    Do not get deceived by the presentation of the cooked food at WHOLE FOOD STORE. Allow us to tell you that we have been going to the Whole Food Store for twenty some years, and to our amazements is not what it used to be, and even the people that goes there to eat do not seems in healthy condition! We are somewhere in the state of Florida (am not disclosing store location), and we happen to know just about every employee there. They are the nicest people, and of course they do a great job.

     

    We do not know if you are aware but the Whole Food Store is owned by MONSANTO! Yes you hear right, and is something that they are denying ever since they bought the store years ago. Just about every employee knows this, however they do not tell you about it, or should we say they are not allow to comment on this subject.

     

    I remember in 2011 when I was getting myself some salad at the salad bar, when suddenly I saw within me a whole scenario of what I was about to eat. This was shocking but most fascinating was the fact that my heart was feeling with joy!

     

    I could not eat what I thought I would eat, and my emotions were getting hold of me. This was a warning of emotional discharge telling me that something was wrong, very wrong. I listened to my heart and taking just plain greens I went and sit down until I could feel better.

     

    I then did more research, and of course I always have my body, and my intuition to guide me. I say this because if I ever eat anything that have GMO in it my body cells go haywire! I immediately start getting nervous, have all this fear within me, and get so depress that it takes me weeks to clean myself up! I have learned to detect GMO food on anything I eat through the hard way, and I succeeded, and this is very difficult because just about everything out there have GMO but if you do your homework you can live a happy life by eating LIFE FOOD.

     

    But going back to Whole Food Store, allow us to tell you that if I am not mistaken all their cooked food have GMO any which way. If you read the labels on their cooked food you will read, “Canola oil!” Now everyone should know about canola oil by now, but this does not stop here, as if you read “olive oil” in any thing that look good enough to eat, do not trust it as they will never ever put expensive olive oil in anything, anything! And also bear in mind that all oils out there are mix with canola and/or corn oil. Your best bet is not to use any oil at all. Boil, use steam cooking, and if you like use coconut oil that is organic, but use just a little. Now we are not saying that there not good olive oil out there, what we saying is that make sure that is organic. Other added genocidal GMO ingredients they use are Soy, Wheat and Corn even on mash potatoes!

     

    But if this is not enough, allow us to tell you that most of the salads they serve, like beets, beans, etc, etc, are all premade! Yes I saw it with my own eyes. If you go early in the morning to the store you will see the workers taking out the salads from plastic bags! And please do not touch tofu, beets salad, corn, rise, peas, hummus (which is so good and full of sesame mix oil), and do not let me get started on the bakery, the beverages, the dairies, and the hormone fed animals meat department. And last but not least don’t ever order smoothes with pineapple in it, as the pineapples they use come directly from GMO farms in Hawaii!

     

    Many of their employees quit their job to go and work at Wal-Mart, and the ones there do not eat their cooked food. You have to keep in mind that they do carry specialties items, which we all should be thankful for, however be vigilant, and educate yourself by doing your own research or asking questions! By now we all should have a diet where anything that fly, crawl, or is a mother, are forbidden to eat! And we should know by now to buy fresh food from the local market, and learn to make our own beverages from fresh vegetables or fruits, and baking goods from organic source at home.

    If you want to keep eating poison food, you can join the ‘scientists’ who keep spewing Monsanto-funded lies. They are telling us that genetically altered crops are good for us and the environment – that they are, in fact, a necessity to feed the world population. They say all of this, even though we seemed to feed the masses just fine without chemical quackery until about 60 years ago, all while dumping millions of tons of unaltered food right into the trash bin. If however, you believe GMOs are toxic, cancer-causing substances, you have another option.

    We will always need to fight for what we believe in and ignite change through thing like the March Against Monsanto and the upcoming Monsanto Video Revolt (which you should absolutely get involved in, as it’s super easy), but it’s also important to use your dollar not only to vote, but also to keep yourself healthy.

