Significant Poem By 14 Year Old Young Man

    1779322_724487627573451_180323978_n

Derek Nichols recently tweeted a poem written by his 14-year-old brother Jordan. As you will see, Jordan is a talented and quite insightful young man.

    Here’s what the poem said:

Our generation will be known for nothing.
    Never will anybody say,
We were the peak of mankind.
That is wrong, the truth is
    Our generation was a failure.
    Thinking that
    We actually succeeded
Is a waste. And we know
Living only for money and power
    Is the way to go.
    Being loving, respectful, and kind
Is a dumb thing to do.
    Forgetting about that time,
Will not be easy, but we will try.
Changing our world for the better
    Is something we never did.
    Giving up
Was how we handled our problems.
    Working hard
    Was a joke.
    We knew that
People thought we couldn’t come back
    That might be true,
    Unless we turn things around
(Read from bottom to top now)

Reading from bottom to top, the poem reads:

    Unless we turn things around
    That might be true,
People thought we couldn’t come back
    We knew that
    Was a joke.
    Working hard
Was how we handled our problems.
    Giving up
    Is something we never did.
Changing our world for the better
Will not be easy, but we will try.
    Forgetting about that time,
Is a dumb thing to do.
    Being loving, respectful, and kind
    Is the way to go.
Living only for money and power
Is a waste. And we know
    We actually succeeded
    Thinking that
    Our generation was a failure.
That is wrong, the truth is
We were the peak of mankind.
    Never will anybody say,
Our generation will be known for nothing.

The future of our society lies in its youth and the fact that such words can come out of a 14-year-old’s mouth shows that today’s youth can be brave and ambitious with big dreams for the world. After all, only the ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.

Note: Jordan’s poem appears to be inspired by Jonathan Reed’s “The Lost Generation”.

BE’ing and Do’ing everyone, this is fantastic! Please share so we can bring that energy to the entire Republic of the United States.

This should serve as an example to the moneybags sheriffs and their police force that have no business conducting piracy on civilian throughout the Republic to monetized themselves outside of their own jurisdiction which is in fact the ten square mile piece of land call The District of Columbia (Washington DC). For your information, congress left the White House in the eighteen hundreds, and since no one lives there.

You are a fiction, and you are trespassing, however, we are non-adverse, all we want is for you to start navigating the possibilities of shifting consciousness to a higher level and realized that you are not superior to anyone, and your badge means nothing, nothing because you got it by dishonoring yourself and your fellow men, buy holding on to a job that is harmful to yourself and the people that you are there to protect, not hurt them.

Your dirty little secrets are all out for the wide world to see, and if I were you all, you’ll be very careful of your actions with the people because although you might not think so, anyone on the streets might know the law more than you do, and you know what? You might loose that lavish pension you worked so hard for, or who knows, maybe expend the rest of your life in jail. Think of this pirates for a moment, because the way it was, is not the way it is any longer.

And for all those city officials that call themselves “Representatives of the people, or government of the people.” Get with it because far as we are aware, even the homeless on the corner of your luxurious building can take you out of your office with the flick of a finger if they only knew what we know about you, about your covet actions against your own people.

Does the word TREASON ring a bell to you?

We are going to stop here because when more people begin to awaken of the Grand illusion they’ve been living, we then will continue with this topic. Meanwhile enlighten yourselves by reading the article below:

These photos by Roman Baluk of Reuters show just how quickly the tables have turned in Ukraine.

During a rally in central Lviv on Feb.24, local riot police knelt as they apologized to residents for taking part in the crackdown on protesters in Kiev’s Independence Square, aka Maidan (though they insisted that they did not beat protesters).

Lviv, a city of 760,000 near Ukraine’s Western border with Poland, sent thousands of people to Kiev to fill and defend Maidan. On Feb. 19, the city declared independence from the government of President Viktor Yanukovych, who was ousted three days later by parliament.

Volodymyr Parasiuk, a 26-year-old protester from Lviv, became a hero on Feb. 21 when he denounced an EU-brokered peace deal and instead called for Yanukovych’s immediate ouster.

Subsequently, many of Lviv’s police fled the city, but these men have decided to ask forgiveness from the people.

  • On The Brink of Anarchy

    On The Brink of Anarchy

    1459140_592213337501120_1280981046_n

Most people would be terrified at the thought that their world might soon transform into a state of complete “anarchy.” However, in one sense that is precisely what humanity needs.

To many, the term “anarchy” implies violent chaos and bloody mayhem, and a complete breakdown of organized society– a situation no decent person wants. What the word literally means, however, is “rule by no one,” a society without any ruling class. And while people are right to believe that authoritarian “law and order” is the opposite of “anarchy,” they are wrong to put their faith in the former, or to fear the latter. In fact, those events which best epitomize the negative meaning of “anarchy”–chaos, death and destruction–have always been the direct result of government. Yet many people still fear freedom more than they fear government.

More and more people are now coming to realize that what society really needs is not a new flavor of authoritarian domination, but a complete absence of political power (which should not be confused with a lack of cooperation or organization). Whether “left” or “right,” government is never about getting along or cooperating; it is about one group of people forcibly extorting and controlling everyone else. This is why government, by its very nature, is fundamentally incompatible with peaceful coexistence, is never moral or legitimate, and never leads to peace or justice.

