An amount of $1.5 million is immediately due from Galina Boytechev PL/LLC at address of 4420 Beacon Circle, West Palm Beach Florida 33407, without prejudice.

An amount of $1.5 million is immediately due from Michael P. Gable, address of 4000 Hollywood Blvd., Suite 735 S. Tower, Hollywood Florida 3302, without prejudice.

An amount of $1.5 million is immediately due from Judge Joel T. Lazarus/Howard C Forman at Room 518, 201 SE 6^th Street Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, without prejudice.

An amount of 1.5 million is immediately due from John A. Auner 2114 N. 32 Avenue Hollywood, Florida 33021, without prejudice.

An amount of $1.5 million is immediately due from Luke Flynn at address 1314 E. Las Olas Blvd. #1119 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, without prejudice.

An amount of $350, 000.0 dollars is due immediately as a portion upfront of a total amount due of $3.5 million from Monroe of Hollywood Condominium Apartments Inc at 2242, Monroe Street Hollywood, Florida, 33020, or 2238 Monroe Street, Unit 109, Hollywood Florida 33020, without prejudice.