    I wanted to share with you that Dee from RTS was correct!  The Cabal had no intention of approving the RV because it is counterproductive of their plans to implement the NWO through economic destruction and depopulation measures.

     

    The OPPT and IUV was a thorn that they did not plan on!  The IUV documents convert each of us into a sovereign bank in and of ourself.  It is the same procedure that the FED uses to convert our birth certificates into negotiable bonds.  The difference is that we own and control our bonds and establish our own value.  Upon presentation, the FED is obligated to deposit our established value into an account for immediate use.

     

    The announcement proposing the IUV on June 25 is what caused the Cabal to act by moving Iraq out of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and revalue their currency.  The US Cabal  Government could not comply with the Basel Accords; they had no intention of doing so and was trading the Dinars on deposit by the whale investors to shore up the FED.  When the OPPT decided to test the IUV in New Zealand on Thursday, July 18, the RV appeared on NASDAQ  at a modified rate established by Obozo.

     

    The test case in New Zealand resulted in the arrest of the presenter on the following day for FRAUD. What else could they do, when this is part and parcel of what they have been doing since the 1920’s.  A simple “Petition of Error” will diffuse the problem, and with a couple of modifications made to include the Courts Adjudication, this should be complete!  This will do more to drive the FED and NASDAQ out of business than anything currently being done! [Banker arrests].

     

    Dee said that the FED was terrified about the release of the IUV and was attempting to muddy the waters and distract the awakened portion of the World by approving the RV at a very low rate.

     

    The  paperwork and instructions on what and how to prepare the documents to submit To the FED should be available real soon for everyone, Dinar holders and Non-Dinar holders.

     

    Hopefully the awakened portion of the world will not be sucked in, but rather further educated.

    Christ Consciousness is the Mind of God that sees everything before it is breathed into existence at this level.

    Christ Consciousness is the mathematical code which is continuously creating the Divine Blue Print of the perfect image and likeness or mirror image of the entire Mind of God or Omnipotent Divine Consciousness. That divine blue print is a 12 dimensional code containing within it the Divine Manifestations of the Eternal Life, Continuous Omnipresent Love that continuously spins the electromagnetic frequencies of 331/3 electro clockwise and 112/3 magnetic counterclockwise within the sphere of clockwise rotation. That frequency Radiates into the at oneness with a parallel field of electromagnetic frequencies spinning the same way, but in a parallel anti particle reality field. Each of the particle and anti particle reality fields spin 45 degrees to equal 90 degrees in a vertical reality field. Another set of mathematical radiation particles spin together to create the horizontal reality field. Together they create 180 degree field of reality. That field of reality is then broken down into faster moving fields of diagonal spinning fields of electromagnetic particles creating radiation fields of plasma, gamma, x ray, invisible light, visible light, infra red and hertzian light energy into a sphere of light 360 degrees.

    Everything in Divine Consciousness Creativity is made of spheres of light that spin at this perfect ratio to create layers of 45 degree angles of rotation. The creation energy is always radiation energy. We must be radiating this high frequency energy at the fastest rate of spin in the 12 dimensional radiation level to maintain our complete reality in the Christ Coded blue print. Simultaneously that 12 dimensional divine blue print can express itself in parallel reality fields that manifest as 5 dimensional and 6 dimensional realities. These would contain the 12 sub harmonics of the Christ Consciousness mathematical formula in each of the 5 DNA strands or 6 DNA strands. The reality would appear different because it would be less dense or more dense. There is no density in the 12 DNA reality field. It is completely etheric in nature. However, that etheric reality is always a part of everything even if it only has 3DNA or 4 DNA. The perfect mathematical principle of all creation is always the 12 DNA coded divine blue print.