To improve the world, people need to let go of the statist mythology they were taught, and embrace instead some very basic principles: VOLUNTARYISM is the belief that all human interaction should be voluntary, free from fraud, coercion or violence; THE NON-AGGRESSION PRINCIPLE states that it is wrong to initiate violence against another, and that physical force is justified only when used to defend against aggression; SELF-OWNERSHIP means that every individual owns himself, and therefore owns the results of his time and effort.

These ideas are so simple and obvious that the average person, when he hears them described, imagines that he already agrees with them. However, most people–at least at first–fail to realize that such concepts completely rule out the possibility of government of any kind. Only a STATELESS SOCIETY is at all logically or morally compatible with non-aggression, self- ownership, and voluntaryism, because government, by its very nature, is always coercive and violent, and–to one degree or another, in one way or another–always infringes upon the self- ownership of the individual. (Those who say they want a “government” which only protects individual rights fail to realize that any purely defensive organization would not be “government,” since it would have no power to tax or legislate, would have no monopoly, and would have no special power or authority.)

People are so accustomed to hearing “master plans” from politicians that they often have a hard time imagining actual freedom–a society that doesn’t try to create a one-size-fits-all agenda for everyone, where instead, people can organize and cooperate in a million different ways. In other words, ANARCHY. To achieve such a society does not require any election, revolution, or political movement. It simply requires the people understanding and embracing the ideas of self-ownership and non-aggression, and letting go of the insane idea that civilization requires each individual to abandon his own free will and conscience in favor of blind obedience to a centralized ruling authority. When that lie dies, perpetual war and oppression will die with it.

As more and more people awaken to this truth, the power of the beast known as “government” diminishes, and the power of humanity grows. In a very real sense, the world really is on the brink of “anarchy”: a society of free, equal, peaceful human beings. The age of statism and authoritarianism–and all the pain, injustice, suffering and death it has brought with it–is nearing its end. The age of peaceful coexistence, and a truly free and voluntary society, is about to begin. Whether you will be one of those helping to make this change happen, or one of those resisting it, is up to you.

  • About Valentine Day

    About Valentine Day

    526582_499922463387522_77608352_n

A man named Valentinus was martyred on February 14 late in the third century A.D.—this much we know. But when it comes to details about the life of St. Valentine, legend often supersedes fact. As you celebrate this Valentine’s Day, find out the truth about the man for whom the day is named, as well as some other intriguing facts about history’s most romantic holiday.

    St. Valentine

    1. The St. Valentine who inspired the holiday may have been two different men.
Officially recognized by the Roman Catholic Church, St. Valentine is known to be a real person who died around A.D. 270. However, his true identity was questioned as early as A.D. 496 by Pope Gelasius I, who referred to the martyr and his acts as “being known only to God.” One account from the 1400s describes Valentine as a temple priest who was beheaded near Rome by the emperor Claudius II for helping Christian couples wed. A different account claims Valentine was the Bishop of Terni, also martyred by Claudius II on the outskirts of Rome. Because of the similarities of these accounts, it’s thought they may refer to the same person. Enough confusion surrounds the true identity of St. Valentine that the Catholic Church discontinued liturgical veneration of him in 1969, though his name remains on its list of officially recognized saints.

    2. In all, there are about a dozen St. Valentines, plus a pope.
The saint we celebrate on Valentine’s Day is known officially as St. Valentine of Rome in order to differentiate him from the dozen or so other Valentines on the list. Because “Valentinus”—from the Latin word for worthy, strong or powerful—was a popular moniker between the second and eighth centuries A.D., several martyrs over the centuries have carried this name. The official Roman Catholic roster of saints shows about a dozen who were named Valentine or some variation thereof. The most recently beatified Valentine is St. Valentine Berrio-Ochoa, a Spaniard of the Dominican order who traveled to Vietnam, where he served as bishop until his beheading in 1861. Pope John Paul II canonized Berrio-Ochoa in 1988. There was even a Pope Valentine, though little is known about him except that he served a mere 40 days around A.D. 827.

    3. Valentine is the patron saint of beekeepers and epilepsy, among many other things.
Saints are certainly expected to keep busy in the afterlife. Their holy duties include interceding in earthly affairs and entertaining petitions from living souls. In this respect, St. Valentine has wide-ranging spiritual responsibilities. People call on him to watch over the lives of lovers, of course, but also for interventions regarding beekeeping and epilepsy, as well as the plague, fainting and traveling. As you might expect, he’s also the patron saint of engaged couples and happy marriages.

    hith-valentine

    4. You can find Valentine’s skull in Rome.
The flower-adorned skull of St. Valentine is on display in the Basilica of Santa Maria in Cosmedin, Rome. In the early 1800s, the excavation of a catacomb near Rome yielded skeletal remains and other relics now associated with St. Valentine. As is customary, these bits and pieces of the late saint’s body have subsequently been distributed to reliquaries around the world. You’ll find other bits of St. Valentine’s skeleton on display in the Czech Republic, Ireland, Scotland, England and France.

