with your ultimate path/purpose.
The meditation is a multi-sensory experience that is enjoyable for the novice as well as the advanced explorer of the mind. Enjoy!