    IN reality that Divine Blue Print of Christ Consciousness has Always Existed, Does Exist and Always will Exist in every human angelic being and every star seed on Earth. The reason that this reality doesn’t seem to appear to us when we look at people and situations is because there was a Miasm placed between the vortexes where the light energy and frequencies created by the spin ratio of the 331/3 and 11 2/3 merkaba spin rate within the particle and anti particle universe. The problem was actually placed in the anti particle universe that was parallel to ours so that we could never align correctly into the harmony of that blended rate of spin that would create the 90 degree and 180 degree and perfect 360 degree spheres of light and sound that are NORMAL to any God Made reality field.

    Those Miasms are frozen Light Energy that is unable to spin and move and freely manifest. Those miasms can be melted out of the old frozen DNA that is creating the illusion of this Frozen Density of Consciousness. Our Guardian Races have placed our original Divine Blue Print into our 12 DNA strands already. That gift has already been established on Earth.

    STARSEEDS RETURNING OUR 5DNA-12DNA

    The Star Seeds that were born on Earth over the past 12 years all had much to do with this realignment. The children born during the past five years brought the completed 5DNA-12DNA back to Earth. That reality was presented to the Earth once before about 2000 years ago when the 12th Level Avatar and the 9th Level Avatar, that our Bible Stories call Jesus Christ was brought to Earth by Guardian Groups.

    This time the Guardians brought in 144,000 times more Christ Consciousness to Earth through the frequencies of the Star seeds. The Earth required a certain level of Frequencies in order to make its shift into the new Metagalactic 8 alignment with the past present and future 12 DNA coded reality system.

    These 12 coded frequencies contain the divine blue print of the Eternal Life, Love, Mind, Principle, Substance, Intelligence, Supply, Truth, Soul, Spirit, Man, Manifestation Template, Design that is contained within the Music of the Spheres Light and Sound Technology.

    Mary Baker Eddy explained this same Divine Formula of Creation of Man made in the Image and Likeness of God, and clearly stated that they only thing that is separating man from that likeness is Error. She said when error is removed the Christ Consciousness will appear. Eddy also spoke of the synonyms of God being Life, Truth, Love, etc (listed above already). She always painted the picture of the mortal and immortal man and how there really couldn’t be a mortal man, because that man wasn’t made by God. She always said the real man is immortal and that seeming mortal man was only created by error. When I read the Voyagers 11 Book by Ashayana Deane, in which our Guardian Races – the same ones who designed the Law of One, were members of the Essenes and creators of the Silicate Matrix and 12 DNA template of the human angelic.

    “Furthermore, the time cometh of which Jesus spoke, when he declared that in the resurrection there should be no more marrying nor giving in marriage, but man would be as the angels. Then white robed purity will unite in one person masculine wisdom and feminine love, spiritual understanding and perpetual peace.”(Eddy, S&H pp64)

    This was always my favorite passage in the S&H, since I was ten years old. I always felt and knew within myself that this reality would happen in my lifetime. Now I know it will happen within the next ten years.

    This is the time when Seventh Level Man will reappear as we rise into harmonic universe 2- dimensions 4,5,6. We are already in harmonic universe 2. We must now raise our frequencies in consciousness and attune into the reality that already exists within the heart of Earth and the reality of the past, present and future 12 DNA divine blue print which has not been damaged by frozen light.

    The Guardians have explained the Seventh Level Man who used to live in Tara to be this man who MBE spoke of. We are going through the resurrection when we will be robed in the white light purity of the pure atunement as we rebirth into the 5th dimension through the 12 the dimensional consciousness. This will happen in 2017, and we will prepare for this reality between 2013 and 2017. We have entered the resurrection leading to that reality. Eddy always spoke of how important it was to Understand this Divine Science, which I believe is the precursor to the Keylontic Science that was brought to earth early in the twenty first century. That truth that MBE tuned into during her Near Death Experience is the same truth that many are tuning into at this present time in history through the Maharaja Consciousness Templates that come to us through our Frequency Specific Mid Brain when we tune into the Future Self, as is done in a Near Death Experience.