    5. Chaucer may have invented Valentine’s Day.
The medieval English poet Geoffrey Chaucer often took liberties with history, placing his poetic characters into fictitious historical contexts that he represented as real. No record exists of romantic celebrations on Valentine’s Day prior to a poem Chaucer wrote around 1375. In his work “Parliament of Foules,” he links a tradition of courtly love with the celebration of St. Valentine’s feast day–an association that didn’t exist until after his poem received widespread attention. The poem refers to February 14 as the day birds (and humans) come together to find a mate. When Chaucer wrote, “For this was sent on Seynt Valentyne’s day / Whan every foul cometh ther to choose his mate,” he may have invented the holiday we know today.

    6. You can celebrate Valentine’s Day several times a year.
Because of the abundance of St. Valentines on the Roman Catholic roster, you can choose to celebrate the saint multiple times each year. Besides February 14, you might decide to celebrate St. Valentine of Viterbo on November 3. Or maybe you want to get a jump on the traditional Valentine celebration by feting St. Valentine of Raetia on January 7. Women might choose to honor the only female St. Valentine (Valentina), a virgin martyred in Palestine on July 25, A.D. 308. The Eastern Orthodox Church officially celebrates St. Valentine twice, once as an elder of the church on July 6 and once as a martyr on July 30.

    Man and Woman

Man is the most elevated of creatures,

Woman the most sublime of ideals.

God made for man a throne; for woman an altar.

The throne exalts, the altar sanctifies.

    Man is the brain,

    Woman is the heart.

The brain created light, the heart, love.

    Light engenders, love resurrects.

Because of reason, Man is strong,

Because of tears, Woman is invisible.

    Reason is convincing, tears, moving.

Man is capable of all heroism,

    Woman of all martyrdom.

    Heroism ennobles, martyrdom sublimates.

    Man has supremacy,

    Woman, preference.

Supremacy is strength, preference is the right.

    Man is genius,

    Woman an angel.

Genius is immeasurable, the angel indefinable.

The aspiration of man is supreme glory.

The aspiration of woman is extreme virtue.

Glory creates all that is great; virtue, all that is divine.

    Man is a code,

    Woman a gospel

A code corrects; the gospel perfects.

    Man thinks,

    Woman dreams.

To think is to have a worm in the brain, to dream is to
have a halo on the brow.

    Man is an ocean,

    Woman a lake.

The ocean has the adorning pearl, the lake, dazzling
    poetry.

    Man is the flying eagle,

    Woman, the singing nightingale.

To fly is to conquer space.

To sing is to conquer the soul.

    Man is a temple,

    Woman is shrine.

Before the temple we discover ourselves, before the shrine
    we kneel.

In short, man is found where earth finishes,

    Woman where heaven begins.

  • Sustaining Love

    Sustaining Love

    61486_269767126473951_721279330_n

It is so easy for you to feel loving when you are loved back the way you believe you must be loved back, absolutely must be loved back. Even as you know that people can only love as they love, you crave to be the Adored.

To have once been enthroned on the pedestal only to be thrown off the pedestal you were put on or seemed to be put on feels to you like the greatest betrayal. You were given the brass ring, and then it was taken away from you. This leaves your heart raw. What you once counted on cannot be counted on anymore, and so you are distraught, and so you are bereft. But what really has happened, beloveds? A picture has been taken away from you.
A pretty picture it was indeed, and it has been removed, taken away, and yet the love from another was never yours to own. It is not owed to you. Love simply does not work that way.

You feel that everything has changed, yet what has changed? The way someone feels about you, and, therefore, how you feel about yourself, as though you have flubbed another relationship and life itself once again. It comes back to you and how you feel about yourself. Be beloved of yourself.

Thank God for love as it has been given to you. Love was wonderful. You had the illusion of owning it.

Your worth cannot be proved by the love given to you nor can your worth be disproved by love withdrawn. The fault in you is that you looked outside you for your sense of self-worth. No one but you is responsible for your sense of self-worth. I give it to you, and I do not withdraw My love and appreciation from you. But, even with Me, beloveds, as you know, you cannot look to Me to give you everything you want. I stay the same.

My love for you stays the same, and yet, no matter how much I bless you, I do not give you everything you want. Life in the world is not always on your terms. You may do well to withdraw your terms.

You equate so much with love. You may put all your eggs of self-worth in one basket.

Love means a lot, and, yet, love from another human being, is not everything.

It was everything to you, and then you were let down. Love from another is a great shawl around your shoulders, and, yet, a shawl is just a shawl. Love from another is a great thing, and, yet, the love in your own heart is better than love affixed on you from another.
If you want to be starry-eyed, look at the stars.

Ah, the sustenance of love. How do you maintain love? How do you maintain the love in your own heart? Do not let the love in your own heart become a turncoat.

Your heart is meant to be warm, soft and viable. Your heart is never meant to be hardened. Massage your heart now with your thoughts of how love flows and flows through you. Soften your heart. Make it beat. Make it pliable. Help your heart to engage in love over heartache any day.
Do not regret for even another five minutes more. Keep your love lively. Love always.
No one betrayed you. No one wanted to. Is it betrayal for another’s heart to fluctuate? How quickly your own heart has fluctuated. Forgive yourself now so that your own heart can be restored to its rightful state. Your own heart is at the heart of the matter.

