• An amount of $1.5 million is immediately due from Michael P. Gable, address of 4000 Hollywood Blvd., Suite 735 S. Tower, Hollywood Florida 3302, without prejudice.

• An amount of $1.5 million is immediately due from Judge Joel T. Lazarus/Howard C Forman at Room 518, 201 SE 6^th Street Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, without prejudice.

• An amount of 1.5 million is immediately due from John A. Auner 2114 N. 32 Avenue Hollywood, Florida 33021, without prejudice.

• An amount of $1.5 million is immediately due from Luke Flynn at address 1314 E. Las Olas Blvd. #1119
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, without prejudice.

• An amount of $350, 000.0 dollars is due immediately as a portion upfront of a total amount due of $3.5 million from Monroe of Hollywood Condominium Apartments Inc at 2242, Monroe Street Hollywood, Florida, 33020, or 2238 Monroe Street, Unit 109, Hollywood Florida 33020, without prejudice.