    That reality of the Seventh Level Man has always existed. We were just taken off line from that reality when our light was frozen in Miasms or Error, blocking our true reality. We are now entering the Mass Ascension of Man, which Jesus called the resurrection, in which “there should be no more marrying nor giving in marriage, but man would be as the angels.     We now know through Keylontic Science (the Language of the Stars) that error is Frozen Light. We now know what the mathematical formula of Christ Consciousness is. We now know how we were blocked from our Divine Blue Print through reverse spin technologies. We now know that we are made from the radiation technologies of light and sound that can project us in millions of different density levels. MB Eddy also spoke of a time when man would no longer be given in marriage and child birth would no longer exist.

    Eddy was speaking of the reality we used to live in when Seventh Level man lived on Tara and Gaia. This was the time when a child could be manifested from the light of the Consciousness or the manifestation template that each immortal man actually has in reality. The true immortal man has always been able to instantly manifest anything, including children. That act can be performed by an individual, a couple or a group consciousness to create an entity who carries many unique traits in the reality of the NORMAL kingdom that we will soon return to.

    The act of creation is always performed instantly in Divine Mind through the perfect 12 DNA template of the immortal man who has eternal life, never dies, never gets sick, has infinite intelligence, etc. All of the things Eddy talked about in her Science and Health with Keys to the Scriptures are also mentioned by the Guardians in the new Keylontic Science and Kathara Healing Technologies.

    The difference was that the teachings came in the frequencies that man was able to understand at the time. These two sets of teachings have something in common with the teachings of the original 12th Level Avatar Jesus. They are exactly the same teachings, and the audience and students of the teachings are very small, because only those with the genetic coding of the star seeds and some human angelics are able to comprehend these teachings.

    ETERNAL LIFE

    We always have been and always will be made of this divine technology of Eternal Life. When we were created by the Christ Code Pre Sound and Light Technology, we contained the ability to Live Forever, to Create our own Galaxies, to Manifest Instantly our Hearts desires. That is the reality. That is the reality we must tune into as the only reality that exists in the past, present and future.

    If we continue to tune in to the lower frequencies that were distorted realities caused by the frozen light (miasm or error), we will continue to manifest that reality that locked us into the continuous 3D illusion of reality where we could only see, feel, touch, hear, taste a series of events that were planted into our DNA by Entities who only wanted to freeze us out of our Reality.

    That (frozen light Error or Miasm) was how they created the Phantom Matrix and how they planned to lock us into it. That probability no longer exists. We must align our consciousness to the new reality which is the old reality of the ETERNAL LIFE Blue Print. That 12 DNA divine blue print is the only creation that God knows how to make. That reality is made through the pre light and sound fields of Khristiac Technology containing the 12 coded divine blue print. We always were made, always are made and always will be made by that divine blue print which is perfect and eternal. We must realign our DNA templates to the sub harmonics of the 12 DNA template and begin to know that is the only reality that we have ever been and ever will be made a part of.

    It is the knowing and the feeling of the frequencies of the 12 sub harmonics that has been blocked from our world view. We were made to believe that only 5 senses contain reality. When actually those 5 senses were only for us to enjoy the reality that we create through our Higher Sensory Perception of our 12 dimensional self who knows and feels and creates through the imagination. That is the reality that we have been forced out of by world propaganda beginning with parents telling their children that their imagination isn’t real. That propaganda is a part of the Frozen Light imprinted into our DNA.

    We have been set free from this prison. We were given the reality of our 12 DNA and its codes. That reality was planted in the Heart of the Earth and it will flow through the grids of the Earth. It is still up to us to Tune into the Frequencies and spin rate of that reality, especially by creating in Consciousness everyday the reality that we have always been, always are.

    Let’s face it. The word frustration is just another word for anger. Frustration seems to be caused by something from outside you. This or that frustrates you. By little turns and twists within your mind, you convince yourself quite easily that frustration assaults you.