  • An Observation

    An Observation

    1528719_608290975893356_1351502019_n

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways, but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We’ve learned how to make a living, but not a life. We’ve added years to life not life to years. We’ve been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We’ve done larger things, but not better things.

We’ve cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We’ve conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We’ve learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.

These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes. These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete.

Remember to spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn’t cost a cent.

Remember, to say, ‘I love you’ to your partner and your loved ones, but most of all mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.

Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will not be there again.

Give time to love, give time to speak! And give time to share the precious thoughts in your mind.

And always remember, life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by those moments that take our breath away.

  • Native Song

    Native Song

    1454844_634067489983733_964327769_n

There is a tribe in Africa called the Himba tribe, where the birth date of a child is counted not from when they were born, nor from when they are conceived but from the day that the child was a thought in its mother’s mind. And when a woman decides that she will have a child, she goes off and sits under a tree, by herself, and she listens until she can hear the song of the child that wants to come. And after she’s heard the song of this child, she comes back to the man who will be the child’s father, and teaches it to him. And then, when they make love to physically conceive the child, some of that time they sing the song of the child, as a way to invite it.

And then, when the mother is pregnant, the mother teaches that child’s song to the midwives and the old women of the village, so that when the child is born, the old women and the people around her sing the child’s song to welcome it. And then, as the child grows up, the other villagers are taught the child’s song. If the child falls, or hurts its knee, someone picks it up and sings its song to it. Or perhaps the child does something wonderful, or goes through the rites of puberty, then as a way of honoring this person, the people of the village sing his or her song.

In the African tribe there is one other occasion upon which the villagers sing to the child. If at any time during his or her life, the person commits a crime or aberrant social act, the individual is called to the center of the village and the people in the community form a circle around them. Then they sing their song to them.

The tribe recognizes that the correction for antisocial behavior is not punishment; it is love and the remembrance of identity. When you recognize your own song, you have no desire or need to do anything that would hurt another.

And it goes this way through their life. In marriage, the songs are sung, together. And finally, when this child is lying in bed, ready to die, all the villagers know his or her song, and they sing—for the last time—the song to that person.

You may not have grown up in an African tribe that sings your song to you at crucial life transitions, but life is always reminding you when you are in tune with yourself and when you are not. When you feel good, what you are doing matches your song, and when you feel awful, it doesn’t. In the end, we shall all recognize our song and sing it well. You may feel a little warbly at the moment, but so have all the great singers. Just keep singing and you’ll find your way home.

  • Evil Does Not Exist, It’s Only Stupidity

Evil Does Not Exist, It’s Only Stupidity

    1546241_696252420396972_1077502636_n

The concept of an evil entity or entities who are trying to cause people to do bad things is a concept that is probably as old as human history. Perhaps it began when someone committed a wrong against someone and needed a scapegoat – someone to blame their sins on. In modern times, the popular phrase used to be, “The Devil made me do it.” Some people picture a Devil with horns and a pitchfork. Others describe him as a goat with hooves. Some people describe the Devil as a force, rather than a being, who can be everywhere at the same time to tempt people.

“There really is no sin as it is known in the world. The only thing that has any meaning in the spirit world is what we think. The very core of our being is perfect love and light.” (Jayne Smith)

“There is no evil in any human soul. It is the lack of love that distorts people. We are designed by God to self-correct, just like the rest of the universe. No one is lost because everyone is already saved.” (Mellen-Thomas Benedict)

“The more we exercise our individual consciousness and free will for self-interest, self-gratification, self-centeredness, and self-consciousness, the more we heightened our sense of self apart from the Whole. This separation of self from the Whole is what people call ‘sin.’” (Edgar Cayce)

“The greatest enemy we can face is ourselves.” (George Anderson)

“Hell refers to levels of negative thought-forms that reside in close proximity to the Earth realm. It is where we go to work out, or remain within, our hang-ups, addictions, fears, guilt, angers, rage, regrets, self-pity, arrogance, or whatever else blocks us from the power of our own light. We stay in hell (and there are many divisions to this vibratory level) for however long best serves our development. There is no condemnation here, only the outworking of our own misjudgments, mistakes, misalignments, and misappropriations – what some people call ‘sin/’” (P.M.H. Atwater)

“Negative thought vibrations out of ignorance. High vibrations indicate love and spiritual development, while low vibrations indicate debasement and evil.” (Arthur Yensen)

“Evil and the devil do not exist. What people consider ‘evil’ is really ignorance and stupidity. Hitler was not an evil man per se. He was just so incredibly ignorant he was practically retarded at a spiritual level. Such people are to be pitied and our unconditional love should extended even to him. It is difficult to hate such a person who is retarded.” (Kevin Williams)

“The sin and Satan we live is that of our own creation.” (Sherry Gideon)

“Ego is always LOVE’S opposite. Love raises vibration and ego lowers it. Ego is a mental essence that each of us is made to endure for as long as we walk the planet. Ego is that thing that tells us in our mind, “No you can’t do that … because you’re not talented, thin, good-looking, wealthy, intelligent, young, strong, interesting or intuitive ENOUGH!” This is the voice of the Liar. The Liar is the voice of ego. Let me put it this way: wherever there is separation, condemnation, self-doubt, lack-mentality, bitterness, hostility or segregation … you can best be sure ego is not far behind. Ego wants to keep you earthbound and Heavenless for as long as it can. It is an essence that has been sent here to learn just as you have. However, it has a duty to challenge each of us and cause us to learn as it learns for itself.

There is nothing to fear about the ego. It is just a fragile, spoiled child that screams and rants until it gets what it wants. And like any child, if you ignore it during its temper flare long enough, sooner or later it will get the message that those kinds of methods are not productive and will not yield positive results. If you understand the ego, you will understand the concept of the devil. Satanic frequency is the LOW-RANGE frequency that surrounds us in our collective thinking. It is the opposite of the HIGH, INCOMPREHENSIBLE LOVING frequency of God.

Please hear me out on something…be careful of the music you listen to, the movies or TV you watch, the gossip or negative speaking you participate in. All these things LOWER the Soul’s vibration. Lower vibration brings depression, disillusionment, disease and despair. The lower our Soul’s vibration falls, the more these dark things come upon us. Once you fall into LOWER vibration, immediately seek to amend it with LOVING, HIGHER VIBRATIONAL THOUGHT. It is like anything else, the more you put into something, that is what the end result will be.” (Christian Andreason)

“There is no devil. But if there is one, he would have to be an insane angel who was crazy enough to fight with God, which would be as futile as for us to try to stop the sunrise. The devil is a mythological character invented by humans and used for a scapegoat. Grown people with immature minds like to blame the devil for their misdeeds instead of acting like people and taking the blame themselves. However, there may be earthbound spirits of low vibrations, whom we may regard as devils because they annoy us through mental telepathy. These demons tune in on us through our low vibrations of hate, fear and greed. They can be tuned out with unselfish love, or if necessary be chased away by the stronger spirit of Jesus Christ. There’s an old saying, Birds of a feather, flock together. The way to be rid of the devil is not to be like him.” (Arthur Yensen)

“Just knowing the bad mistakes you made through your carelessness or your selfishness is a hell. You don’t need a devil prodding you with a fork. Believe me, your own anguished mind is a prod that is more hurtful than any prodding with a devil’s fork. I met a man over here who said that he would gladly exchange good old Dante’s Inferno for the mental anguish he was experiencing over guilt feelings from wrong actions he had taken on Earth in certain business matters. In Dante’s Inferno he would be able to complain that the devil was doing this to him, whereas now he had no devil to complain of because the devil was himself. Whether there is a negative personal being who can be called the devil I cannot say. I have not seen anyone personified as the devil. There certainly is an evil force which builds up from the negative aspects of life and has a tremendous influence. Thought forms which are evil certainly play a part, but I don’t think they are the whole answer.” (Margaret Tweddell)

“If we are convinced a devil is out there to trick or deceive us, and if we have already pictured in our minds what this devil looks like and what he plans on doing, we should really not be surprised when our worst fears are confirmed. The devils we create become real and solid in the next dimension because we created them.” (Jerry Gross)

Satan as the Gnostic God of This World

The Christian Gnostics believed in a very different version of the origins of humanity and divinity compared to orthodox Christianity and Judaism. They believed the God of the Old Testament, Yahweh, was a Satan-like figure. What follows is the Gnostic view of Satan:

The Gnostics believed it was an evil deity who created the fallen material world – a realm they considered to be one of the lowest heavens in the hierarchy of heavens. For this reason, Gnostics believed the flesh and the material world was evil. They believed this evil deity was the god of this world who ruled and controlled the material universe. The Gnostics believed this god was ignorant of the true God of heaven – the creator of the spirit realms. According to Gnostic theology, the evil creator god was the one who trapped souls into flesh. Adam and Eve were created in a paradise by the evil god so that they can praise and worship this god. When Adam and Eve disobeyed him by becoming knowledgeable of good and evil, this god becomes infuriated and chased the first human couple out of paradise and threatened their descendants.

The Gnostics viewed the creator deity as evil because he was bloodthirsty and full of jealousy, wrath and vengeance. The Gnostics rejected this evil deity because this god believed that he alone was deity by declaring, “I am God and there is no other God beside me” and demanded all humanity to worship him. The Gnostics believed it was this tribal deity who demanded Jesus be killed partly because of Jesus’ teachings that we are gods. This jealous god eventually regretted creating humanity and in his wrath he drowned the whole world in a flood. Afterward, he became a tribal deity and exercised world rule aimed at enslaving man through laws and animal sacrifices. He declared he would reward those who worship him with material gains. But he demanded that people fear him and when they did not, he destroyed multitudes of people for failure to do so. The Gnostics believed Jesus came to free people from the slavery of the evil law and taught secret doctrines to his disciples on how to escape from the trap of birth and rebirth. (Christian Gnosticism)

Kabbalah’s Teaching of Too Much Receiving and Not Enough Giving Creates a “Satan”

The Jewish mysticism of Kabbalah teaches that God is the Source from whom we all came. God needs nothing, lacks nothing and desires nothing because God has everything and is everything. For this reason, God can only give. Before the fall of souls from God into the flesh, souls needed to discover what it meant to be God-like, that is, what it meant to give. Kabbalah teaches that if a person does nothing but receive, they develop an unnatural Satan condition of selfishness. Kabbalah teaches that this was the reason why souls left their positions with God. It is the plan of God that humans learn how to give and receive. Those humans who mostly receive and not give are susceptible of developing this Satan condition. Those who learn to give selflessly are developing a godly condition. (Kabbalah)