    Anger is a little less slippery. You really do have to face your participation in anger.

    Whatever causes your anger, you have to admit you are angry.

    You hold the anger.

    You hold responsibility for it.

    Frustration seems less serious to you, and somehow, you feel absolved of responsibility for it. You are innocent, as a matter of fact. Your computer has gone berserk with spam. Of course, you are frustrated.

    And so and so on.

    I urge you to take responsibility for all upset you experience. You don’t have to have it. You do have to take responsibility.

    We come back again to your feeling at odds with the world. This is a very basic level we come down to. You don’t like to think that you are at odds with the world. You haven’t realized that you felt the world was out to get you. You may have even given lip service to the idea of a benevolent world, even as you wrangle with it.

    “Here goes the world again,” you seem to vent. “See how it misuses me. How can I not be frustrated? This happened and that happened, and they happened to me. I couldn’t solve a math problem. My shoe lace broke. I got tired. No wonder I’m tired. Look at what happened to me today.”

    Beloveds, not for all the gold on Earth, do you want to see yourself as an innocent victim. A victim is also a perpetrator. You have performed a magic trick on yourself. It looks as though frustration has been foisted on you, yet that is really sleight of hand. The rabbit hasn’t come out of a hat. You are the one who planted the rabbit there.

    Or, perhaps, you like to think you have been hornswoggled, once again, an innocent victim. Nope, My dear ones, you are the offender who puts the responsibility somewhere else.

    No one denies that your car broke down or any one of the occurrences that contributed to your frustration, yet, come now, look yourself straight in the eye and admit your own culpability.

    You may also say you are an innocent victim of measles or a mosquito bite or an upset stomach. Be that as it may, you are responsible now. You are responsible for how you react. In fact, beloveds, forswear reacting. Act instead, and act with good feeling.

    There is no hiding, beloveds. Your thoughts cast their net. Bread upon the waters and all that.

    If you drop the pot of soup, you dropped it. You didn’t mean to, yet no one else dropped it but you. And it’s you who has to clean up the mess on the floor.

    Even when your fingernail breaks, it is your fingernail that is broken. You can blame your broken fingernail on anything you like, yet, here you are. It is your broken fingernail. You may say that you don’t get enough calcium, yet I say to you: “Who is it who doesn’t get enough calcium?”

    It’s not in your best interest, or anyone’s best interest for you to get mired in innocence.

    Let’s say you are perfectly innocent by anyone’s standards, yet, I repeat, even when you are innocent, who has to run the race now?

    If you are drowning, and you don’t choose to drown, what are you going to do? Are you just going to say: “I didn’t ask to drown.” Or are you going to swim and save yourself from drowning?

    When someone gives you advice you don’t want to hear, you may mutter: “Whose life is this anyway?”

    And this is what I am saying to you. “Whose life is this anyway?”

    Emotions are Learning Opportunities

    Coping with negative emotions have always been a challenge for many dear souls; from the simple and common feeling of sadness to a deeper feeling of despair. Learning how to transmute those negative feelings for the most part were never taught, they were learned either by parent, care-giver or a person that works closely with the emotional side of human nature. We have also observed many dear souls try handling their emotions with prescribed medication from their physician, and some people may feed their emotions with either food or alcohol because they are trying to hide their emotions instead of trying to solve the underlying issue.

     

    Unfortunately negative emotions come. There is no stopping them, as they are a part of your life and journey. What negative emotions are for you are warnings that somewhere a problem occurred and through the negative emotional outburst or feeling that is presented speaks to you in quiet yet noticeable volumes that you need to take a deeper look at a situation or issue that you may have been avoiding. When your needs are not fully being met in a relationship and you feel your energy is being drained from it, your emotions come to you with negative self-talk and warnings that maybe it is time to look honestly and consider the future of the current relationship. And this dear ones can be evident in platonic, romantic, work, student/teacher relationships, etc. Listen to what your emotions are trying to tell you.