Mainstream Christians consider Satan (also known as Lucifer, Beelzebul or the Devil) to be an archangel who led a rebellion in heaven and fell from grace because of pride and was therefore cast out of heaven to Earth:

“Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon [Satan], and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down – that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.” (Revelation 12:7-9)

Satan is then viewed as persecuting Jesus, his mother and all of Jesus’ followers who keep his commandments:

“When the dragon saw that he had been hurled to the earth, he pursued the woman [Mary] who had given birth to the male child [Jesus]. The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle, so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness, where she would be taken care of for a time, times and half a time, out of the serpents reach. Then from his mouth the serpent spewed water like a river, to overtake the woman and sweep her away with the torrent. But the Earth helped the woman by opening its mouth and swallowing the river that the dragon had spewed out of his mouth.

Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring – those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus.” (Revelation 12:13-17)

Traditional Christianity holds that Satan’s “sin” was thinking he was equal to God and rebelling against Him. This rebellious angel  is viewed as one who tempts us to do evil. Supposedly, one of the most evil things Satan tempts us to do is to think that we are God. So those who believe in the essential divinity of all life are often accused of committing Satan’s sin, and of being under his influence – as Jesus was accused of when he quoted Psalm 82:6 to defend himself as being the “Son of God” by saying “you are gods” (John 10:30-36).

According to the Christian mystic, Edgar Cayce, “Satan” and the Book of Revelation is the symbolic account of “the fall of all human souls” and their ultimate restoration as permanent citizens of heaven – similar to Jesus’ symbolic parable of the Prodigal Son.

Cayce revealed that all human souls were created before the universe began and none have been created since. Some of these human souls left their abode in heaven and some became trapped on Earth in flesh are now finding their way back to God through the cycle of evolution and reincarnation:

“Our minds are led by the spirit we are entertaining, the spirit of God or the spirit of the devil – self. This spiritual force of selfishness is the false god referred to as Satan. It is the collective unconscious rebellion of humanity against God. This collective unconscious rebellion is manifested as self-centeredness, self-gratification, self-seeking, self-righteousness, self-glorification, self-consciousness, self-indulgence, self-deception, self-serving, self-condemnation, self-absorbed, self-importance, selfishness, SELF. It is the force of the unevolved animalistic nature (the “beast”) within humans. Satan is the unregenerated lower self that wars against the Higher Self within every human being. Jesus, on the other hand, went to the cross to fulfill his mission of showing humans the way to “crucify” their lower nature. Through a person’s Higher Self of unconditional love – the manifestation of God – a person can attain at-one-ment with the divine nature within. This Higher Self is the Spirit of self-sacrifice, self-denial, selflessness, self-effacing, self-discipline, self-control, self-restraint, self-respect – the divine self that is a part of God and which wars against the lower self.” (Edgar Cayce)

Edgar Cayce revealed that the greatest enemy we will ever have to face is self.

Cayce interpreted the Book of Revelation to be the story of humanity overcoming the enemy within. In Revelation, Babylon is symbolic of our selfish desires that cause us to war against ourselves and others. Armageddon is a battle between the beast nature of our animalistic lower self and the lamb – the divine nature of our Higher Self. Once the lower self is overcome by the higher self, the devil (self-will) is cast into the Abyss (the divine will suppressing the self-will). The result of this is the Kingdom of heaven (the rule of the Holy Spirit within) as it comes to Earth (the human body). Genesis is the story of humanity’s fall from heaven. Revelation is the story of humanity being restored to God. It is paradise lost and then paradise found. (Edgar Cayce)

Many believe that they are required to pay an “income tax” to a branch of the United States government called “The Internal Revenue Service”.  The origins and history  of the IRS shows just how in error these beliefs are. Not only is there no law that requires most Americans to file an individual tax return, but the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) wasn’t even created by an act of Congress!

Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, of the Constitution of the United States of America, in pertinent part, provides that:

“. . . direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons . . . three-fifths of all other Persons.”

In 1894, Congress passed a law which purportedly imposed a “direct income tax” on the Citizens of the several States within this Union, but failed to make any provision for apportionment, as required by Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, of the Constitution of the United States of America. In the case of Pollack vs. Farmers Loan & Trust Co., US (1895), the U.S. Supreme Court struck the law down, as being unconstitutional, because it failed to make any provision for apportionment, as required by Article I, Section 2, Clause 3.

Thereafter, Congress passed the Sixteenth Amendment to the Constitution, which was “declared” to have been ratified in 1913. The Sixteenth Amendment provides that:

“The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”

The Constitutionality of the Sixteenth Amendment was challenged in the case of Brushaber vs. Union Pacific R.R. Co., 240 US 1 (1916). The U.S. Supreme Court acknowledged the apparent conflict between Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, of the Constitution, which required all direct taxes to be apportioned, and the Sixteenth Amendment, which appeared to eliminate the apportionment requirement. The Court pointed out that the Sixteenth Amendment did not repeal Article I, Section 2, Clause 3, but noted that it was under a duty to uphold the Sixteenth Amendment, if it could be interpreted in such a way so as to eliminate the conflict.