     

    Thanks to your emotions, you are provided with what you need to do in order to heal yourself. When you are experiencing negative emotions, listen to what they are saying. Negative emotions are your indicator that is time to give yourself some love and compassion, to nurture yourself from the inside out. Each precious person on this fine global community all deserve love, compassion, respect and mercy; even you. Never leave yourself out when you are feeling and thinking of love’s healing rays and energy, you are equally important.

     

    Don’t fear your emotions, even if they are unpleasant. Through them you gather more knowledge of yourself and of those around you. Don’t feed your emotions any more than you already have and create a simple misunderstanding into something larger than a mountain. See your emotions as opportunities to learn, to grow and to become more of your true self.

     

    When negative emotions arise, remind yourself they will pass. They are only temporary. It is up to you how long their visit is. Learn to manage your emotions so they don’t overwhelm you and exhaust your whole being. By reminding yourself they will pass allows you to step back a little from creating more negative mental feedback that often becomes a loop that keeps you stuck within the negative emotion longer than necessary.

     

    When you are aware of your emotions turning negative, this is an opportunity to communicate with this part of your Self and ask this specific emotion, “What is it you are trying to teach me?” By acknowledging your emotion, sometimes a softening affect washes over you and the power of that emotion begins to ease. Even if the emotion still feels unpleasant it has become easier to manage.

     

    It is quite common to seek a non-biased or non-judgmental friend or family member for support and guidance. Sometimes a good listening ear is what is needed to learn what it is the emotion has been trying to tell you. Many dear souls have a journal and during the writing an uncanny feeling of knowing arrives regarding the teaching of the emotion. How clarity is achieved is all very personal and individual but it does arrive. Remember dear ones, when you are working through your emotions with another, it is important to vent healthily. They are your support, you are not there to harm them through your words or actions, and you are there to learn and to receive healing through the process. Healthy venting is when you seek an uninvolved person of your current issue or situation who can and will listen as well as acknowledge any discomfort you may be experiencing as a result. It is important to learn not to attack the person whom you are looking for support from. They are there for you. Love them as you love yourself.

     

    When choosing who you will turn to for support make sure they will not chastise you and have the ability of fully listening and acknowledging your feelings. Just by the simple act of listening which is so vital, you are able to have release of this emotion that has created so much negativity. You will discover important answers to the underlying issue that created the negative emotion.

     

    We also observe quite a few dear souls throw themselves into physical activity as a way to vent angry emotions. Physical activity has always been a good way to release pent up emotions. Physical activity doesn’t have to strenuous, as long as you are moving and being active you are in motion. Just by taking a walk you will feel better and many times you will walk the emotion out and find release before you arrive back home. There are many ways for you to learn how to work through your emotions, its finding the right one for you that will make all the difference.

     

    When you have asked your negative emotion why it is there and what is it trying to teach you, you may learn you need to make some necessary and important changes in your life. Listen well. Sometimes your emotions will tell you, your support system is not adequate; which means you don’t have someone to talk to that is supportive, comforting and trusting. This is your opportunity to create a way to make new friends. If your emotions tell you that you don’t feel very lovable, then this is also an opportunity to create newer ways to feel lovable and deserving of love because in our eyes every dear soul deserves to be loved and to feel their own love. Love cannot be truly given if you are unable to love yourself first. Changes that you wish to see in your life, must begin with you. Get in touch with your inner Self, discover and explore what it is you want to see and make plans to attain each one, one-step-at-a-time.

     

    Once you become accustomed to listening to your negative emotions you will recognize new and wonderful opportunities become available through the time you have given yourself to reflect. Consider the time you give to listening to the message from your negative emotions as time to meditate. Shift your energy and create new space that will permit new and positive energy to enter. Many solutions have been met through meditation, as well as through prayer.