The Court did hold the Amendment constitutional, but only because it interpreted the Amendment as applying only to “indirect taxes” or “excise taxes”, and not to “direct taxes”. Brushaber and other cases that followed, stated that the Sixteenth Amendment did not give Congress any new or additional taxing powers that it did not already have, but merely put into written form the state of the law as it previously existed.

Congress did not pass any other law intended to impose a direct tax on income until 1939, when the Public Salary Tax Act of 1939 was passed. The Public Salary Tax Act, Section 1, (which is now designated as 26 USC 1) imposed a tax upon the income of federal employees, U.S. citizens, and non-resident aliens. The term “United States” is defined in 26 USC 7701(9), as: “When used in a geographical sense, the term ‘United States’ means only the states and the District of Columbia. Section 7701(10) defines the term “States” as follows: ” The term ‘States’ shall be construed to include the District of Columbia when necessary to carry out the purpose of this title”.

It is always necessary to construe the term “States” as including the District of Columbia, because Congress did not include the fifty (50) states, nor the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, or American Samoa. The Public Salary Tax Act of 1939 did not apply to Citizens of the forty-eight (48) States (now the fifty (50) States).

After Pearl Harbor was bombed by Japan on December 7, 1941, Congress declared war, and passed the Victory Tax Act of 1942, in order to raise money to support an Army. This was done in accordance with Article I, Section 8, Clause 12, of the Constitution of the United States of America, which provides:

“The Congress shall have Power . . . To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;”

In 1942, for the first time in the history of this country, the Bureau of Internal Revenue sent out 1040 Form to the general public in the forty-eight States. This was done even though the Victory Tax Act of 1942 only applied to citizens and residents of the District of Columbia, and non-resident aliens.

Most people thought that the Victory Tax Act required everyone to file a tax return and pay tax on “income”, so they voluntarily filed a Form 1040 in 1942, 1943 and 1944. On May 29, 1944, Congress repealed the Victory Tax Act of 1942, but the news media did not publicize that fact. In 1945, the Bureau of Internal Revenue decided to mass mail 1040 Forms to the general public, just to see what would happen. Why not? The vast majority of the people had voluntarily file tax returns before. Since the public believed that the Victory Tax Act was mandatory in the then forty-eight (48) States, and did not know that it had been repealed, they filled out the 1040 Forms and mailed them in, along with their checks.

The Bureau of Internal Revenue was ecstatic and committed itself to continue perpetrating the fraud on the Citizens of the forty-eight (48) States. So, the Bureau of Internal Revenue has continued to send out Form 1040’s each and every year since.

Don’t be fooled. The “Internal Revenue Code” was first enacted in 1939 and was called the “Public Salary Tax Act of 1939”. Since that time, the name of the Public Salary Tax Act was changed to the “Internal Revenue Code”, which was amended in 1953 and 1987. However, the amendments did not change the fact that it only applies to the District of Columbia and the federal territories and possessions.

There is no provision in the Internal Revenue Code that imposes a direct income tax on the Citizens of the fifty (50) States, nor a requirement to file an income tax return, unless employed by the Federal Government. If you are a Citizen of Florida, a Republic, or any other state, and not a Federal Employee, nor a citizen or resident of the District of Columbia, you are  not required by law to file a U.S. Individual Income Tax Return.

    Form 1040

26 CFR 602.101, contains a cross-reference table, showing that the only form authorized for use in filing a “U.S. Individual Income Tax return” is assigned OMB Number 1545-0067. That number only appears on Form 2555, entitled “Foreign Earned Income”, and states that it is to be attached to a Form 1040. Form 1040 is assigned OMB Number 1545-0074, and is only authorized to be used for reporting various types of “credits” to be set off against the “Foreign Earned Income” reported on Form 2555. If you did not have any “Foreign Earned Income” during a year, you cannot file a Form 2555 without committing perjury. If you did not need to claim any tax credits during the year, there is no need or requirement to file a Form 1040.

    Form 941

The definition of “Withholding Agent” contained in 26 USC 7701(16), which provides:

Section 1441 is entitled “Withholding of tax on nonresident aliens”. Section 1442 is entitled “Withholding tax on foreign corporations”. Section 1443 is entitled “Foreign tax-exempt organizations”. Section 1461 is entitled “Liability for withheld tax” and provides that:

“Every person required to deduct and withhold any tax under this chapter is hereby made liable for such tax and is hereby indemnified against the claims and demands of any person for the amount of any payments made in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.”

26 USC, Chapter 24, Collection of Income Tax At Source, Withholding From Wages, Section 3401, Definitions, states:

    “(a) Wages.

For purposes of this chapter, the term “wages” means all remuneration (other than fees paid to a public official) for services performed by an employee for his employer,

    . . . .

    “(c) Employee.
For purposes of this chapter, the term “employee” includes an officer, employee, or elected official of the United States, a State, or any political subdivision thereof, or the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of any one or more of the foregoing. The term “employee” also includes an officer of a corporation.”

    “(d) Employer.
For purposes of the chapter, the term “employer” means the person for whom an individual performs or performed any service, of whatever nature, as the employee of such person, . . .”

If you have never applied for appointment, nor have  been appointed, as a “Withholding Agent”, and have never been required to withhold “wages”, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1441, 1442 or 1443. Nor if you  have never paid any “wages” to a “foreign alien” or “foreign corporation”, you would not be liable for any wages withheld from nonresident aliens or foreign corporations under the provisions of Section 1461, of the Internal Revenue Code, therefore, you would not be required to file a Form 941.

The Authority of the Internal Revenue Service

to operate within the fifty (50) States

The Bureau of Internal Revenue and the alleged Internal Revenue Service were not created by any Act of Congress. These are not organizations or agencies of the Department of the Treasury, or of the federal government. They appear to be operated through pure trusts administered by the Secretary of the Treasury (the Trustee). The Settlor of the trusts and the Beneficiary or Beneficiaries are unknown. According to the law governing trusts, that information does not have to be revealed. You will not find the Bureau of Internal Revenue, or the Internal Revenue Service, or the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms fisted in 31 USC, Chapter 3, as an authorized agency of the Department of the Treasury.

The Philippine Customs Administrative Act was passed by the Philippine Commission between 1900 and 1902, which created Trust Fund #1, the Philippine special fund (customs duties) (31 USC 1321). The Act was administered under the general supervision and control of the Secretary of Finance and Justice. The Philippine Commission passed another Act known as the Internal Revenue Law of Nineteen Hundred and Four.

This Act created the “Bureau of Internal Revenue” and the federal government’s second trust fund, Trust Fund #2, the Philippine special fund (internal revenue). Article 1,  Section 1, of the Act provides that: “There shall be established a Bureau of Internal Revenue, the chief officer of which Bureau shall be known as the Collector of Internal Revenue. He shall be appointed by the Civil Governor, with the advice and consent of the Philippine Commission, and shall receive a salary at the rate of eight thousand pesos per annum. The Bureau of Internal Revenue shall belong to the Department of Finance and Justice.” At some unknown date, before 1940, another Bureau of Internal Revenue was established in Puerto Rico, along with Trust fund #62 Puerto Rico (Internal Revenue). These two Bureaus are the only Bureaus of Internal Revenue which have ever existed, one in the Philippines and the other in Puerto Rico. In 1953, the United States relinquished its control over the Philippines.

The Federal Alcohol Administration Act of 1935 was declared unconstitutional in 1935, and the operation was then transferred off shore to Puerto Rico. 27 CFR 250.1 1 provides the following definitions:

“Revenue Agent. Any duly authorized commonwealth Internal Revenue Agent of the Department of the Treasury of Puerto Rico.”

“Secretary. The Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico.

“Secretary or his delegate. The Secretary or any officer or employee of the Department of the Treasury of Puerto Rico duly authorized by the Secretary to perform the function mentioned or described in this part.”

In the absence of any other definition describing revenue officers and agents, Secretary, or the Department of the Treasury, the definitions above are uniformly applicable to all IRS and BATF departments, functions and personnel.

Through Reorganization Plan No 3 of 1940, the federal Alcohol Administration and the offices of the Administrator were abolished and their functions were thereafter administered under the supervision of the Secretary of the Treasury through the Bureau of Internal Revenue in the Department of the Treasury. On July 9, 1953, the Secretary of the Treasury, G. K. Humphrey, created the Internal Revenue Service with the stroke of a pen, by issuing Treasury Order 150-06, without the approval of Congress.

On June 6, 1972, Acting Secretary of the Treasury, Charles E. Walker signed Treasury Order Number 120-01, which established the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, pursuant to his authority conferred under Reorganization Plan No. 26 of 1950. This was also done without the authority of Congress.

Based upon all of the foregoing citations, it is obvious that all Revenue Agents and Officers work as employees of the Department of the Treasury of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

The  Internal Revenue Service does not have any jurisdiction or authority over a Sovereign Citizen of Florida, a Republic, or any other state or commonwealth,  to enforce the inapplicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, with which the IRS  may contend that you  are required to comply. The “Internal Revenue Service”  has no legal jurisdiction in Florida or any of the other forty-nine (49) States. Everything  the Internal Revenue Service does, assumes a self-appointed, self-serving authority and pseudo jurisdiction, under color of law, to conduct an administrative proceeding against anyone. The IRS is perpetrating the greatest income tax fraud on the Citizens that this country has ever seen.

For those who have ears, let them hear two translations of the same words of the Lord God:

    Woe to those who drag iniquitywith the cords of falsehood,and sin as if with cart rope;

    Woe to those who call evil good,and good evil;

    Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness;

Who substitute bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and clever in their own sight!

Who justify the wicked for a bribe and take away the rights of the ones who are in the right!

18 Woe to those who draw crookedness with cords of falsehood, and sin as with wagon ropes,

19 who are saying, “Let Him hurry! Let Him hasten His work, so that we see it And let the counsel of the Set-apart One of Yisra’e1 draw near and come, so that we know.”

20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil; who put darkness for light and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and clever in their own sight!

22 Woe to the mighty to drink wine, and brave men to mix strong drink,

23 who declare right the wrong for a bribe, and the righteousness of the righteous they turn aside from him!

     –Isaiah 5.-18