     

    When you have reached a peaceful stance, you may find it necessary to express your emotions to the person that helped to create them. By sharing, you just may see before you a positive reaction from the other person because clearing the air of discord is healing for all that is involved and you may also discover that this person has had similar feelings. Through healthy communication, relationships are improved when you make the step to speak honestly and truthfully without the intent of blaming or accusing, simply telling.

     

    Together you will learn the necessity to discuss the issue at hand in a calm demeanor and acknowledge that both of you have feelings and emotions instead of always blowing up. Listen to your emotions before you make the step to communicate what you are feeling. Know when you are calm enough, where you are able to think clearly and not say something you cannot retract. Remember once a word has been spoken, it cannot be erased. You are responsible for your words, actions, feelings, thoughts and will. Take your time learning what your emotions are telling you before you begin discussing them with the one that helped to create them.

     

     

    As soon as you have acknowledged the negative emotion, shift yourself gently towards more positive thoughts. Explore and discover ways that are nurturing and creates waves of happiness such as gardening, drawing, cooking, and watching cartoons or a funny movie.

     

    If your negative thoughts stem from the departure of a loved one either through death or moved away, give yourself the time to feel and to grieve. Honour the memories you have had together. Instead of thinking of unhappy moments, cherish the fond memories and allow your tears to flow. If the person has moved away, remember they have not left completely and communication is still a possibility. Discover ways that will honour your friendship and love to the one that has left through death or by moving far away. This is your journey; your emotions are yours. There is so much to discover when you take the step to nurture and love yourself during the times your emotions are speaking to you.

     

    It is common to feel the need to feel your negative emotion, becoming one with it, to embrace it through gratitude for the knowledge you will gain as a result. Knowing it will pass and that it will eventually resolve on its own is comforting. Don’t wallow in your negative emotions, by giving them more of your personal power. Seek council from a trusted friend if your negative emotion has not left after a few days. It is never a weakness to seek help from another. It takes great strength to admit you need a little extra help. Admire your strength for the courage it provides you. You have overcome so much and you will continue to grow your character that is filled with incredible knowledge and wisdom.

     

    As you learn to transmute your negative emotions, life will open up and become more fulfilling and less mundane. Remember you will always have instances, little bumps of emotional moments that will come your way, but you will accept them for what they are and listen to what they are telling you. Nothing is ever without a reason. Don’t repress your emotions, work through them and see them as friends not foes and see yourself blossoming into a happier and peaceful soul that we know you wish to be and can become.

     

    Great thanks to this dear vessel today for allowing me to enter her and share with you today. Know dear ones, each day God does walk with you, He is there with you always.     Gardeners have been knowing for centuries that their pastime gives them joy and peace. Many people will say that gardening is stress therapy. There is even a group called the American Horticultural Therapy Association “committed to promoting and developing the practice of horticultural therapy as a unique and dynamic human service modality.”

    As with so many things, science introduces us to the physical wonders behind what we already know on a subliminal level. There are two interesting pieces of research that give credence to the feeling that our bodies and souls are better off from gardening.

    Researchers reported in the journal Neuroscience that contact with a soil bacteria called Mycobacterium vaccae triggers the release of serotonin in the brain. This type of serotonin acts on several different pathways including mood and learning. Lack of serotonin in the brains is related to depression.

    So basically, the things we do as gardeners—working the soil, planting, mulching, and so forth—can really contribute to happiness. We ingest the bacteria by breathing or through broken skin. The simple act of children playing outside in the grass and dirt can be a natural way for them to reduce anxiety.

    In addition to increasing happiness and reducing anxiety, serotonin has positive effects on memory and learning. Research presented at the American Society for Microbiology shows that feeding live M. vaccae bacteria to mice significantly improved their ability to navigate mazes, due to the fact that the bacteria triggers the release of brain serotonin. It appears that this bacterium plays a role in learning in mammals.

    Have you noticed that you feel really happy when picking those ripe vegetables, especially that first tomato of the season? Well, it turns out that harvesting fruits and vegetables triggers the release of dopamine in the brain. It is speculated that this evolved over 200,000 years of humans harvesting food as hunter-gatherers. Dopamine is strongly correlated with reward-motivated behavior.

    So there we have it, two physical reasons why people can be happier and smarter through gardening. I suspect there are several other other reasons contributing to this, including the myriad of colors in plants and animals, trees swaying in the wind, birds singing, squirrels chattering, lady beetles, and fresh air. Perhaps one day we’ll have scientific explanations for all this, but in the meantime we can take comfort in our innate feelings.

    The topic of enforcement always rears its head at a moment of “shake out”/”visibility”…Absolute Transparency…so I DO NOW give more data as we arrive to Absolute Context and Knowledge of what IS:

    Heather: Enforcement. Hhhmmmm. Training and programming was excellently done..and I give Absolute Gratitude for the DO’ing of every embodiment so that these experiences are in eternal essence conscious…DONE so that it is experienced and informed choices can BE DONE in all moments of NOW after the finale

    What is enforcement? That is perhaps the best place to start…to know what each considers “enforcement”.

    EN FORCE? IN FORCE? I DO begin the DE-CODE of the illusion of ENFORCE’ment… TO RECONCILE the programming/training of the ILLUSION of preset conditions and expectation, also known as ENFORCE’ment so that all may KNOW ABSOLUTE TRUTH what IS, and BE visible all along and is DONE….INFORCE’ment.

    Inforcement has been happening ALL along…just not the way any embodiment expected it because it was hidden by design…for the experience…many do not see enforcement, because what is happening is inforcement… but they sense inforcement more and more each moment of NOW. All embodiments in eternal essence’s universe then DO KNOW what they saw and experienced and heard all these recent moments was in Absolute Truth Inforcement…and that it was visible EVERY MOMENT.

    Because many embodiments were taught the former systems’ enforcement and how it is to be seen, experienced and known, many embodiments were previously unable to know, see or sense inforcement. However, those at the top of those former systems, who controlled those former systems, know inforcement and know that inforcement IS happening…and that all the inforcement has been and IS visible all this time…

    THAT IS WHAT MAKES THEM NERVOUS…THAT ALL DO KNOW, SEE and CONSCIOUSLY DO INFORCEMENT…THAT IS WHAT THEY FEAR…and I DO put that inforcement into Absolute Context NOW in these final moments of the finale for all to know, see and experience…if they choose by their free will to DO…WITH ABSOLUTE LOVE, GRATITUDE and PEACE.

    Just because one can not visualize Absolute Inforcement, or comprehend the Absolute Context of what IS visibly happening…does not mean it does not exist or is not happening…the data is here…when has something else existed and been enforced that no one could see or sense..and when they could finally sense it they still could not see it and when they could see it they could not comprehend it or know the mechaniations of it, but they knew they were experiencing it? …How about we use something familiar to many?:

    The former slavery systems were existing and enforced before any one saw them visibly or sensed them…even when sensed they were not seen…and when seen they were not known in Absolute Context….and every moment, of existence and enforcement, those who were in control PAID ALL ENERGY to make them not visible, not sensed, not known…yet enforced…they knew embodiments were awakening when the former systems could be sensed…they knew they were sensed by the thoughts, words and actions of the embodiments…they also knew that sensing can lead to seeing and that seeing can evolve to knowing….and that knowing can evolve to DO’ing, well, what has been and IS happening NOW  (heart).

    BE’ing and DO’ing are Absolute IMPowerment ….that is a part of Inforcement….thanks to the DO’ing of embodiments like you, and many, many others, since the experiment/experience began, all that IS, BE made visible to see, know and then to experience as chosen by free will choice.

    I thank you for confirming the current vulnerabilities and concerns of you,and those you work with…I honor, love and respect you all….and I unconditionally give absolute love, peace and gratitude for you BE’ing and DO’ing what you BE…

    INFORCE, BABY, INFORCE!
